    Visit #2 I had my eyes dilated earlier so I couldn't see a thing. I'm comfortable using a touch screen but not if I can't see it. It took a moment to get someone from behind the counter to take my order but they did. The gentleman was very nice and he even made a special item for me that wasn't on the menu. He couldn't get the card reader to read my phone so he gave me my lunch for free! So the customer service score I have updated to two stars. The cleanliness is worse than it was before. There was a hair net or I think tracks of hair extensions in the ladies room floor and there's so much hair and crust in the rugs when you first walk in. There's just junk all over the floors. The tables are never clean. It's pretty nasty in there. Try not to eat in the dining room! It might make you lose your appetite! I really wish the Taco Bell corporate would check out this store. I think they'd lose their mind if they saw how nasty it is. Visit #1 No front desk clerk. Even when we asked. My dad can't use touch screen and I had a complicated order so I wanted to order by a person. The place was dirty and they completely ignored us. We ended up leaving and didn't eat there.

    I have had annoyances in the past with this location, but I have let them go because they were small things. But MOLD? Seriously? I wonder how much I ate that I couldn't see. The people who work there obviously hate their job and it seems like they have a hard time keeping staff. I understand things happen, but this place keeps declining.

    I am a DoorDash driver and every time I come to this Taco Bell they never have the order ready. The staff is rude and rude to other team members. I literally watched a girl walk out on her shift because the girls in the back treated her like a dog. Also I came to get an order just to be told that it was going to be another 20 minutes because they had no food on the line. I don’t understand why this location is still open

    Extremely lacking in the area of customer service. I’ve repeatedly had bad experiences at this location and don’t know why I’ve continued to return. One of the many issues and most recent, happened today at 12:30 pm. The website states they’re open until 3:00 am. The only reason I checked the website first was because we’re experiencing inclement weather. When I arrived, the parking lot had several cars in it and I could see employees standing outside, talking and smoking. The surroundings gave me no indication the restaurant was anything other than open. I arrived at the restaurant and waited at the drive-thru speaker for 5 mins without a greeting. I finally said, “hello”. No one spoke. I then saw one of the employees outside and she yelled, “we’re closed”. There were two more cars in line behind me. I politely told the employee she should put a closed sign on the drive-through speaker because that would save time for all parties involved. The other employee standing outside yelled, “there’s a sign on the front door and on the drive-through window”. I tried to explain to him that the placement of those signs weren’t helpful if you were attempting to place an order at the speaker. He was very argumentative so I decided not to engage further. After that experience, I finally decided to leave this review. Then, I chose to drive further away to the Walbrook location because it’s far superior in customer service and food quality. Today’s service industry dynamic has changed from a “how May I help you” attitude to a “you should be thankful I’m helping you” attitude. Extremely tired of this behavior.

    I'd like Google to not ask me how I liked a place more than once a year. This taco bell is the least problematic, fewest mistakes though it does happen but other locations almost every time. I don't like sour cream and it always makes it's way on. Regardless, this last visit was flawless.

    This is the bad Taco Bell. It takes at least 20 minutes before food is ready, and they don't give you a cup right after ordering to enjoy a Baja Blast while you wait. It's a 50-50 chance that the Baja Blast is just carbonated water though.

    Upon entry employees gave dirty looks and glared like we weren't even supposed to be there, what used to be pretty quick service turned into 45 minutes of waiting on our food, given the wrong size drink, and employees were on their phones while the drive thru was wrapped clear around the building. Employees caught attitude when asked how much longer it would take for our food. Then proceeded to sling the bag at my husband and looked at him like he insulted him when my husband asked about the drink with our order. Music was so loud inside you can't hear them even call out the orders. We probably won't be back to this location Walbrook is a lit friendlier ans faster.

    Closed at noon on a Tuesday. No signs on doors and app let me place a pickup order as usual. Still have not received my money back. Will probably just avoid Taco Bell’s in the future if they don’t want customers. Trust me, not that hard to just eat somewhere else.

    Let me get this out the way by saying the manager with that nasty attitude that hides behind Brian H. Cashier info and does as she pleases. You need help. You need to just give your job up and be miserable somewhere else. I asked for a certain size drink this human says well I didn’t charge you for that I charged you for what you have in your hands gives me my food and shuts the window. LEAVE YOUR POSITION IF YOU HAVE SO MUCH HATRED FOR CUSTOMERS AND DOING YOUR JOB RIGHT. YOU SHOULDN'T BE IN “CUSTOMER SERVICE” or in the industry of fast food acting like we aren’t the reason you get paid.

    I ordered a Crunchwrap and added guacamole and jalapeños and tomatoes and was not given the guacamole and the cheese that was supposed to come on it originally. I love guacamole and paid extra to have it on there and it was not given to me. My friend added his leftover cheese sauce on it.

    Worst service ever anytime of day I come here you basically have to go through the drive thru to get service. Definitely recommend the taco bell on Western next to the mapco tho

    Don't bother coming here if you're picking up a doordash order. They prioritize other customers over doordash customers. I waited 30 minutes for a doordash order while watching like 8 customers come in and order and get their food. When I mentioned how long I had been waiting, the manager got an attitude and said "Well there's other orders ahead of it." Umm no those orders were placed well after the doordash order that I was picking up. Also other employees were being rude and saying "Well why don't you just cancel the order if you have a problem with it". Very unprofessional staff this location has!

    i would give this place a 0/5 stars if there was one but first of all horrible service we pasted by the drive thru and my daughter was ordering and the lady kept raising her voice at her second we waited 1 hour just for our food she threw the food at us and snatched my debit card right out of my hand. food was freezing cold
