Gooday... It was one of the worst experience I have ever experienced as a customer. It says a year's guarantee on an equipment I bought from Game, and it was giving me problems so I wanted to use the guarantee policy and exchange the faulty product. However I was refused to exchange the product knowingly that my product is faulty. It is really unfair to me as that product damaged other utensils of mine. I was treated very unprofessionally and unethically. And they took my faulty product and I was not granted the guarantee policy nor the faulty product. So I had to walk out of the store empty handed. So please think twice before considering Game Store in KLERKSDORP. (06/05/2022)

Good day. Today I want to give HUGE!!!!!!!!! compliment to ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Of the staff. From the moment I went in and started to search for my product until I paid and went out. From the next day when I came back with a faulty product, replacement done and “paid” again with my voucher EVERYBODY I came in contact with was friendly. I REALLY ENJOYED MY SHOPPING experience. Thank you Game Klerksdorp and thank you Ben. Thank you Game Klerksdorp. Thank you for keeping a smile on your face even if it is almost closing time and you are also tired and want to go home. Please do not buy any electronics here. They sell broken items and then they refuse to exchange it. The products have manufacturing defects, they send it back and then it comes back worse than before. They use the products in store and then they mark it as used when sending it to the manufacturer so that you cant claim the warranty as it only covers non used items.

"It's OK". Not my preferred shop of choice but don't really have anything to complain about. I've never had an incident with staff, they've only been friendly & helpful especially the chap in the appliance department. They have good deals every now & then which seem worthwhile. I do like their toy aisle.

Terrible service. Staff stands around having chats with each other. Stood looking at TV for 20 minutes while the guy is on his phone. Laptops and projectors same issue 2 staff members having such a nice chat they Don't pay any attention to customers looking at items. So if u want help u have to go look for someone.

I called yeaterday and today to findout more about an swing and slide set that I saw there but when I'm put through to that department no one answers the phone. I dont have all day to hold and waste my airtime.

I walked in today wanting to look at certain item and their prices. I needed assistance in understanding some specification. But while standing there looking around I saw many a staff groups chatting and laughing clearly enjoying themselves with no care in the world. Worst of all staff out numbered customers. Surely in todays bad economy business will do more to keep customers happy or at least in their stores. I intended to mention this to the manager, but could not find him, to be fair I tied looking for him/her with the same enthusiasm as what the staff had when trying to help me. In the end the opposition gets my money.

I'll never in my whole life buy any electronic in all game stores. You will be very ill treated when you return it for repairs cos they come broken.

Worst service in the world! Been waiting 6weeks for a refund. Game has promised to call me back several times. Not once have they called me back. I have personally called them at least 3times/week but still nothing! I will never again purchase anything from this franchise. Their service is appalling!!!

Their specials are great but their service at the tills are terable. The are like 10 tills and 3 where open they are very bad and very slow
