Wish i could give zero stars.Yeah it's cheap, but basically a Crack hotel. There was a big zip lock bag with a pair of dirty socks in it behind the TV stand, a needle cap, and some used rags that were stuffed back there. Absolutely disgusting. The hair dryer had gunk that was caked in the filter. Burn holes in the sheets also. Pretty sure there was a blood splatter on the ceiling also by the front door. Staff came into the room while we weren't there also which is unsettling. Originally were gonna stay one night but had to stay another night because it was cheap and convenient. Lady at the front desk tried to push her way through our room after we booked another night online like she told us too and had an attitude with my fiance apparently when she asked him to come to the office to sign paper work. Thankfully I had the chain locked on the door because I was passed out in a nap and naked. Would never recommend this place unless you're desperate. Reporting them to better business bureau.

Super comfy hotel I would recommend to anyone. Front desk human was quick and helpful. The beds were super comfortable. 3 pillows to a queen size bed. The shower heat and pressure were 10/10. Everything was clean with no cosmetic damage. They had a grab and go breakfast with cereal, yogurt, fruit and snacks.

It wasn’t that great of a hotel. The good things are that the staff are very nice and it’s close to food and gas. The cons are that the bath tub was kind of gross and the bed wasnt that comfy. We also get to set the air as low as we want and the hotel was fairly clean. It isn’t a terrible place to stay, but if u got money I probably wouldn’t recommend staying.

Room was adequate. Shower was phenomenal. Carpet and sofa and footrest, are really really in need of cleaning. Do not walk on the carpet without foot coverings. Also drape a towel across the furniture if wearing light colored clothing, especially if you are going to be sitting for a spell. Otherwise the staff are excellent and very informative.

Super convenient off the highway, easy to find and navigate. The rooms are standard. You get what you pay for. It was clean and had what we needed for the night. Grounds were free of trash and debris.Breakfast was lacking variety. Mainly pre packaged pastries, muffins, granola bars and boxed juices. Hot coffee. Overall a good standard one night stay for a fair price.

DO NOT EVEN TRY THIS DISGUSTING HOTEL!! I attempted to stay at this hotel and ran from it within 10 minutes. Urine all over the bathroom floor, shoes kept sticking to it. Bedding was stained and didn’t look like the sheets had been washed in a long time. Horrible stench when you first open the door. If I could rate this hotel any lower I would. I tried this property when I came across it late at night. Should have know better. Then to top if off, the front desk lady didn’t even seem fazed when I told her of the condition of the room! Like she’s used to people telling her that! To top it off, she told me everything would be refunded back to my account in the morning. We are now going in two week and I can’t even get the general manager to call me back!! Apparently she is to pre-occupied with her other hotels and her person business to give this property the attention it needs. No wonder it’s in such horrible shape. RUN FROM THIS HOTEL!! Horrible experience all around

Located in a great part of town, check-in was great, but room cleanliness was poor. Whoever cleaned the room, sucks. Food left in the fridge, sink faucet covered in hard water stains that hasn't been cleaned in a week maybe. I used a hand towel and easily washed the spout. Just shows the laziness of their cleaning. With these little things, it really makes me wonder how clean the towels and sheets were. Hopefully, the manager/owners see this and do some inspections of their staff. It's something easily resolved.

STAY AWAY!!! Dead roaches, black mold, water damage on the walls, other people's hair in the bathroom, cigarette burns on the linens even though we were in a non-smoking room... This was the filthiest hotel I've ever stayed at. Absolutely shameful. The pictures say it all. The entire building needs to be sprayed for pests. Whoever "cleaned" and manages cleaning should be fired for leaving the room in unhygienic conditions. Absolutely inexcusable. Gave it a shot for one night until we found better accommodations and immediately left the next day. Found a live roach in the bed as we were packing. Only came here because we booked through a company that didn't check for any red flags but normally didn't give us problems.

We stayed 4 nights for the dog friendly as we were in Knoxville for a dog show. Shower was good but tub felt sticky on the feet. Shared the bathroom with a cockroach. Could not take my eyes off the filth on the walls and door frame. Toilet was not installed correctly or completely so moved with us whenever we used it. Carpet was also sticky so did not walk bare foot. Black mold very noticeable in a large part of the ceiling. The sofa was not clean so covered with an extra sheet. Removed the dirty bedspread and wrapped the sheets with a blanket from the front desk. Maid service once in the 4 days. Only to freshen towels and empty trash and leave an envelope for the gratuity. On the good side, whoever does the laundry enjoys it. The linens and towels were clean.

Had car trouble during a road trip and had to stay at this motel. It was not a pleasant stay. Room felt dirty and had a smell. Mildew/mold on ceiling. Random long hair on sheet and in bathroom. Head boards of bed were dirty. Overall very poor cleanliness. Would not recommend.

There were roaches in our room. When I went into the office to alert them of this issue after checking in they showed me a posting they displayed saying " Its Roach Season " omg my mother and I booked this through RCI and they said they wouldn't use any facility that wasn't at least a 4 star. I am definitely going to report this to RCI. This room cost me $136.00 for 1 night

This was by far the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. I travel A LOT and can say this was the most disgusting room ever. If I had not been on the road the entire day, I would have just walked out and went some place else -refund or not. I spent the first hour wiping down the floor (it was all laminate) of the entire room and then wiping down the walls and door of the bathroom. It was terrible. The shower curtain had soap and whatever else from the previous guests, hair all over the shower and bathroom floor, the laminate in the rest of the room was sticky and very very dirty.... I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have to give some "star" rating to even post and 1 is way more than this place deserves.

My first room was all peeling paint and poor drywall repair work. The shower head was coming out of the wall. There was black mold in the bathtub/shower and dirty walls near light switches. The toilet was loose and could be wiggled with little pressure. I asked for a different room and was given one. It was better but still mold in the bathroom and the bed coverlet had unidentified stains. When I removed it, the quilt underneath had cigarette burns. The sink and shower head were dirty and I wiped them down with a wet washcloth before I could stand using them. I will never ever stay here again! The grossest place I've ever stayed!

Bathroom floor had hair on the floor. Baseboards in the bathroom were soiled . My vacation was ruined because the next morning several people in my group had bed bugs bites on our legs, neck, back, and arms. I found two live bed bugs underneath the mattress. I put them in a plastic bag and presented the live bed bugs to the manager on duty. Stay at your own risk.

I wanted to help the rating but can't do it. The bed was fine. The room was decenly clean. Smelled okay inside. Strong weed outside. I think we were the only people interested in going to sleep at 11 pm. The door lets in ALL the outdoor sounds. The sink was clogged. Breakfast was coffee, juice boxes, granola bars, and tiny muffins. Overall, the place got the job done but I'd suggest to keep on looking.

Would not recommend. Can't sit in lobby with Co-workers , or anyone for that matter. Only hotel that still serves grab and go breakfast. TV remote doesn't work . Had to fiddle with on board controls to get it to work. Land line in room does not work to contact front desk . Cabinet door on fridge broken. Lights over bed dont work. Spend a few dollars more for another hotel. Lose the frustration .

Room was nice - there was a refrigerator in the room which was a surprise. Bathroom was super small but doable. A/C worked efficiently. Service - really nice staff. Tried to get an extra towel but it's a towel-for-a-towel. Ah well. Continental breakfast had options (muffins, pastries, fruit) and coffee was good. Location was great! A few miles from the highway and stores.

My husband and I came to Knoxville to visit a sick relative in ICU. After a long visit, we ran into Gatlinburg for a little fun. When we started our journey home, we figured out we were way too tired to make the trip. This place was the only hotel with a vacancy. 1 room only. We grabbed it for $130. When we walked into the room, it was humid. Like, the carpet and everything else was damp. How does even happen? We were so tired and just wanted to go to sleep. There were three small flat pillows on a king sized bed (I took two). We were going to take showers this morning, but we didn’t want to mess with weird dead bug in the tub. The small bottle of shampoo was half empty. The carpet wasn’t clean. The curtains had holes. I feel unclean by staying there. Yuck!

Well took greyhound and the bus stop is nothing but a bench on side of road. It dropped me off at 3 am so without having a indoor setting to wait for my ride I got a motel. They did aloe my to check in that early in morning and room was nice and clean. Bed very comfortable and loved that they had smoking room. My ride wasn't picking me up til around 3pm the next day and although they didn't allow me to pay for late checkout the girl at front desk was very ki d and allowed me to wait in lobby till my teammates picked me up. She made me comfortable as possible which I appreciate very much. The guy who works night shift was also just as nice and I give service there a A plus. Thanks for making my stay a good one.

The room was comfortable, check in was easy and staff was friendly. But whatever you do don't plan on using rewards to pay for it because they still charge your credit card and DO NOT drop pending charges on your card! So we lost 7,500 points and was charged after we checked out! Wyndham rewards did not do anything! And no manager was ever available or returned my calls!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Days Inn and I must say, it far exceeded my expectations in every way. This hotel truly deserves a 5-star rating for its exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and remarkable attention to detail. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff went out of their way to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist truly set Days Inn apart. The room I stayed in was immaculate, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a restful sleep every night of my stay. It was evident that the hotel management paid attention to even the smallest details, making the room feel cozy and inviting. One aspect that impressed me the most was the cleanliness and upkeep of the entire property. The common areas were spotless, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining a clean and tidy environment throughout my stay. This attention to cleanliness was greatly appreciated and contributed to a sense of comfort and well-being. Days Inn offers a range of amenities that truly enhance the overall guest experience. This place was amazing for the price!! I stayed here for a week and the rooms were so much better than what you normally get at an exterior corridor hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating!! Would definitely stay again!!

We stayed in a ground floor room because we have a dog. Other renters or people of the area came to the parking lot to drink, smoke, talk in profanity loudly and shine head lights into rooms. We reserved 3 nights. We thought maybe the first night was a fluke but the 2nd night (Friday) after midnight the parking lot was like a gang party! I demanded a refund for the 3rd night and left. The management was kind and honestly said they would look into the parking lot problems and check their cameras. The rooms are old, one of the bed covers had stains on it, the coffee pot did not work, the shower floor was dirty (I had to clean it) and the room smelled terrible. (Maybe from smoke outside cigarettes and marijuana). There is very little grassy area for dogs to relive themselves. We were given 2 magnetic/electric keys and only one worked, I exchanged them and the same thing happened (I was careful not to de-magnetize) . A Hospital and medical surgery building are close and we heard ambulances drive by often. Traffic is heavy on the roads near this hotel. This hotel is parallel to the highway and very noisy. A good thing is that a Cracker Barrel restaurant is walking distance. And the management along with the housekeeping staff are nice.

Not really sure where all the negative reviews come from. My room was clean and the front clerk friendly and welcoming. Since I sleep during the day, it was also quiet. Will stay here again when I'm back for work

Great rooms, clean, they’re currently updating rooms a bit. Friendly staff. Deposit is a bit high. Beds are AMAZING compared to competitors in area. Very firm and comfortable. Shower head is amazing, hair dryer, iron and board, and microwave/fridge in rooms. Not much food in the area is a downside. There is a grill for use as well as a very clean, well taken care of pool on site. Will definitely stay here again!

  • 1/5 Monica P. 1 year ago on Google
Where to start, the room was filthy. Carpet was sticky, bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t ever been cleaned and there was suspicious stuff in the corner, there were sugar packets under the furniture. The air conditioner ran all night and was noisy like if was dying and the room still was cool. You can hear all the noise and talking from anyone staying near. The front desk clerk was friendly and that was the only positive thing. Just nasty to sum it up.

Was very disappointed in this hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, I walked in to find the lobby empty. No staff. I rang their bell, nothing. I called the phone which rang only in the lobby, nothing. After waiting for 5 minutes for someone to show up, I went back to my car and parked to attempt to call Hotwire (who I booked through) to get some sort of resolution. After waiting on the phone with them for 20 minutes, I was told there was a worker at the desk. When I went to check-in, the worker lied to my face saying he had been there the whole time. Breakfast was lack luster with old cereal, questionable fruit, and bagged pastries. Would not recommend.

I love this little hotel. It is quiet, clean and easy to check in and out of. I stayed there in July when I was traveling with my business and I stayed there again last week for the same thing. This is my go to now when I am in the area for work. The area as a whole is a little ghetto but that has nothing to do with the hotel and the hotel itself is just fine. I checked in late both times, when activity is high and it was still fine. Good place

The front desk was extremely helpful. The rooms was in good and clean condition. All amenities in room really made it convenient and waffle house right in the front of the hotel was just great. Love the stay and will be back soon.

So on the plus side it had a fantastic shower. My biggest complaint. Was all the people hanging around in the parking lot late into the night I invited a friend over and she would not even get out of her car because of all the people hanging around she did not feel safe.

Great place, friendly knowledge staff that's always a pleasure to deal with. Nice well-kept rooms that have an office area complete with rollout desk and all the extra outlets you could ever need! Decent pricing compared to other hotel chains, the only drawback that I've got is that it's located on the outskirts of town but the local city bus stop is only about a 5 minute walk away.
