Firstly the food. Magnificent. From the fish to the wine! Then the service. Though it was a really crowded dinner the waiter found time for jokes and an overall servitude - the kind that's becoming rare. If i had to find 1 point of criticism, the final receipt did surprise me despite all of the above.

The restaurant is next to main cyclist's road. They haven't sold bottle of water for tired cyclist, becasue "this is restaurant". There is no possibility to reply for owner reply. To be clear, we were inside the restuarant and asked for water in any form. We've had empty bottles, but nobody offered refilling. The waiteress told clearly that this is restaurant for eat, even if we asked that we can sit and drink inside if it makes difference. Such a behaviour - not to sell or give water to thirsty people is enough to give opinion. I can imagine that I get dehydrated in front of your restuarant (it was very close) and nobody help me with glass of water. It is not humanitarian. To be clear, that day was over 30 celsius degree. Please, think about it before some disaster happen.

Mixed feelings about this place. First off, the atmosphere is great: place is very lively, well decorated, nice ambiance all around. For the did you have the choice between different menus or a la carte. I took menu with mostly fish, and you can tell the products are of high quality, but all might be a bit on the too expensive side. But then there's the service: you literally feel like asking them to give you a smile will cost you 5 € more. Worst, I believe the people serving us were the owners of the place. When they come and take your order, you almost feel attacked. We still had a great evening because of the 2 first points, do would still recommend it.

Nice venue with a view. Food was great. Very polite waiters. I had the vol au vent deluxe and it was very good. Their menu is quite diverse with lots of choices so I’m sure there is something for everyone. Maybe their could be a bit more vegetarian options. Anyway, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice day/evening out to enjoy with friends or family and enjoying great food.

Great location, food below par

Good food, relatively expensive

Food was great and nice view outside in the veranda overlooking the canal. Inside is also very cosy. Went for the Menu Confiance with no regrets. Decent wine card too.
