TASTY FOOD AT THE COST OF HOSPITALITY!!. The food was great. There was prime rib and crawfish on the menu on top of the sushi and other items. On arrival, the host was friendly and the lady showing us to our table must have been in a race because I literally had to jog to keep up. Speaking of speed, the attendees for the tables were fast but did so by pushing themselves through customers as well as cutting them off. I am glad the food was tasty because the rudeness of the workers keeping the tables clean would keep me from coming back.

*FOOD POISONING ALERT* be careful if you eat here! It's hit or miss. Make sure you have a 🚽 nearby for the next 12 hours! I've been here twice and I will not come again. The first time was okay but the second time was definitely not okay! Follow up review, 2nd visit: I brought a friend here, we didn't eat any of the same food. We both got sick that night. Something is wrong with this place. 🤢 Also the bathrooms are filthy. I used to work in restaurants and if the bathrooms are filthy then so are the kitchens. And the kitchens are where the food comes from. So this place is gross and I would not recommend ever going there. Oh, and they didn't give me my military discount even though I showed them my ID. I didn't notice until I checked the receipt after. The guy ripped me off. I'm pretty sure the food is days old. 1st visit: The hibachi is the best of the dining options. It's all fresh and hot cooked to order. There are some pretty outlandish offerings but to each his own :-). I've been here twice. Bring a coupon and be sure to use your military discount if you can. They charge 2 and 1/2 for one drink! Yikes!

Tried this place while I’m in town visiting. I was expecting something that wasn’t good but this place definitely has amazing tasty food. Everything from pot stickers to Texas toast and all in between. My favorite were the ragoons. The service was fast and I always had a fresh refill before I was done with my drink. The waitress was friendly and very well mannered. Would definitely come here again.

We LOVED this place! It was a large buffet with a TON of selection. Lots of choices from Chinese to American fare, and the food was terrific. Service was pleasant, and it was an incredible value. Perfect for families, or even a date night. We were highly impressed. This picture was just randomly one of my plates.

This place is absolutely fantastic, anything and everything that you could want to eat they have hot, fresh and ready. The Hibachi Grill is outta thus world! I could eat my weight in hibachi. Sushi is so good and so are the spicy crawdads. I would suggest this place to anyone. And we will be back many times.

This place is awesome. They have a ton of food to choose from, kid friendly options, ice cream, good prices and plenty of space. The food was delicious and staff was very friendly. Our new favorite buffet in Knoxville!

It was our first time trying this restaurant as we were visiting Knoxville. The exterior itself looked quite shabby, but we decided to try it anyways seeing the high reviews and dinner price for “all-you-can-eat”. Upon entering the restaurant, there was a nice young lady who took us to our table. At first, the table she originally had planned for us was wiped down and clean. Just as we were about to sit down, a lady with short hair who was aggressively sweeping told us to sit at the table she had just been cleaning. Underneath the table was vile. It was filled with food despite her “sweeping”. She also kept shouting throughout the dinner service which made it very uncomfortable to eat. At one point, when she served drinks to those sitting beside us, she had slammed the drinks down and stuck her fingers in the drink when they asked “which one is which?” (The drinks were quite similar in color). Those next to use then turned to me and rose their hands in confusion stating “what the **** is wrong with her”. Moving onto the food, although there was a wide selection to choose from, it was not delicious whatsoever. The butter fried shrimp was so salty to the point where it was bitter. The beef from the broccoli had chunks of fat which made it very unappetizing to stomach. The clams itself were not washed thoroughly considering how much sand it had when bitten into. The only decent item was their stir fried noodles. It was nicely seasoned, but even then it below standards. Overall, even with the price being cheap for an “all-you-can-eat” buffet, I will definitely not return. It was one of the dirtiest restaurants I have ever been too, and the lady should not be working in customer service with the way she acts. Additionally, the quality of the food is just not there. It just seems very unhygienic. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Great family restaurant all you can eat for some delicious food and this great monument that I actually enjoy watching as I walk in. The vibe is much better than other restaurants great place to be on the weekend.

We always enjoy eating here ... food is fresh & tastes great. The buffet is expansive with a sampling of Asian & American choices. Or you can pick your ingredients & have a dish made to order. We especially like the buttered shrimp.

Food was good, hot and fresh when I came. Giving it 3 stars because the hostess up front (blondish hair) was impatient and had an unpleased attitude as soon as my hispanic family & I walked in. No greeting, just how many are eating/drinking, follow me. When we settled at our table, enjoying the food I see her walk in with another big group, but all white, with a big welcoming smile laughing and conversing with them. Want to support your business, but not if my people don’t feel wanted!

This was my first visit to Hibachi Grill. We were overwhelmed by the variety, quality and taste of the smorgasbord of things offered. I especially enjoyed the blue crab, stuffed mushrooms and beef with broccoli. The cost of the meals were very reasonable. We will visit this establishment again.

Great buffet, was busy but had fast service. Would definitely go again. Probably had more buffet tables than any other place I been to at least 8 buffet tables easy. Also sushi and hibachi grill is included in the price. Food selection was top notch they had every buffet staple I could think of. Food quality I would rate above the average buffet level.

Great service and fairly good food. Would recommend some updates and renovations to the dining area. Some parts of the carpet didn’t look great but were fine and not a major trip hazard. The entryway looks beautiful with the water fountain. But that’s where the beauty comes to an end really.

A lot of variety of food but not the best of what I've had in Chinese buffets. I have to give it to them though. They kept the food on a good rotation because once the tray of whatever food was done they had a fresh tray or to replace it. Service was good and the waitress made sure to always check up on us to make sure our drinks were full and if we needed anything. Honestly I wouldn't mind going back but it wouldn't be my first choice in Chinese Buffett option.

I visited this place a number of times as this place is around my home. The buffet seems always good as there are lots to choose from. The food seemed tasty and fresh and they refill quite efficiently. The food has a kid-friendly selection as well. However, the place always smells bad and is not so clean. Bathrooms are also shabby and untidy. I think hygiene is something that a restaurant should maintain the most. That's why it becomes relevant when others are complaining about food poisoning. Also, we found two of the wait persons who were really rude and rough. They have the potential to be one of Knoxville's favorite buffet places if they work on these factors.

I know, I know.... Another Asian Hibachi buffet.... Man, this place is great! They have a whole pork loin, a while roast beef, and you cut your own portions. The hibachi was excellent with lots of selections. It's a massive buffet with just about everything. It even had really good fried chicken legs. I put down three plates before I succumbed and finished it off with ice cream.

Have been here several times while visiting LU and have ALWAYS been very happy. The array of food is incredible and tasty, the salad bar is always fresh and the place is clean. Haven’t found anything like it and we travel quite a bit. Highly recommend.

Chinese buffet that's extremely large very good price almost everything tasted extremely good but of course with the Chinese you have everything from raw food to roast. Beef they have a hibachi style grill which is very Good they have sushi there I don't particular care for cause I don't like crawfish. It's because I will go to sushi bar where I know what I was getting instead of above Fey deep sushi just don't think that would be. A good place everything needs to be well cooked at a buffet and it is an extremely large buffet. I don't know how many items it has but I would say has close to a 100 items on the buffet.

Absolutely gross some of the chicken was cold coming off the hot bar. Spoons were disgusting near the ice cream. There sanitation grade was not posted. I look it up after my wife and I ate there. It’s An 84%B. Poorly cleaned rust and mold in the walk in freezer. Improper food storage in refrigerator and freezer poorly cleaned. Pools of stale liquid in the kitchen. Needles to say I will never eat there again. I was very sick. Would never recommend.

While everything seemed mostly hot and fresh, the quality and flavor of most every was mediocre at best. Sushi was very shabby...with most of the rolls containing egg. Would not go back.

By far the best Asian Buffet I have eaten,the variety of food was unreal and everything we tried twas great. This will be my spot when I am in the area! Only downfall I could complain about is the pond of water in front of the ice cream cooler. I hope this was just an isolated incident.

I usually go for lunch but went for dinner recently. The quality has remained stable for this buffet for a long time with little bad experiences after several visits over the years. It's consistently good and fairly priced. It stays pretty busy which is why I usually go at lunch but dinner is worth the crowd. It really hit the spot. My experience was very satisfying at my most recent dinner visit.

We were asked by some friends to meet them for dinner at Hibachi Grill. Most of the reviews we read were positive so we were looking forward to it. They were very busy but had plenty of friendly staff to keep up with the demand and they kept the place clean. The food bars were well stocked with a lot of choices. However, the food was not hot at all it was just barely warm. There was not much flavor in most everything we tried. They do have a cold bar where you can pick out your meats and vegetables and they’ll cook them for you while you wait. This was good and hot simply because it was fresh from the grill. I see reviews about the unlimited ice cream bar. This is true but we witnessed countless kids as young as 4yrs, dipping ice cream out themselves and in doing so, their bodies were leaning into the cooler to get the ice cream out. This can’t be sanitary. Our friends paid for the dinners so I’m not giving my opinion based on the price which is a little high for the quality however, we will not return to this restaurant.

More selection then I thought would be. Polite staff, average but not bad cleanliness. A little too much fried food, but you can certainly choose something else. As with all buffets, if you don't leave satisfied, it's not their fault.

I really enjoyed the Hibachi. Everything was cooked perfectly! There is a variety of dishes to choose from. I will definitely be adding this to my favorites list!

Food was good. Although my fiance said there was some type of meat they offered and it was not cooked enough to eat. But that was on the American part. I stuck with the Chinese food as that was my reason for going. I really enjoyed what I ate and our server was very good. She kept our drink glasses full we never had less than 1/2 glass and as soon as we placed the empty plates at the edge of the table she was picking them up to get out of our way.

Not a high scale establishment, but the food was fresh and delicious. The staff does and excellent job keeping the food fresh, accommodating customers and keeping the place as clean as possible. As with most buffets, the food is fresher when the place is busier. Next time I'm in the area, I will definitely try to stop in again.

We use to eat here all the time and never have had any issues up until recently. We sat down and got food per usual, I ordered a drink only and chose not to eat. It was extremely hot in there so instead I sat with my family who ALL ATE. My little ones love crawfish and needed help peeling them as I did. I told the lady I was not eating but helping my son and she argued with me saying I was eating then stormed off yelling in her language. The manager said he has camera to see who has ate which is great for his business so immediately I said go ahead and check them. I didn’t put a single thing in my mouth. He realized that I in fact did not eat and reprinted the ticket. The server was SO RUDE the rest of the time and kept yelling in a different language to other servers. She then reprinted a ticket and again try to give me the WRONG ticket. I use to eat here with my family at least twice a month but will NOT be back anytime soon. They need better servers who can communicate to customers.

AMAZING. At first I wasn't thrilled coming to a buffet. I quickly changed my mind when I started eating. Buffets tend to be average as far as the quality of the food. This buffet was different. It had so many different items and everything I ate was really good. I would 100% recommend it for yourself or bring the wife and kids. Also, friendly, good service.

This place has a excellent selection and great food. They have had a checkered past with their health inspection ratings but from what I can see the place has corrected those issues and is quite clean. Don't be afraid to give them a try, you will be happy with the selection, food and service if you do.
