My mother was rudely treated by the cashier who works with sassa elderly grants on friday the 3rd.she refused to assist her.then the supervisor also told my mom(batho ba sassa ba sokodisa)meaning they are boring.our family has been a loyal customer of checkers hyper klerksdorp for years.and now to get this kind of treatment is uncalled for or is it because she's black so they felt they can speak to her how ever they want.

I love love it especially the teddybear and sleepers just sad that they don't have onesies for adults anymore 😢😔I miss them too much especially now that it's winter but all in all it's a great shop with a lot of easily accessible shopping

Checkers Hyper Klerksdorp is a great place to visit and shop. It is neat and tidy. Not to over crowded. Staff was friendly. Will shop there anytime.

Store has a night layout and good range of products. Prices are reasonable. Usually there are enough cash registers open and not much of a wait even at month end. I've only got two negatives... One the staff are loud and the merchandisers even louder and they aren't concern with customers, which is a big concern since customer sales pay the salaries. I would love to shop and not have to compete with the staff and merchandisers over floor space and actually hear myself think. Secondly... And I'm not sure if it's Hyper responsibility or the centre but the toilets on MTN entrance is disgusting! They are NEVER clean and trust me I go there a lot. We have wet floors especially at the urinals and basins are usually a mess too. It be good if that could be sorted.

I really loved and enjoyed the experience!! I only met one cashier to whom i made the payment, but my experience with her is how i judge and rate the whole store! So i would like to send a message to all our store owners and cashiers to say, ensure that the customer service is always at it's best because that one particular person, whether cashier or cleaner, will be used as a standard to judge the whole store!! Good experience overall!!!

My favourite grocery store and bakery where one can purchase everything you need at home from groceries , meat , vegetables , cleaning materials , clothing , toys , camping equipment , tools , pet foods and requirements and more . Plenty parking available .

Parking space is adequate but the "guiding" lines are starting to disappear. Some car guards are friendly.

We qued for a long time before we could be assisted at the till. I could not understand why a few tills were operating, In the morning of a Friday of month end when customers are expected to be many.

I don't know if I am being fussy or not but I do not appreciate bad customer service. Have you ever been the last person in the store and as soon as you approach the till, you then decide let me grab fruit chocolate bars because I didn't find them in the store. I was rudely asked to "hurry up, we want to knock off" 😳 This statement came right before I could grab the first bar. I felt disrespected and not valued at all. Worst experience of my life.

It's always a pleasure buying at the store, I know where everything is, so don't struggle to pick all I need
