Just avoid this place all together! The place is ABSOLUTELY terrible! Staff was rude, the room was FILTHY! BUGS everywhere! Nasty floors and walls! I was literally getting stuck to the floor because of how nasty it was! The bedsheets had stains on them, the walls were stained with some sort of brown stuff, there was gnats and roaches, the bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way, the shower drain was clogged up with hair and cigarettes, there was people outside no matter what time of day it was, people literally yelling at 2 and 3AM, sirens all night, loud music all night, front desk was awful and rude. I could go on all day. Just take it from me and find a better hotel, this one is run down. Don't believe me? Look at the other reviews for this place, I wish I would've!

Scariest night I've had in a long time. Floor was sticky, walls and ceiling stained, window unlocked, bathroom door had holes punched in it, there were roaches and the shower was disgusting enough I wouldn't shower in it. If I had not been exhausted I would have just left. Bed was the only clean thing in the room. Couldn't sleep though so got up at 0330, loaded up my car and left. I've stayed at Motel 6s before and this has never been my experience. I won't be stopping in Knoxville or at their Motel 6 any time soon. Extremely disappointed 😞

My wife and I stayed chose this place because not only is it pet friendly, we were able to leave our small, old dog in our room for a couple of hours while we went do a local concert. Now it's important to note that our dog likely slept most of the time and did not cause any problems. Other hotel/motels in the area are listed as pet friendly, but you can't leave your animal in your room for any reason. Also, Motel 6 did not charge extra for our pet which was also nice. The location is ok and even though it is right next to the freeway on ramp, we found the room to be fairly quiet. There are also several restaurants in the area so dining is not a problem. We also found the people at the desk as well as the service people to be very nice and friendly. The do have a guest laundry (we didn't need it) plus coke and ice machines but neither of the ice machines, at least on the first floor, were working. Guess we could have gotten ice at the front desk if we had asked. While not a place I would want to stay for more than a short time, it fit what we needed, the price was reasonable and the pet policy is great.

It's a Motel 6, no more no less. Looks like it is being used by a mix of travelers and long-term residents. Quite a few construction trucks around the parking lot. Also quite a few kids running around, and you can see where repairs were made in the room consistent with damage caused by kids (painted over writing on the bathroom door). Parking lot was in rough shape and spaces were hard to come by at least on my side of the building. The ladies at the front desk were nice, though. Room was clean and presentable. If you just need a place to crash for the night, it works fine.

Horrible. While the hotel staff was nice it didn't make up for the horrible rooms. I don't care about it being old and outdated, I don't live here but it was dirty... To say they were dirty was an understatement. Whom ever cleans these rooms must be skipping this one. There was hair EVERYWHERE, in the rub, the sink, the floor and even "curly black hairs" (if you understand me) on top of the ice bucket! Are you kidding? We skipped the disgusting bathroom and got out of there at the crack of dawn which was easy to do because the whole place was up and loud. There's too many places to stay around here to settle for this. Do yourself a favor and drive right past this motel 6.

I was pleasantly shocked at how, clean the rooms were. Love the shower being right on the floor. The floors themselves were so clean that my socks didn't get dirty, nor did my feet get anything on. It was not as noisy as I thought it would. The hot water in the shower was hot and a strong water pressure.

We have had to stay at this motel for over a year due to housing shortage. During that time we have spent two summer and each year they increase the rent fir summer rates. This year they have increased it twice now. And the rates do not lower during the off season or winter. They need to pull thier heads out and call it what it really is. Gouging. Plain and simple. The greed these owners are showing is despicable. The facilities don't work correctly. Last summer the pool was covered in a green moss stunk to high heaven and could not be utilized.

Room and property had roaches, the breezeway outside our room smelled like hot pee. the toilet was running and the in room phone didn't work. We left and went to the Hampton Inn. The best thing about our experience was the desk guy instantly agreed to give us a full refund

We could of lived without the roaches! Very noisy with the big hyway right beside the motel. But what do you expect for $72.00 a night.....oh wait, NO ROACHES WOULD OF BEEN BE GREAT!

What this motel doesn't have are "frills," but I like the owners and staff, as they are laid back and really helpful if you are looking for a safe overnight stay. This motel gets booked when TN Volunteers football games are home.

Welcome to Tijuana!!!! Why go out to eat and dance in knoxville when it's all in one here!!!! Banda Fiesta music playing while fish is literally being grilled on the balcony. Yes, the outside balconies that you walk on to get to your room. Fish tacos anybody? Room smelled like a fish market. Front desk host was rude, mattresses were basically on top of a glorified folded out futon. Towels were super small and so thin that they hadn't been replaced since the Clinton administration. I just could go on and on. Top 3 worst motel visits ever!!!! ADVICE IS SPEND THE EXTRA $20-$40 AND AVOID!!!!!

It’s not the nicest place, but it’s old. The room was clean and efficient. The buildings are just old that’s all. The service however was the most important thing to me. The women there were literally in their homes. The clerk was helping another client Carry in groceries. They were polite and respectful and friendly and downright the neighborly and helpful. That meant everything to me. I definitely recommend. The price was very affordable and there was no deposit. This is the type for long term residency’s in and out of the area.

I am beyond pleased with the service!! My sister stayed here for 4 days. The employees went above and beyond helping her. The housekeeper (I believe her name is Addie) was phenomenal!!!!!! The gentleman at the front desk was awesome as well!!! If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would!!!!!!

Clean rooms and friendly staff however the place could use a facelift not to mention it appeared as tho people were living there. It was an ok place to stay as long as you don’t plan on spending a lot of time there.

The hotel appears to be under renovation, but apparently, our room wasn't one of them. The toilet "rocked," the faucet was loose and the handle came off, and the deadbolt didn't work. I'm glad we were only staying one night. The only redeeming thing was the number and selection of restaurants in the area.

The faucet was loose and the handle came off. The deadbolt didn't work. Ceiling paint, on what appeared to be a recently painted room, was peeling. Location was convenient and there was a good selection of restaurants in close driving distance.

They are remodeling all of these rooms, but you couldn’t tell from noise. No construction noise at all, great people, truly. The desk clerk and the housekeeper are as polite and helpful as any 4 star hotel I’ve stayed in. Cheap and comfortable. Also we have a dog and there was no problem, have places to walk them with poop bag stations .highly recommended.

Very friendly staff. Convenient location. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Pet friendly with plenty of areas for dog walking. We've been here three weeks, and everything we could possibly need is within a 1 to 10 minute drive. From pet care to every day necessities, it's all right here. My husband is being treated for stage 4 tongue and lung cancer. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to TCSC, which is a true blessing. We can fully focus on keeping him comfortable instead of the hassle of unpredictable traffic jams before and after treatment.

Room was very nice . Nice staff. Close to restaurants . My biggest gripe is no parking. Desk clerk told me to park in restaurant lot. I'm disabled .but I had to walk all around the motel from a nearby business to get to my room. Everyday a strong smell from room 116 came into our room. Making me deathly sick. You seriously need to have one side of motel for non smokers cause we travelers are here to rest . The side by the highway reeks of drugs

Very courteous and friendly service at check in. My room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. This location is within walking distance to several restaurants and close to the Interstate. Add in no fees for pets and it was the perfect stopo727-641-3714ver for myself and my dogs.

It was a nice low price for 2 people and 2 dogs. The room could have used a paint job. The bathtub was old and looked dirty but it was rust. It smelt like Raid or some sort of bug killer. The mattress was comfortable though. Close to everything.

Outside was clean, staff at the desk polite and welcoming. The room though... smells like mold, AC dripping a pool of water on the floor, desk chair had multiple knife stabs, the mattress under the sheets had brown and black stains, pillows had sweat marks, the bath was stained, the toilet was refilling every 10 mins because of a leak in the reservoir lid, TV screen had cloth marks as if was "cleaned" with a dirty cloth Only thing that was clean were the bed sheets and pillow covers. We kept the room because at that time nothing else was available at the time. We had security anxiety at the beginning, but could finally fall to sleep. If you have other options, take them.

Avoid this dump!!! Although the staff was friendly, the room was awful. Everything was dirty and falling apart. The bed caved in the middle. The bathtub/shower was so filthy there was no way I would use it. There were long, black hairs in the bedding. Lots of late-night loud activity. Super seedy. I didn't feel safe.

So typically when coming to a motel 6 I don’t expect much but however this time our room was really dirty, our microwave didn’t work and the latch on our door was broken.. we were there for only one night so it didn’t bother us that much but this one was probably one of the worst motel 6 we stayed at. However the staff was really nice so I had to give them at least a 3 for the hospitality.

This motel is a great value! It's comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly. The only thing I would say is that it's not quite as close to downtown Knoxville as I'd like (and I'm usually not a fan of driving outside of the city), but if you're just looking for a place to crash while you're visiting the city, then this is perfect.

Front desk staff was very friendly both times I stayed here. The first time I stayed Labor Day weekend, it was a 2/5. People were running through the breezeway at 11pm being extremely loud, and somebody’s children tried opening our door to our room. The AC unit was right above our bathroom so it was extremely loud, which also meant we had a drain pipe going into our bathtub from the ceiling. At first I was like… okay it’s fine. I don’t expect much from Motel 6. BUT then I noticed that some sort of strange black substance had come out of the pipe into the bathtub. And no I did not investigate lol. Didn’t take a shower. Room smelled like mildew and was extremely damp. The second time I stayed was recently. Again, the front desk staff was helpful and nice. This room was an upgrade from the last one we stayed in. It looked much cleaner. Bathtub looked dirty though. There were not normal sized pillows on the bed. They were like decorative sized pillows. Was strange because who can even sleep with those?? There were clumps of hair in the floor. The room was EXTREMELY damp to the point that the side table was wet in the morning. A little disappointed, but again, can’t expect much. Just wish they would clean the rooms a little better. Probably need to get the AC checked as well.

The room had black stuff on the ceiling. It didn't look like mold so I'm not sure what it was. Beds were comfortable and the hot water/pressure was good. My grandson (7 yr old) was sick with diarrhea so I informed the staff and changed the bedding myself so the staff wouldn't have to enter the room. They seemed appreciative but when I tried to extend my stay, I was told that I was on the do not rent list due to the damage done to the sheets. I would have paid for them if I had known they weren't able to clean them but I wasn't given that option, just told I had 2 hrs to vacate the room.

Bed bugs in the first room the next one was ok no bedside lamps no coffee maker or hair dryer.found out house keeping went in our room while we were gone didnt have a do not disturb sign so then when we called the front desk they just said yeah they went in there and seen you had your own sheets so they took the others hairs in to not too mention when we arrived the police was arresting someone

If I could leave no stars, I would. Room had a chemical smell like big spray and i woke up with a splitting headache. This place is so shabby and run down. Walls and doors are dirty and need repairing and repainting. Rub is rusty and stained. Hole in bathroom wall was patched but not painted. Trash floating in the toilet. Furniture is old and banged up. TV wouldn't turn off so we had to unplug it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Was in town for an extra week for hubby's work and stayed here. The staff is super friendly and accomidating. They are pet friendly with the cheapest weekly rates in the area. The room was older but very decent. Killed 2 roaches during the week long stay but no signs of bed bugs. All in all, for the price, not bad at all.

If you have the chance to stay anywhere else I would advise doing that we have stayed at many motel 6around the country just because of the dog policy but I definitely do not recommend this one.. being a housekeeper myself I was disgusted with this room nothing was clean the floors were not swept the walls were disgusting I didn't even want to walk the floor without my shoes the microwave look like it hasn't been cleaned ever . The refrigerator was caked up with dirt. in the walls had so much dirt on them ..paper roll behind the door. Trash all over the floor Hair all over the shower Trash was every where in the parking lot and trash in front of our door. The front desk lady told my husband when we checked in that the housekeepers were going to be mad because they would have to change both beds because our dogs would sleep on one and us the other. I could go on and on. But definitely pay more to stay somewhere else

This was the worst stay of my hotels experience, and it shouldn't be in market any more. The definition of a Crack house, and is NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY. Night staff associate was very offensive when we checked in and acted as if checking in was an issue. Noticed roaches in the room besides it being unclean as well as dilapidated, flooring was coming up, burn marks on furniture and blanket. The building as a whole was very unprofessional. Advertisements for this unit was not at all as it was prompted in listing and would not recommend. All I can say is thank God for Comfort Inn & Suites.
