Extensive menu! Delicious food, but their breakfast options are astounding! And, as always a plus for me, their coffee is CRACK! 😎 [08/30/2022] Wanted a great breakfast. Got it here!! What a lovely breakfast they serve here! Crispy croissant with salmon, Benedict, yummy crème brûlée!!! I love all what I’ve tried here and want to come for lunch or dinner here again! Thanks for a great service Orlando!

This was my 1st time here. My food was delicious! Yum! Service was friendly but slow. Understandable due to staff shortage. So no complaints. Prices very expensive for breakfast. My daughter’s French toast was $15.99! Yikes! My one complaint is the bathrooms were very unclean! That is not good. Lastly, make sure when asking for a Mamosa that you specify. They have $5 ones on Saturday and Sunday only. I’ll go back to try the dinner menu next.

Amazing stop on our trip back from Pigeon Forge. Daughter got the crepes and they were the best thing we ordered. I got the stuffed pain and husband got the quiche Lorraine. Every single bite was overwhelmingly flavorful and well prepared. Service (our server was Sheryl) was beyond friendly. They gave us muffins and even ran out to the car when we forgot some sunglasses. Really confused about why it only has four stars.

We always enjoy Mimi’s but today was wonderful! Orlando was our waiter and he was so kind, and attentive! I feel like that kind of service is hard to come by these days!! Food was delicious as always! 💗

I had a wonderful 4 course dinner at Mimi's Cafe. The atmosphere was quiet, the restaurant didn't have many patrons, but was welcoming. I enjoyed top notch service from Alex, his timing was perfect bringing out each course. The Caesar Salad was delicious and perfectly seasoned. The caesar dressing they used had a wonderful amount of flavor that made the whole dish come together. Along with perfectly aged croutons and cheese it was a perfect opening dish. The Spinach Dip was even better. It almost filled me up before my main course showed up. Instead of going with the usual tortilla chips they use thinly sliced bread which is perfectly buttered and crisp. Would definitely recommend getting for an appetizer, you might need more bread though. The French Pot Roast is a perfect savory entrée if you're looking for something to stick to your ribs. The mashed potatoes and gravy are rich and a perfect foundation for the plate. The roast is delicate and tender falling apart on your fork. The carrots and mushrooms are cooked perfectly al dente, they still have plenty of texture. The Lava Cake was a good way to finish the meal. The cake is sweet, but not too rich until you break into the molten fudge center. Perfect mix with vanilla ice cream on the side. Mimi's Cafe offers a ton of menu options especially if you're looking for some breakfast or brunch options, but I'd definitely stop by for dinner again.

I was heading for another local restaurant, but when I drove by Mimi's Café, I made two U-turns to get there. I went for the Jambalaya. Great taste, generous serving, just the right amount of spice. Oh, and the onion soup is always perfection.

Ate here on a Sunday for brunch. There was very little wait for a table as we got there before the church crowds. After we did get seated our server passed by our table 3 times saying she would be right with us. Finally when she came, she took our drink orders and we said we were ready to order but she insisted on getting our drinks first which took too long. She finally took our order after she brought our drinks and the food took a very long time to get. When it arrived, a few of us had ordered avocado with our dishes which was a $2 add on. When the dishes arrived with the avocado it was ridiculous. There were 3 small slivers of avocado, equally to maybe 1/8 of an avocado. We mentioned to the waitress and she was like "I can't do anything about it" so we asked for a Manger. The Manger never came but the waitress brought us additional sides of avocado and said the manager was too busy and said to give us. We were not upset the manager didn't come. We were mainly upset that the waitress didn't even bother to offer to speak to the management herself about our complain, she gave the "I don't care attitude". The food was great except the potatoes needed to be cooked a little longer. They were not fuller cooked through.

The food was delicious. My only complaint was that I would have enjoyed some bread of sorts to enjoy the gravy that was in my pot roast dinner! That would have topped off an otherwise great dinner. One added thing, I had a Margarita for starters. Salt on the rim..... isn't that just a given?? Going back for Easter Dinner. Check it out one more time!

Orlando was a great server. He made sure our teas were topped off with out asking. Gave us time to eat but would check at just the right time to see if we needed anything. French dip sandwich was great. Decided to get dessert to go.

The restaurant had a great family atmosphere. The waitress was very attentive to our needs. The food was definitely not the greatest. My wife did have a pasta dish that was decent. I had a steak. It was easy to tell that it wasn't a very good quality steak. I don't mind eating at places that serve low quality steaks as long as the price matches it's quality. The meal was definitely pricey compared to the quality of the food. That is my greatest complaint.

Food - where do I start. My wife had the Santa Fe Omelet w a side of pancakes. The omelet was cooked perfectly. The potatoes on the side had a delicious flavor. The pancakes reminded me of grandmas. The syrup came warm. I had the French Quarter Burger. It was beyond any burger I have had in recent memories. I upcharged for bowl tomato basil soup instead of fries. I'm so glad I did. It was so fresh and creamy. Service - Dominique was so attentive. Our cups were never empty. She was very prompt with any of our requests. Atmosphere - it was really quaint. Only draw back was that it was really chilly, but that's because I'm always cold anyway. The bathroom was very clean. Wish it had a little more light in it.

Had a wonderful breakfast at Mimi's. The roasted potatoes were perfectly done and had a little kick from the Cajun seasoning. The eggs were fluffy. The ham was delicious! Their blueberry muffins come warm and with lots of blueberries! My husband really enjoyed his eggs Benedict too.

Great food and great atmosphere! The staff was polite and friendly and service was fairly fast considering there were 2 servers and 12 tables. The food was piping hot when it came out and absolutely delicious! Once we were done we splurged on dessert. The perfect finish to an amazing meal!

Mimi’s Cafe is one of my favorite brunch spots for their eggs Benedict options, griddle cakes or crepes, various quiches, and omelets. I love that they use capers with their smoked salmon omelet or Benedict. Delicious and reasonably priced.

I have been there several times, and the food and portions have always been wonderful! Their menu has great choices, and they have fantastic desserts! Are you a breakfast person? All. Day. Breakfast. Personally, I find it hard to pick a dish because I want to try so much!

We came for dinner. We had the jambalaya and pain perdu with mixed berries (stuffed French toast) The jambalaya was nothing to write home about. The tomato sauce was so thin it was practically spicy water sauce with a hint of tomato in it. The meats were hot and cooked so there's that. The stuffed French toast was good but again nothing too memorable. I had read so many good reviews and was so excited to try something new. We spent $47 and left highly disappointed.HOWEVER our waitress was great! Very nice and personable. She definitely made the experience decent with her kindness.

Growing up in the area, I’ve been going to Mimi’s here and there and have always loved the food every time I’ve gone. The atmosphere is quaint and filled with an array of French related items. My recommendations, always get a muffin! And I highly recommend the cinnamon roll French toast, it was super sweet but super worth it! The omelette I honestly won’t order again but it was nice to stray away from my usuals.

Enjoyed an early Father's Day breakfast. First time experience. Beautiful decor, clean, delicious food, and we had a good server. The only reason I can't give this place 5 stars all around is due to an unacceptable and disappointing ending. The server was taking care of the entire back dining area with no help from younger employees. The server was taking orders, running back and forth, waiting on patrons while the younger folks just stood around. We waited and waited for our check. Finally, we had to ask for the check and then had to wait some more. The server was doing the best she could do with no help at all from the younger folks just stood around. Anyone of them could have helped us, but chose to just stand and stare.

Amazing experience. Dined outside and was actually waited on by the manager. He was absolutely amazing and such a nice personality. I've been a waitress many times in the last and never seen such a hard working manager that actually is willing to help and wait on tables. Food was phenomenal and fresh yet so unique. Cutest cafe by far with such a nice outdoor space in which I sat at.
