This place is very eclectic and artsy. Very friendly staff, great service good drinks and the food was very good. Only thing is to get to the roof top seating is a hell of a stair case but well worth the walk up.

Stopped in for an afternoon cocktail. Wow! Surprise! Everyone was smoking, inside and out. It's not my place, but it could be yours. Drinks were good, and the staff were friendly.

Not a fan that they allow smoking or that they only have boxed wine to serve, but other than that, this is a really cool place. 3 stories and you can also access the crystal bar next door from the rooftop. Great bartenders. Loved reading all the quotes on the walls. They also have live music.

Nice place! Three floors (two and a rooftop). Live band on the first floor. We sat on the roof and it was great! Fun vibe, a large beer selection and some whiskey options as well as other spirits. Good food. Definitely get the pizza! It was great!

Had a get together/good bye party here and it was amazing. There were so many levels and each rooftop had a different theme. The staff were friendly & the music was pretty nice. There is a Fee to get in but it’s not much. You get a pretty cool view of the market square and so on. I would recommend coming here to hang out, see the cool rooftops and views! 🍻👌🏽🎶

Edit after reply: I’m really disappointed in your response, you completely glazed over my point about how rude she was to my friend. I mean, to audibly sigh about a customer asking a question about your product and to speak to her the way she did was awful. And her tone to me about the door was nasty but it’s whatever, you'd have to be there to hear her tone cause her words were not the issue, however to make your customers feel like you're annoying them by asking questions is not a good look. I came here in the afternoon of Monday June 12 with some of my friends that came from out of town to celebrate my birthday. I usually love it here and have almost always had an awesome experience, but the bartender on the rooftop was extremely rude and unpleasant. My friend was asking her about the different beers available, coming from out of town, she’s unfamiliar with a lot of local beers and wanted more info. She audibly sighed and spoke so low she literally couldn’t hear her, so my friend chose a random beer not knowing anything about it. There was no one else at the bar, I don’t know why this seemed so troublesome, how busy can it be at 6 pm on a Monday? I’m a server and never complain about bad customer service, but this was exceptionally bad. Me and my other friends were going to get some beer but that experience had us not do so. When it was time to leave, I accidentally headed towards the wrong door but quickly realized it was wrong and started to turn around. She said very abruptly, while I was immediately correcting myself, “no ma’am, wrong door” it was a case of how you say it, not what she said. So incredibly rude. If I come back and see her again, I’m turning around and going elsewhere. She had dreadlocks styled in a bun if that helps identify her. Judging off other reviews it seems like this isn’t the first time you’ve had this issue. I would love to discuss this with management further, but again, as a server, I know the difference between having an off day and just being a downright rude person who clearly hates their job. My favorite shifts are always the slow ones where I get to know my customers and have time to chit chat, again my friend was the only person at the bar. Still had an amazing birthday and loved our waitresses at other bars in the area who were so nice even though they were more busy.

It was nearly 1am and we were desperately in need of some food and wanted to enjoy a drink after our three flights from the west coast. This was the only place open and we came in to find live music concluding their sets. We had a great experience and our server was superb, but we’re highly surprised that they were smoking😶‍🌫️🤯. Other than smoking we have great memories of this pub. Happy holidays🎄

Stopped for a few beers. The vibe on the garden rooftop was awesome. Ended up getting some. Bartenders, drinks and food were all great. We loved it there.

I would recommend this place as a MUST GO place in Knoxville. My boyfriend and I had a quick trip to Knoxville and were only there for one weekday evening. The ambiance and service were incredible! There was a cheap cover at the door (about $3 I think) but it was more than worth it. They have three levels, each with a different “vibe” which is so cool. Bottom floor had a live band playing great music with a bar and booths to sit down and get some food. Second floor was more of a bar and dance area with popular songs played and lights dimmed. The third floor is a roof top bar with awesome decorations and lighting. We had food on the first floor and listened to the band when we first arrived and had no idea there were additional stories. As we were about to leave we ventured upstairs just to take a look and ended up having two more drinks on the roof. Like I said, even if you’re in town for just a night, stop in and take a look around!

I have been to the rooftop beer garden several times now and always have an amazing time. Their London mules are excellent!!! (London mule is a Moscow mule made with gin instead of vodka), they have green tea shots, great beer. Such an incredible atmosphere to come and catch up with friends. The views are gorgeous and the decor takes it over the top. Will definitely return.

Nice job using my platform to try to advertise you location and all the different levels...I'm not sure what your "ouch" was all about other than to draw attention to yourself. I gave you a decent review 3 star, 4 star , 4 star.. so obviously your response is only to draw attention to yourself... I hope that work I guess I can delete my photos and let you advertise for yourself.

This was our 1st and last visit to this pub. It was a good time listening to the band on the 1st floor. We told waitress that we were gonna pay in cash, but she still needed a card to put on hold and stated she will not charge the card...we went to cash out and paid our order in cash, then the waitress told my boyfriend that she charged his card by accident and would see pending charge she said reversed the charges...we paid the waitress $10 to get the drummer from the band we knew a shot he recieved...Well today we checked our bank statement and was charged 2 times $75 and then a $10 charge. We paid in cash $70 for our bill and gave waitress $20 tip. Total hog wash...We will be contacting them about this for sure. SO if you go to downtown bars pay cash so you don't get screwed!!

Stopped in on a beautiful sunny fall day and enjoyed the rooftop bar. Quirky decorum, friendly staff, cheap drinks and great views of downtown Knox/Market Square. Great place, I recommend stopping in for a drink or two.

I'm from NYC and I love this bar. You can smoke inside! Live music was awesome. Great place, very diverse. They have tables or you can sit at the bar. All around really cool environment. Bartenders were working hard slinging drinks . Awesome place

One of our favorite spots! We are typically day time guests and we love the bartenders - who we now consider our friends. The daytime regulars have also become friends. Try a cauliflower crust pizza! Delish! Or opt for take out from Tommy Trent’s while you enjoy a beer at Pres!

I’m here visiting from Seattle. My sister was showing me around and recommended this bar. The levels are incredible. Firstly, I smoke so being able to go into a bar and smoke is a welcome change. The second level had a really cool shuffle board. The third level was an awesome rooftop bar. Those are the positives. The reason I am giving two stars was because the bartenders on the third floor were incredibly rude. They even were joking about how miserable they were there and how they couldn’t wait to get off. This was around 2-3 in the afternoon on a Saturday. Despite their attitudes I still tipped well. The only actual negative about the bar was you feel and hear how sticky the floor was leaving. Would be an easy 5 stars, had the employees been professional and polite.

So I’m just kinda passing through, but I travel alone most of the time. The staff here made me feel so welcome on the Sunday I went to the second floor. The girl with the beehive dreads was so sweet and actively went out of her way to make me feel safe when there was this one guy being weird. It’s a special type of service to have bartenders care enough to look out for your safety. Will be back!🥰

Taylor is by far the best bartender I have had at this place . She was on the second floor and she was an amazing bartender. Very down to earth and understood our drinks very well. Definitely will go back just because of her alone. The place was nice but she was a good touch. But she was Amazing

Way too pricey for what it is. During the day it was more enjoyable as a novelty. Cover charge on top of that. The guys working the door were nice enough though. I've not had the food. Two drinks and out.

A fantastic view, peaceful. A whimsical atmosphere with good service. We came upstairs for drinks after dinner. Lots of room.

Pretty disappointed in a location with such a nice roof top and plenty of space. 2 of 3 drinks ordered were bad, as their soda gun wasn't working correctly and they were not willing to refund the drinks even if untouched. Also, I asked specifically if they used fresh lime in their cosmopolitan, and she said she would squeeze fresh lime. That apparently meant squeezing 2 lime wheels, and it was pretty bad and mostly cranberry juice. Their rail offering is better than expected, but you will need to be sure you are getting what you asked for, or you will just have to drink it and deal with it. She also said she couldn't make an old fashioned as she didn't have the stuff. Smoking is permitted, which isn't a positive. We won't be back.

Very cool bar. I love it has so many different rooms! Worth the visit! There were not a lot of people on a Tuesday but I bet Friday would be fun. Very cool place and very reasonable price!
