We were privileged to interact with Alexis who processed our order and was very outgoing. Javen also was working at the time and we appreciate his efforts. It was close to closing and they had a few little leftover donut holes that they gave us. Always great to see positive people with good energy and a nice smile. Definitely felt valued as customers and as people.

EXCELLENT work, Dunkin Corp!!! I went to the Chapman Hwy Dunkin Donuts on Friday, December 1st of 2023 around 9 am, inside. I purchased $60 worth of breakfast food, coffees & a cup koozie. Among everything that I had ordered, I had ordered a box of 25 munchkins, blueberry & glazed. I returned to my firm to unload everything & noticed that the munchkins were left out of my order. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager on duty that I had chit chatted with when I was there ordering our food. She apologized for leaving the donut holes out of our order. I was totally understanding, no worries. She was going to a personal doctor appt & she would be more than happy to run the box of munchkins to our firm downtown. I was blown away by her excellent customer service, I took her up on her offer. She called me when she was in front of our building, I ran down & met her, slipping her $10 just for her hospitality of bringing them to us. I wanted to let you know DUNKIN, you have an amazing crew at this Dunkin, they were polite, quick & amazing customer service. Keep it up ladies, you all rock!! Have a very Merry Christmas! ♥

This location is the worst. It's always nasty, always out of stuff and the customer service is lacking. The times I have been there they do not have the staff to accommodate the number of customers coming through and stock is not kept up you go to Dunkin' Donuts for donuts but this location barely ever has donuts... tonight I went to pick up some hot chocolate for my family as that is some thing my son had asked for on the way home. The location, per usual, was dirty. Despite paying full price for two medium hot chocolates and a small , our cups were halfway filled. Why am I paying full price to not get a full cup. While waiting 20 minutes for my order, the staff were too busy talking about customers and what they were ordering. One male employee was making fun of a male customer who ordered a grilled cheese and a hot chocolate. The comment that was made was "what kind of grown man orders, a grilled cheese, and a hot chocolate?" A second female employee talked about another customer who had ordered a juice and apparently was weird because she wanted milk in her drink. It would openly continue like this where they were bashing numerous customers on their orders. This was all done in my presence. It's repulsing for the lack of customer service and to watch them make fun of customers for ordering things that they like. To the employees who work there who clearly don't want to be there, find a new job 🤷🏽‍♀️

I went early. Like as soon as they opened the door. I was having phone trouble and the girl let me use their phone. She was really nice and helpful. I got the blueberry donut holes and they are to die for. Any donut is. I would give them 10 stars.

Staff is extremely friendly & helpful but the restaurant is dirty. This location has a separate meeting room with seating for 8 and a TV for video presentations as well as covered outdoor seating with fans for comfort! Nice design!

Poorly managed location. Waited 10 min to make a order for doughnuts in drive thru (reasonable) but then another 15 after they asked me to pull forward to wait for them to bring to my car. This is a item that should already be made and ready. Will try ordering ahead on the app next time

Literally any other Dunkin in Knoxville is better than this place. I live in South Knoxville and can drive out to Western Ave and back and still get my order before I would get my food at the Chapman location. Also the staff seems annoyed that you ordered from them. Cool I'll go somewhere else.

I understand places can get busy but not only was there a 1/4 in. of grounds at the bottom of my cup, i ended up with a mouthful of the grounds too.. gross!

I have been going here almost every day for a few months now. I had to change my review. This location has maybe 4 people working here at any given time. I've built in time in my commute to get breakfast from there, understanding that they are short staffed, but 30 minutes to be in line and be late to work because I didnt want to drive away after already paying is just not good. They do not pay people enough for anyone to want to work there. They need to hire more people and pay them better. The line is backed almost into the street in the mornings and this is absolutely not a place to go on your way to work. You will spend at least 20-30 in the drive through. When I finally got to the window after 20 or so minutes, they had not even started making my order yet. Something has to be done to make this environment better for the people who work there and the people paying for food from there. For now, Im not going to go anymore so that I can take at least a little pressure off of them and so I can get to work on time. The items have only gotten more overpriced anyway.

Staff are rude! Alyssa (sp?) was using the F bomb with staff. When I asked why my plain bagels with cream cheese were taking so long she told a staff member to throw 4 bagels in a bag. “Yep, that’s what she said. Throw them in a bag.”

Great workspace and nice staff. Went here to study and this location offers free WiFi, paper/study supplies, and even a conference room for rent. Staff were very helpful and my order was delivered quickly. Definitely will be coming back!

Cashier/Barista had a bad attitude, and another employee didn’t wanna kill stinkbugs that were inside the building 😭 there was about 5 inside, and a bunch on the outside too, the employee told me they have a stink bug problem on the outside… which I feel is also unsanitary because the patio should also be taken of too as it’s part of the building establishment. I wanted to sit outside but just looked unclean.
