We found this place on Wyndham app because it listed hot breakfast. The breakfast and the employees were memorable. The management must be good here because the people are so happy and willing to please. We saw a maintenance fellow actually stop and manually pick up some leaves...he really cares about his work! This was the cleanest hotel we have encountered in a long time. It was immaculate. We thanked the lady cleaning the rooms and she was so appreciative she gave me a hug. Highly recommended.

Had a long haul move with my cat so we stayed in a pet friendly room. Very happy with our stay. Very clean. No bugs, no fleas. Breakfast was awesome. Any service was quick and great. It's also close to many restaurants and stores which helped a lot with mid-move needs.

Bizarre interaction. I called to stay at 4am on a Saturday for the rest of the evening/morning. They said I would have to pay for a full day rate that went until Monday morning plus an early check in fee- essentially paying for 1.5 days. I have called hotels in the middle of the night on road trips many times and have never been told I was forced to pay for an unnecessary extended stay before. Please fix this in your system. You lost an easy $100 for someone who was only going to be there 7 hours.

I stayed here for a few weeks and everyone at the front desk is absolutely lovely. Housekeeping absolutely *slams* doors in the mornings when cleaning and when I asked for them to be more quiet I was met with nastiness and doors being slammed louder in response. I have C PTSD- but it seemed like it was assumed that I was just being nasty to them. I shouldn’t have to explain that to anyone. I don’t see why the doors don’t have a slow closing mechanism or why the housekeepers can’t consider those who are still in rooms. Manager was rude to me when I was waiting to check in with my cat- assumed I was going to let my cat out of the carrier in the lobby? Strange. Front desk associates made it all better though.

The young lady at the front desk Brittany if memory serves me correctly was absolutely AWESOME. The cook at the continental break was super sweet and by far the BEST hotel breakfast I've ever eaten. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Just an overall great experience.

Room was very clean. Fresh towels and linen. Air conditioning was working good. All people working in hotel was helpful and friendly. Breakfast is very basic but Lady who was serving was so nice that gives a little bit more taste to the breakfast. Big parking lot in front of the building. Few good places to go for a dinner was just few steps away.

Spent one night at this Baymont while traveling. Found the hotel lobby and rooms very clean and in excellent shape. The most pleasant surprise was the staff and their customer service. From the front desk clerk who checked us in, the attendant who handled the breakfast to the lady who was cleaning up the common areas ... all were extremely pleasant and cordial. Helped make the stay a pleasant experience.

The room was nice, clean, but had a strange odor to it. I did not like the fact that I told front desk not to bother w daily maintenance (3 night stay), but housekeeping came in anyway. While it was odd to have breakfast served rather than self-help, Elaine was wonderful. Very nice & personable…5 stars to her!

This place is one of the best Wyndham hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff are knowledgable and friendly. They have a great atmosphere as soon as you walk in. The building and grounds are clean throughout. The rooms are uncluttered and comfortable with all of the amenities. The location is tucked away right in a bustling part of Knoxville with easy access to I-40. Truly a jewel.

The staff are very professional, friendly, and go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and amazing as possible. We have stayed here several times. The cleanest hotel and very good breakfast as well!

We got caught in the winter storm driving home from Florida to Ohio, and finally had to seek out a hotel at 4:30 A.M. Baymont Inn & Suites is a little farther off the highway, so it was the 3rd hotel we checked to see if any rooms were available. I am very pleased that we wound up staying at Baymont! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and it was evident their sanitization protocols were being followed when our room had tape on the entrance with the date the room had been sanitized and last entered. In the morning, we had a very nice hot breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, french toast sticks, juice and tea/coffee. It was perfect to get us back on the road to finish our trip home. I would definitely stay at this Baymont again when we are in that area.

An older hotel but we'll kept. Friendly staff and a great free breakfast. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. A very favorable price. Was more than pleased. Alot of bang for the buck.

The rooms were very clean, all the staff were excellent. Loretta was especially helpful. She actually went above & beyond. The breakfast was good, eggs sausage, fruit cups, yogurt, muffins, bagel & cream cheese, and many varieties of juice. Although the rooms were clean, the rooms were outdated. I would stay again.

Four years ago I gave this place a 5 star rating. Our most recent stay made me realize the need to revise my previous review. There are many better hotels that are similarly priced hotels in the area that are much better. The Red Roof Plus Inn and Suites across the parking lot is less money, recently remodeled and MUCH nicer.

Nice hotel, at a good price, with a convenient location. They did have enough room in the parking lot for my trailer which was nice. HOWEVER, the breakfast situation wasn't it for me. It's your traditional self serve hotel breakfast with scrambled eggs, waffles, cereal, etc but they don't let you fix it. Instead you have to let someone else fix it and they also have a tip jar out. May just be me but I would rather fix my own breakfast or just do what we did during our stay and go to the Chick-fil-A fight up the road. Also couldn't get a second blanket for our room which seemed like it would be a pretty reasonable request. Overall still a nice clean hotel right of the interstate just some little quirks that we experienced.

This is a pretty nice hotel, the front desk ladies are amazing. We stayed here for a week and had no issues with anything, everything is clean, there are great restaurants right next door to the hotel and several others really close by that serve craft beer and excellent food. The service here is great. Worth the money. As well as easy access to I-40 and only minutes from downtown Knoxville.

Quiet, Clean, comfortable bed! Good breakfast! Reasonable price! We would definitely stay again when going to the smokies! The tub floor looks dirty but it’s the finish is just worn! Honestly, not a deal breaker for us! Slept great!

This place was only okay. Room was outdated with lots of little issues such as loose electrical sockets, hard bed (but lots of pillows), etc. TV was a joke and hardly worked and the controller had something brown on it that we had to wipe off and sanitize before use. In hindsight I have some serious concerns about cleanliness if the remote looked like that. The thing that really caused us not to want to stay there in the future was the ridiculous breakfast arrangement. A big reason why we booked is because of being able to get an early, healthy breakfast before heading out. However, when we went down to get it there were tables blocking the food service area that said “Staff only” I guess the expectation was that the staff member would prepare your breakfast for you though that was not articulated. Given that there was no one there to serve the breakfast and we were in a schedule, we left without breakfast and got some on the road. Huge disappointment. I’m sure this is some kind of cost-saving measure; way to reduce portions or entirely cut out people who don’t have time to wait. But it is in very poor taste to advertise a breakfast that you are unable to serve.

The whole complex was spotless and smelled so good! Fresh, not overly sprayed with tons of air freshener like (Poo'pouri) 😂🤦🏼‍♀️ The housekeeper(s) were actually extremely accommodating! One in particular, Grace, helped me with carrying my luggage to my vehicle... I was honestly surprised as I didn't have to verbally ask her, she saw I was struggling and offered her assistance which I graciously accepted! I don't know if anyone reads these or not, but if so, Thank you so much Grace!!!!

It was only a one night stay but everything was great. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast was hot. It was a very nice stay in a safe area. If I need to come back to Knoxville for an overnight stay, I will definitely return.

Our bath tub was disgusting! Air freshers in all of the vents to try and mask the obviously nastiness of these rooms. We were told they are sold out and could not be moved. We were also told they haven't re glased the tubs yet and it's just stains not dirt. That should have been disclosed during booking, in my opinion. Highly disappointed is an understatement.

The staff was very friendly. I had an issue with a credit card and They spent a considerable amount of time with me and were able to get me checked in. however this where the positive portion of my review ends. There were stains on all the carpets throughout the facility Including the hallways and my room .The bathtub was absolutely filthy. The sink had a crack in the bowl. The breakfast was a joke consisting of cereal and one small pre wrapped blueberry muffin. The entire hotel could use a cleaning.

THERE WAS NO STAY. I made a reservation online, in advance, for Dec. 22 - 26th for my sister. When we arrived to check in & pay, we were politely informed that Baymont does NOT rent to "LOCALS." (My sister & I are both Knoxville residents). Due to current renovations ongoing at my home, her staying with me for the holiday weekend was not an option. I wanted her to be closer to me, & in a comfortable hotel. The front desk worker stated that this was a "corporate" policy, not a local one. She was very kind, & suggested I take the manager's card, who wasn't in at the time, & contact him to ask if a waiver may be possible in this instance. I took his card, but did not call him...I found another hotel. I honestly got a "gut" feeling something was "off" with this explanation. I later looked at their policies online, & did not see this particular one listed anywhere. I am curious as to when the "NO-LOCALS" rental policy went into effect. My sister stayed at this hotel in 2021 for a week, without any problems, to my knowledge. I visited her there every day of her stay. If my sister was a drug addict, alcoholic, or one to cause public disturbances, I would be in complete agreement to a refusal for rental. BUT, NONE of these examples apply to her. My "take-away" from this experience is: IF this is truly a legitimate policy, & IF YOU'RE A KNOXVILLE RESIDENT in need of a hotel room, DO NOT waste your time, effort, or money staying at the Baymont!!

Worst experience! Rooms are outdated, dirty and smell horrible. There is a “No Smoking policy” but the hallways smell like weed. For a hospitality business, their service skills are horrible. Staff are very rude and unfriendly. Breakfast experience is horrible, you have to wait in a long line for someone to serve you, which is good due to sanitation but the attitude those ladies back there have makes the experience horrible. They ran out of food so the lady just scream across the lobby to let everyone know they won’t be making anymore food so if you’re already in line, too bad but they have the nerve to have a tip box at the end of the table. This hotel is not worth the money, save your self the horrible experience and pay a few dollars more and go somewhere else. They didn’t let me cancel due to their policy, this experience makes me very upset. You can’t address any issues with the people in the front counter because they are also rude.

Room was filthy, smelt of mold/mildew. Room was "sanitized" walls were disgusting, blood on bathroom door, paint two toned from a half azz job. Hair found in blankets, that looked like they had already been slept in. 1/10 recommend, go next door to the Hampton. They need to change there "award winning hotel" sign out front too. Edit to add: after four rooms, we still ended up in a fithly room. We were also informed that the rooms had flooded recently and thats why they smelt.

We always stay here when we pass through on road trips. Always been a clean room, nice shower, comfy bed. A good spot to rest after a long drive so you can drive again refreshed in the morning.

First time staying at a Baymont. Much better stay than I had at any LA Quinta over the last 2 or 3 travels for sure. The room was clean and looked good, not like it was holding on from the '80s. The ladies at the front desk seemed genuinely glad to have customers (guests!). The breakfast crew has a serving system that keeps everything neat and in order...including you! (Make sure you leave a tip!) All in all, Baymont is worth another try for me. If elsewhere is as good as here, it will be my new go-to if there's one at my destination.

We only spent one night, they welcomed us kindly, the check-in was fast. They accepted our pet for an extra charge of $20. It had a breakfast area but we didn't use it. It had access to the pool, we saw several visitors using it. the room was comfortable and clean, the A/C was cold, no disturbing sound from other rooms. all we could say is that the beds were supposed to be two queens but I really feel like they were much smaller.

Only a one night stay but we really liked the room. Everything seemed clean and the staff were all very nice. The included breakfast was exactly what you would expect to be free and I have no problem at all with that. The only thing I wish I had done was bring my own pillow. They had 4 tiny pillows for a king size bed that just didn't quite work for me. Not sure why they went that way but it was okay. I usually bring my own on a longer trip anyway so that was my fault. To sum it up, it was a very nice stay in a good, safe area.

Definitely the best stay in Knoxville area for the $ I can't say enough good things about this place. Ronnie and Christina especially deserve credit for making this a pleasant 2 week stay. Elaine serves a great breakfast and all the staff is great, I am just bad at remembering names. I enjoyed my stay so much I will definitely stop again if I get the opportunity.

Great place to stay. Loved the king size bed. Nice to have a door separating toilet from sink area. Breakfast included was really good with plenty of options. Very friendly staff.

Kristina at the front desk was very helpful and understanding of me and my families situation. I’ve never seen a front desk worker with such a positive attitude towards customers. The rooms were also clean and the beds we’re comfortable. Also breakfast was amazing!
