Useless staff, they don’t even read the mobile order, they just make what ever they want. Ordered everything bagel with cream cheese on side, they gave me plain bagel with cream cheese on. I need to drive all the way back to get what I wanted, they didn’t even apologize.

For the most part they always get our drinks right and they are very friendly and all smiles. I highly recommend this dunkin over Broadway. Also they are fast they get you in and out in no time.

I always have a good experience when visiting this Dunkin location recently.. The staff are very respectful.. They greet you as soon as you enter the establishment.. Lines are pretty decent when going inside, Drive through is a bit different.. but over all its a good place to get great service from...Thanks

Place was clean, I went in to order. Very friendly staff and excellent iced coffee and doughnuts.

I have eaten Dunkin Doughnuts since I was a child, and this trip was, by far, the worst visit ever. Out of dozen doughnuts ordered, two (Bavarian cream) were the only ones eatable. The rest were dried out and tasted like cardboard like they had been setting out all day. In addition, what I ordered was NOT what was in the box when I got home. NEVER AGAIN!

I gave this place a 4 star all around. The food is okay and could be better. My real issue with this location is they move really slow. I have put in a mobile order and had to wait a long time to recieve it. I put the order in to be picked up ASAP but I had time to make the 15-20 min drive to Dunkin and still had to wait on it. I understand that this location is super busy and I do not mind waiting a few min but if you are in a rush it is not the best place to order food. I also have gotten a plain sweet tea there before some times they are amazing and others I take 2 or 3 sips and have to toss it. It is just really inconsistent. I understand it is a coffee shop and all but it needs to be more consistent across the board.

Use to be the best location in Knoxville. Ordered my usual tonight, and it taste like water. No whipped cream or caramel on top, yet it was still included in the price. Service was terrible and that should have been an indication of what the coffee would be. As much as you pay for a cup of coffee, it could at least be decent. Won’t be back.

We just stopped this morning. Map is warning of snow, we’re trying to get ahead of the storm. They had just opened. All the drive thru lights are lit. It’s 3 till and she says we don’t open for five minutes. We said no worries, we can wait. When she came back we ordered two coffees and four chocolate frosted cake donuts. She handed us a bag of “we just frosted them cuz we weren’t ready to open” and there was frosting outside the bag, Inside the bag,NO napkins, they hadn’t even made the coffee yet. It was still brewing. We gave back the bag and said keep it. No one could eat that in a car traveling. We did not ask for a refund. We weren’t rude. No food should be served this way. Coffee was hot and awesome.

The young lady working this morning 1/22/24 needs a attitude adjustment like honey it’s to d@m early for all that I get it’s cold and while I waited I had my window up but that was no need for an attitude and then for the older lady that said “I know, I know” no honey dear don’t encourage these kids it’s okay to have A attitude especially in customer service. Thank you. I come to this dunkin ALL the time but today is my last day so don’t worry I know that makes y’all happy😂 I work customer service as well but I could never treat the nice customers who keep my paycheck going that way

32 minutes in the drive through to get 2 coffees. There were 5 cars ahead of me when I got in line, but it simply can't take 30 minutes to get coffee.

I think today was a donut day because we saw ballons when we pulled in. We didn't know but took the chance on hoping it would be a decent experience despit the drive thru line being long. The guy who took our order sounded like he didn't want to work which is sad but I get it and have been in that situation. We didn't get napkins with our donuts. I feel bad for them but maybe it will be better next time on a normal non donut day that people are crazy about. We just wanted cold brew and a donut

Great, friendly staff, quick service. No matter what time of day we visit, this location always provides fast and friendly service. Love that our neighborhood has such a nice DD
