When I moved down to Tennessee was looking for a good hair stylist. I found a very good one. She not only gives me tips and pointers on what looks good on me (style wise and color) I give Monica a 10. I would recommend her to everyone. She suggests styles and ask how what you think. I definitely found me a keeper. I like her. Next appointment was extremely perfect. I just love the way she styles my hair and when I ask how she does it, she will explain it so that I can do it.

As always, Tina rocks! Tina has styled my hair for many years and I’ve never been unhappy with style.. Cannot tell you how nice it is to know, when I need a cut i have someone I trust to do a great job.

My hairdresser was excellent. It took me seven years to find her and I won't let her go. Cut=exactly what I needed. Color=better than I could imagine. She is truly outstanding!!

I called on a Saturday morning needing my hair colored,they got me right in. I showed Marissa Smith the color I wanted from Pinterest and she went to work!!!! She done a FABULOUS job!!! She is kind, sweet and an amazing hairstylist!!!! I would recommend her to everyone!!!! Thank you Marissa!!!

We had a WONDERFUL experience here! Madi did a great job on my son's perm and everyone in there made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. It was warm and welcoming, with exceptional service!

The staff here are great! I called for a last minute appointment and they scheduled us for 30 mins later! They really worked hard to give my daughter a very difficult haircut. Makayla(hope I spelled that correctly) worked very hard to please my very indecisive 11 year old and her spur of the moment haircut choice. I really appreciate the time she devoted and precision to make sure her needs were met. Thank you Makayla and other staff that helped!! Tracy Ludwig is hands down the best at extensions. She takes the time to truly consult with you to help decide what is going to be best for you. Her color concepts to match my extensions is magical. I must also give a shout out to everyone that works there. I’ve never seen any result that is not beautiful and every single employee is so kind.

Greeted as soon as I walked and the receptionist was very pleasant. Got waited on right away and the lady that cut my hair did fantastic. Would highly reccomend.

I’ve always had a great experience at this location. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. This location is very clean, organized and fully stocked with hair care products. Monica has been my hair stylist for 2 yrs. now. I can’t say enough great things about Monica. She spends time with her clients and really cares and provides beautiful results.

Tonya did a fantastic job putting blonde full highlights n my hair after I put metallic dye in my hair ! If u don't know most people won't touch hair with metallic dye..however, Tonya got the job done beautifully! Soo very happy with my new do!♥️

I highly recommend Ross the Boss. Everyone is super nice. Monica has been cutting hair for over 30 years, and it definitely shows. She is very talented. I'm sure all the stylists are very good there. If you're looking for a change, I would give Ross the Boss a try. You won't be disappointed.
