This place has been amazing with customer service and finding the perfect Christmas gift. Tami was able to help me in store with Christmas gifts and also do an order over the phone since I couldn't make it down to the store. She was able to ship to my house for free order. The customer service was amazing. I would highly recommend anyone needing help finding items to contact Tami or another associate in the store. They also have jewelry designers come to the store if you can't find what you want they can have it made.

When I started shopping at the Zales location in the West Town Mall in Knoxville TN, Store #0528, Cami was my salesperson a few years ago; Cami was so professional, kind, friendly and welcoming. She listened to exactly what I was interested in and didn’t try to steer me towards anything else and that helped me to find just the absolute perfect gift for my wife that she loves. It’s cause of Cami’s incredible work ethics that I return to shop at this Zales location each year for gifts for my wife and this year also for my mother in-law and my son. I will wait for her to finish with the current customer she is helping instead of immediate assistance from another employee. As long as Cami is employed at this Zales location I will be a customer, if she leaves I don’t know if I will continue my business there just because I have such a good rapport with her. She definitely deserves a raise, promotion or recognition for her performance and courtesies that she has with everyone. If you go in and just looking and getting pricing and not buying anything she has still treaded me as if I was a long time returning customer, I did do this in the beginning when first figuring out what and if I was going to get something and now after a couple years while waiting for her I see her treating everyone equally, the buyers and the lookers. It goes without saying that I recommend anyone in Knoxville and surrounding areas shopping for fine jewelry go see her at Zales in the West Town Mall.

Liza at the west town location is amazing! From the beginning if my husband’s journey to find the perfect ring she’s been so super supportive and essentially a phone call away. Most recently I took my ring to be cleaned and inspected as needed for diamond insurance purposes. I’ve never needed any work done but this time I had 3-4 loose diamonds but didn’t have the 2 weeks to wait for it to be finished as we were scheduled to leave the country in a week and I REALLY didn’t want to leave the country without my ring. Liza instructed me to drive up to the repair store to cut down on time lost due to shipping. When I went to pigeon forge they told me they would attach my band, dip the ring, and tighten the diamonds all included in the insurance. Well, my husband called to check on it and they told him it needed another layer of gold for $299 and that it wasn’t optional. That was never discussed prior to him calling. The person he spoke to was really rude and just nasty so he called Liza to see if she could help. She did just that. Made the phone call to pigeon forge to get everything taken care of as we were originally promised. Liza has always gone above and beyond and we appreciate her for that.

Wonderful experience with Liza at the Knoxville Zales! She was so extremely helpful and professional and made the whole experience a wonderful and beautiful one! Zales has a wonderful selection, and a great sale currently, I recommend them over Kay’s where we have also shopped. For a great experience ask for Liza!

Lexi and Liza are great people! There was a crazy issue with the diamond bonds on my rings that were purchased 5 years ago. They caught the mistake and Liza held the phone for over 30 minutes and persevered to get it corrected! See these ladies for great customer service!

Love this location in the mall. Ladies there as well as the gents are always top notch, no pressure, they just show you what you describe and let you make the decision! My wife absolutely loves her wedding ring! And mine was a perfect match! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAKING THIS ONE OF YOUR STOPS before you make that final decision!

We went in to pick up my husband's bracelet that broke. I had been eyeing a ring that was on clearance. We decided to take a closer look and ended up buying it for 1/2 the price and found the perfect enhancer. We also finally found his perfect ring. Liza was so nice and patient we go pick up our rings this weekend!
