Got lunch their today. Very bad experience The young Mexican there Bad aptitude. With no papers of being in the US, Was picking the food up with his hand. Which their were spoons provided. The person at the Register which he said was the manager She was grabbing and padding him on the buttock. I told them I will never come in their Again. I will Be contacting the Health Department About This Location . Hope With Next Electing The Boarder Will Be Close!!!!

Our family really enjoys Salsarita’s. We agree that they have the best queso, and their kid’s meals are great (they include a delicious chocolate chip cookie)! This location has a very nice dining room. It is easy to access from Hwy 40 at the West Hills exit. Salsarita’s is a supporter of the Knox County School’s 2021 Coupon Book and Knox County Library’s Rewards for Kids.

NO! stars for service. HORRIBLE. Ten years ago, I ate here religiously, I could eat it every day, but no more. Twice in as many weeks, since I moved back, and I will NEVER set another foot in those doors. The manager speaks NO English, and, in my opinion, AFTER TRANSLATION, did everything possible to ensure I would never return. If u want the ridiculous details, email me, I'd be happy to share. SHAME ON salsarita and shame on their manager for disgracing her heritage. This place deserves ZERO stars. I highly recommend anyone looking for, an already pitiful American "Mexican" food, buy a frozen burrito or go ANYWHERE other than this salsaritas. #disappointingAF. Knoxville is QUICKLY proving to have lost its luster! Pity

This is a cute little chain-restaurant, and this was my first visit! Due to my family's excessive and ludicrous allergies, it's often difficult to find a place to eat. Salsarita's provided enough options to satisfy due to the choose-your-own topping thing. We found the restaurant clean and the food good. I think there were two other customers present when we arrived so the service was fast. Thanks!

I was given a card for a free combo meal so I stopped by the West Hills location. They offer tacos, burritos, quesadillas, salads, bowls, and nachos. There is a large variety of meats, fillings, toppings, and salsas to choose from. With all the choices your meal ends up being huge- enough to make 2 meals for me! All of the salsas are house made and taste super fresh and delicious. They also offer kids meals and family packs. We got through the line quickly and were pleased with the courteous staff members.

The food is always hot a delicious, portions are more than fair. It's always clean and the employees are always nice and helpful. Don't sleep on this Salsarita's location. It's the best one! Plus signing up with the app gives you a free entrée, and you can order ahead. Can't beat it!

Stopped here for lunch on the way to the mall. I’m not a fan of the Mexican done like Subway concept, but my wife likes it and we had a school coupon. And boy am I glad we got our son’s kids meal free, because I continue to be amazed at how expensive this place is for what it is. I got the Veggie Bowl and made it a combo with chips, guac, and a drink for an extra $3.99. The combos have to be where Salsarita’s the most money, considering you get maybe 2 heaping tablespoons of guac. The food was fine. Better than Taco Bell but in my opinion not as much better as you’d expect for the price difference. Having teenagers scoop it out for me in a line like Subway doesn’t add much to the experience, but at least 3 of the 4 young people working the line were polite this visit. The manager likely knows who needs to work on greeting customers with a smile and a kind look. All in all, my rating of this place is it’s OK. It wouldn’t be my first choice, and it costs too much (our bill was nearly $26 after the free kid’s meal), but the food is fine.

Always well maintained; restaurant facilities are extremely clean. Food is fresh and always good.

Clean, quick, and genuinely kind staff who walked around and even gave us extra chips and collected our trash. Food was so good. Wow! 5 star service. Best salsaritas I’ve ever been to. We will be back!!!
