I grew up with the original West Rand Pack in Krugersdorp only a few blocks away from my home and the Klerksdorp branch did not disappoint! Their staff is just as helpful and friendly as those at the head office and their product variety did not disappoint either. Everything plastic and kitchen and more. Definitely recommend visiting them!

I used to be happy of the service I got at Westpack but after today I'm starting to reconsider but instead helping me with an issue I was not happy with, they chose to protect themselves. I didn't even get an apology because the manager wanted to be right without actually listening to what I was saying. I had just left the store and the balloon was not floating, yet it had Helium. When I got home the balloon was shrinking.
