Everybody was super courteous. Young Dr. archer is a knowledgeable, no nonsense, doctor that gets to the point while empathetic and compassionate. Their check-in system really makes things convenient, even keeping your place in line. If you’re uninsured however, it’ll still cost close to $200 a vists, but at least it’s still within reach of the average household income.

My son suddenly felt very ill and couldn’t see his primary care physician, so I brought him to urgent care. We only waited about 10-15 minutes to get into a room, and he was then seen promptly by the staff. Everyone was kind, friendly, and patient with him and understood that he wasn’t feeling well. We’ve been to this location several times, and this was our best experience thus far. One of the providers has been impatient and close to rude in the past, but this staff was much better. The wait depends on how busy they are, of course, but they appear to be as efficient as possible.

Aaron, Colleen, and Casey are all wonderful and the nicest I have ever met at any medical clinic. Dr. Aaron took his time with us and was just so respectful and nice. If only all doctors could be this way! Colleen was also thoughtful and listened. My daughter and I felt like they all really cared about their patients. I will definitely be returning when my daughter needs medical care.

Went there with chest pain and rapid heart rate. Staff immediately assisted, ran some tests, assured me I was ok but needed follow up with my primary care, which I did the following day. Thankful for compassionate staff there and will go back if we ever need to again.

I was sceptic at first but they was great even tho it was super cold in the building and so dirty but he explained they was short handed as I understand but still only took one minute to wipe down the bed after each visit just heads up on that but ty very much to the desk lady and Dr would highly recommend going there better than setting in er for 15 hour's

Came in with extreme lower back pain and running a fever been waiting 2 hours. Should have gone to ER. Needed the bathroom and the whole back area with exam rooms was empty it took 15 minutes to get help to find a bathroom. Staff is nice it’s not their fault they are understaffed

Staff was very friendly, willing to make alternative waiting accommodations during overly busy timeframe, empathetic, and knowledgable. The nurse & doctor were attentive and worked effectively to find a solution to my issue. Facility was clean, organized, and overall pleasant. Will return when necessary.

They don’t get you well, they keep you coming back so you have to pay again and again. they test on strep throat never checks positive went to another doctor granddaughter had strep throat granddaughter had Covid. I told her she could go back to school and two days still sick. Wants her to come back so they can check her again that’s wrong. These are not good healthcare workers more like Corman, my advice stop going to face pace and find a real doctor. I give face pace zero

This is the best office I've ever been too. I have alot of anxiety going to offices and they made me feel so heard and were so understanding. No condicention, no making me feel worse, and just all around nice and wonderful people. I wish I could give more than 5 stars such wonderful people and service. Thank you guys so so much

i waited for an hour and a half to see a dr. when she got in there she was there for 5 minutes. didn’t give me a full work up and therefore missed the double ear infection that was easily caught by the other dr i saw the next day. i know things happen and you get crazy busy sometimes, but i paid $25 to sit around and get no help.

Had another great experience here , Aaron Archer was top notch, thorough and listened with so much patience .He is definitely an asset to your urgent care facility.
