Wow talk about great service and an unsuspected atmosphere. This place was a pleasant surprise on all fronts. And our waitress, Paige was just so engaging and personable. Good job young lady and thanks for making new, life long cystomers.

Service was excellent. Waitress was very helpful and friendly. The burger was fresh and well cooked. The fries were seasoned well. The seasoning on the fries were a little spicy but good. Would recommend. The atmosphere was up beat. Will go again.

Personality of our server was great - but service was not great. We did not receive very attentive service. We waited a while for our drink orders, then it took 15 minutes to receive a draft of cider. We waited a while for her to return to take our order, and the check. The food was average. My wife liked her taco’s. The Philly cheesesteak tasted kind of weird to me. Kids meals are cheap and one kids meal is free with an adult entree before 4 on Saturday and Sunday.

The atmosphere is great in this restaurant. Feels like you are in a resort in the woods. Lots of outdoor seating that is under the main roof. They have plastic covers for the open area that can be put down if it is too cold or hot. Lots of TV's to watch various sports. The wings were really good with the Tai Chili sauce. The hamburger was cooked well and the french fries were hot. Service was quick and friendly and we didn't feel rushed

Stopped in by chance.. Didn't realize they had a place in Knoxville.. Food was good, service was slow. She was new and couldn't serve beer. So, not a normal occurrence. From what I could see, everyone else was getting served fast and treated well. it was packed for a Wednesday afternoon for lunch. I would recommend for sure.. Beer was really cold!

It's worth mentioning - regarding the menu - that, once you have been seated, you use your phone to scan the QR code on your table to view the menu. I hope to see more restaurants adopting this idea. It's certainly more eco-friendly and cost effective. As far as prices go, initially, it might seem Twin Peaks is a tad higher across the board compared with similar restaurants. However, when you see the amount of food on your plate, the sticker shock will quickly be forgotten. I had the chicken fried steak with jalapeño cream gravy and house made garlic mashed potatoes and 3-cheese mac-n-cheese with breadcrumbs. Menu is loaded with lots of options, whatever you might be craving. A large number of TVs for watching your favorite sports teams, about 30 beers on tap, a plethora of cocktails and mixed drinks, and plenty of friendly, smiling, and cute waitresses to make your Twin Peaks experience a great one.

Had an AMAZING server Named Jazz.. she really did her job and made the dinner worth it! Very on top of everything! We had a crew and she kept up with everyone's needs! Kudos to her!! Jazz your the reason we'll be back again!! Thanks again from: Young's Lawn Care

Cool place! Great food! Especially loved the mozzarella bites. Anika was a fantastic server. She did a fabulous job taking care of us. Can't wait to come back and try other stuff.

I have been to Twin Peaks in different cities and always liked the food. But I really loved the food at this location. I am such a big fan of their Nashville hot chicken sandwich that I have not tried anything else much here. The place is fun with sports and games on tv around you.

Madi G was an amazing server! She took amazing care of me and my friends. Super sweet and funny and attentive. Would definitely recommend asking for her. My food was great as well and food was tasty even if it did take a bit to come out. Not her fault. Will definitely be back. This is also my first review ever but felt compelled to leave one. Glad my friend Brent Allen told me to try this place for the first time.

My husband and I stopped in for dinner while in town. Alisha was the BEST server! She made a great drink recommendation for me. Alisha was super personable and gave us just the right about if attention. The food was also great. I highly recommend the street corn salad!

Jai was a great server. She was funny and dealt with my rowdy football obsessed group with a smile on her face. All the food was great and my twisted tea came quick and fresh. Will be coming back for her for sure

Stopped in here for late lunch. Olivia (Liv) was such a doll and super friendly. Smart girl. Service was quick. I had the pulled pork nachos which was really good. Husband had the pot roast which was excellent and very tender.

Madi g gave us a great experience. Our beers never got empty her personality and attitude was amazing. Was very cautious about her abc license and all around provided excellent service. Definitely our new favorite server and will become one of her regulars.

Madi G not only had delivered phenomenal service and excellence, she inspired our group to excel in life. She is a lady and a scholar! 11/10 experience and I will be coming back and I can only hope to be fortunate enough to be sat in her section. Her excitement and love for her job exudes the utmost excellence and breaks all barriers perceived by modern dining experiences. She is the gold standard of service and deserves nothing but the highest respect and praise. The wings are also great.

I'm new to the Knoxville area, so I decided to stop in to Twin Peaks for dinner tonight. I was greeted and sat immediately up on entering the restaurant. My server was Lilly and she was quick to come by, say hi and get my order started. She kept my drink full all night and checked back frequently to make sure my food was right. I asked for her opinion on dessert and went with the brownie sundae at her recommendation. It was a great finish to a delicious meal! Thank you for the awesome service, Lilly! You made the new guy in town feel welcome! 😊

This was my and my business partner first time here. Awesome job from everyone working in this awesome establishment Mary Jane is the best, she’s not needy or pushy. She spent time having small conversations with us made us feel like we are everyday customers. Thank You MJ. Thank Again!

A very nice place that did offer us a pet friendly area for us to have lunch and bring our pet with us. The food was very good and the staff was friendly with fast service. In a great location that has shopping and other services close by. I highly recommend this restaurant.

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. Sophie was my server and she was phenomenal. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, some classics wings then some apple turnovers and for their prices it’s 100% worth it. The manager Nick also did a great job following up in anything we needed

Lily was fantastic as a server. Very personable and never stood still. Quickly serving every table, and made sure I had everything I needed. Suggested the Hawaii Five-O flatbread and it was probably the best thing I’ve had here. Gentleman from the kitchen came out and checked as well. Five stars all around.

The food here is always good bar fare... But the bar always smells funky. Makes me not want to sit at the Bar top. Someone should get behind the bar, move all the refrigerators, and bleach wash the entire place. ... The restrooms smell better than the bar top... They recently changed out all the light bulbs in the chandeliers and sconces with the cheapest cold white lamps that literally hurt your eyes. A real turn down to how the place was when it opened.

The restaurant is clean and roomy, but exceptionally loud (it's a sports bar, so that's expected). Friends told us the food was great, so we went for my birthday dinner. I had a bacon and pimento cheese burger, husband had the 10oz sirloin, and daughter had the Nashville hot chicken. The burger and chicken sandwich weren't anything special. Burger was much too greasy to eat. The chicken sandwich was not spicy at all. The fries were delicious. My husband's steak was cooked perfectly and he raved about it. The bartender was generous with the alcohol in the mixed drinks. Our waitress was very sweet and attentive. Overall, we would go back to try something different from the menu, but it didn't really blow us away.

Everything was delicious, but the service made the experience so much GREATER. Our server, Jaz, was hospitable and knew precisely what she was talking about. It was honestly nice to have after such a bad day at work. She definitely turned my frown upside down. I will be back, and I will request her section every time!!!!

It was a very relaxing atmosphere. Had wonderful service from my beautiful waitress Lilly. Even got a visit from manager thanking me for my visit with a free chips and dip on next visit. If your in the area go try the food and ask for Lilly!!

Allissa was our waitress and she was very nice. She kept checking on us and made sure our drinks were full. She was attentive and very nice to have as our waitress. She recommended the flatbreads. Should’ve gone with her recommendation. Will next time!
