We have enjoyed going to Salsarita’s for years, so we decided to download the app. My wife had it before and got to 97 points, then the app logged her out and she had to reset her password, lost all of her points. So the other day she decided to download the app again and got a free entree. I downloaded it and got a free entree. We get to the store, order and show the cashier the free entree message. She says we need a barcode, ok, we don’t work here, so we don’t know that. She offered no help at all and watched us struggling trying yo figure it out. Finally a barcode showed up for me, it it never did for my wife. She had to pay full price for her meal, which wasn’t the meal she wanted. I have no doubt the cashier could have given her the free entree or helped us. I wish I had told them to forget it and walked out, leaving them to throw the food away. I emailed them about my experience and received a reply that did not address my main concern. I’ve noticed their replies on here are robotic as well, so I expect nothing to happen to remedy the issue. You guys have competition, so we will eat elsewhere. Educate your employees on the app and how it works. Send your customers the barcode they need and don’t leave them fumbling around, holding up the line so your “gimmick app” gets them in the store so they have to buy something instead of getting the free item promised. Our last visit to what was a pretty good dining experience. Unacceptable.

Fruit flies everywhere!!!! It's disgusting! It's been like this for months. We used to like going here for a quick, convenient meal when we're in the area in the evening, but now, every time we go in there it seems the fruit fly problem gets worse. I think we've been to this location for the last time. They were flying around the food as they were preparing our meals. The wall of the hallway leading to the restrooms had at least 15-20 of them crawling around. It doesn't matter what the quality of the food or service is when you're having to swat more bugs inside than outside. Ewww! I think we'll just stick with the Turkey Creek location from now on.

The food is super fresh. It's clean and there are options for everybody when catered. It's simple and you can make it your own by adding whatever you enjoy most to your entree. It gets SUPER busy here during lunch so start before 12 or after 1 for the lunch rush. Very clean are with indoor and outdoor seating options.

Love this restaurant almost like a subway for Mexican food!! The flavors are delicious, and the quality and quantity are amazing for the price!

A most lovely young lady named Grace waited on myself and she was so sweet with a very delightful disposition. Her smile was infectious and I would return for it alone... But beyond that the food was fabulous and always good also exceeded any expectations for freshness and very clean establishment

Service is generally excellent, but what was a $7.99 two taco combo meal a couple of years ago is now $12.99. It used to be the best Mexican food around for the price but now you can eat at the better sit down local places for the same price. Not to mention that several times recently I've ended up with stale, unseasoned, tortilla chips and very watered down queso. It's a place of last resort now.

Literally nothing special about the food and the price is outrageous for a “combo”….. I spent 31$ and left hungry

The prices keep going up! On top of that they've lowered the amount of food they give you! I had 13 chips in my bag, that's way ridiculous! My steak was cold in my tacos. I know I'll definitely never go to that location again!

Hard working staff, friendly service, good music, and great food!

People that work here are rude never coming back here again if your gonna work somewhere make sure you treat your customers with respect
