Excellent job, a huge selection of colors, always has availability. Tom has been my nail tech and he’s amazing. He does exactly what I ask for. 10/10 recommend!

Excellent nail salon and pedicures. Staff were friendly and communicated well. Offerings were varied and affordable. Would definitely suggest appointments as even on Sunday afternoon they were packed. Equipment and stations were new, clean, and well maintained. I got the 70 minute pedicure (it’s not vanity it’s keeping my feet healthy as I have some medical conditions that make feet health important especially toe nails.) Would definitely suggest here either as a local or passing through (as we were) as it is very convenient to the Interstate.

Have been going here for years, they are getting too much in a rush with people. Had a dip mani and pedi. The pedi was expensive and I got a 30 sec foot massage only to mid calf. The mani starting chipping and cracking within the first few days. They did fix free of charge, however when I was sitting at the station to have my nails fixed, the manager was working with a dremel on the lady next to me and he just slid over with all the nail dust on his hands and tried to work on mine. I asked him to wash his hands and he clearly got aggravated. Gross

I just got these done on January 2, 2024 and they already look like they’ve been done for two weeks😒😒 I paid a lot of money to have my nails and feet done and my nails already looking like this!! The lady that did my feet did a great job but these fingernails are disappointing….

Been here twice now and not pleased with second visit. First visit was our anniversary so hubby and I got pedicures and while the massages were great- the shaping of my nails and gel polish application was a little messy but nothing major. Later that night my big toe was very sore and red and it looked like she scraped some skin off while using the dermal on my nails. Second visit was meh. 3 of us this time and hubby and I got the exact same pedicure as before…he got this amazing, relaxing massage with them doing percussive beating on his legs (which I didn’t get). I decided no gel since it wasn’t great last time and she asked me at least a dozen times why I want no gel and if I don’t get gel it’s $5 extra since my last polish was gel (ridiculous) The most upsetting part was the dip nails. All my nails were even except my thumb which had no length at all. I expected the tech to know to add a tip to that one, but no, I had to tell him I wanted it so it’s even with the rest (he looked at me funny as if wanting the same length was insane). I kept saying “thin nails- thin nails, very natural looking. I heard dip is too weak for that but acrylic is good” they said “oh no, dip is stronger and better and we can do them very thin”…… and then I had to ask 500 times to please make them thinner because they looked like a camels back 🤦🏻‍♀️ It was less than 2 weeks and 2 of my nails have already chipped and broken. I have gotten dip at least 20 times in the past and have NEVER had a nail break before 2 weeks of having them (they honestly stay strong for 4 weeks and I have to take them off cuz they’re so long at that point) Just wasn’t a great experience this second time and for the price- it should have been. I should not order the EXACT pedicure as my husband and not receive the same treatment or time frame that he did sitting next to me and I shouldn’t have broken nails before 2 weeks.

I have been looking and going to different nail salons for one I actually like. This is my 4th and they will now be my only one.. They take there time, gentle on nails (acrylic gel) not doing it so fast with there dremel that it burns and gets the side of nails. Not only they that, they went a step beyond. It was pouring rain and the gentleman that did my nails walked me to my car with an umbrella. Absolutely great!! Recommend 1000% Tonya

Hai did a PHENOMENAL job on my nails. He took the time to fix anything that was going on with my nails during the entire process and was super nice as well. I am extremely impressed, best nail experience I've had.

Love how my nails came out! They did my nails exactly like the picture I showed them. It’s refreshing finding a good nail salon.

I just moved to town and I was looking for a new nail salon that does designs and isn't overly expensive. I'm happy to say I found it. This place is super clean and cute. They offer drinks and everyone is really nice. I'm extremely picky with my nails and my tech was patient and went above and beyond to find the right color and do the shape and design just the way I like. I am beyond happy.

I have no words!! Julie was amazing and so sweet! My nails looks exactly like the reference photo I showed. Honestly this was the best manicure I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be back. :)

Myle was wonderful!!!!! I had neglected my feet & hands for months so I booked an appointment for a manicure/pedicure at the Luxury Nail Bar today.. I was so fortunate to get Myle for my technician. She gave me one of the best, no definitely, THE BEST, nail salon experience I Have ever had. Although I live in Atlanta, I drive to Farragut periodically to see family. Today my 5 year old cousin asked me to get a neon green nail color since it is his favorite color. At 65, a new neon nail color would not be my first choice. However, to please Andrew, I got neon green on both feet & hands. So fun!! The next time I am in Knoxville I will definitely book another appointment with Myle. The salon is very clean and uses the latest state of the art salon technology. I highly recommend The Luxury Nail Bar. Ask for Myle & tell her Theresa sent you!!
