😠 Bad experience. Last year we rented Cook Loft and enjoyed it. I even went so far as to book it again for an event 2019. The manager and I spoke. This is now Hello Tea and it is phenomenal. It just opened this week (9/24/21), and if you want a great Tea, you found it. The lemon ginger tea is outstanding. Everything is fresh. I watched the tea being made, and it was done with care, and attention to detail.

The place is extremely classy and beautiful. Very spacious. It's has everything you need for overnight stay. One thing that his very concerning though are the stairs. We had 3 people fall down the stairs. One was a pretty serious injury after the fall. I suggest that you wear gripped shoes or the owner should put something on the stairs for better grip.

The place was ok. We weren't able to use the curtains do to pieces missing. The floor wasn't cleaned it was very sticky. Also wasn't communicated that the place had to be put back exactly the way it was.

There are both good and bad points with this venue. The good: the location is great, it has some character with the exposed brick, and would be perfect for college age parties. The bad: it is nasty, in need of some repairs and overall maintenance, and is not the ideal place for anything even semi upscale. In the owners defense, he did offer to have the cleaning crew return, but after seeing their work, we chose to spend 5-6 hours cleaning before our guests arrived. My best advice, keep looking!

Very multi-floor building with many unique features and purposes. The dining room had a lot of ambiance and rustic interior design. A hidden gem location of downtown Knoxville

Beautiful wooden floors, comfortable furnishings. Generous space for entertaining 15-20 people. Location convenient to downtown.

This is such a beautiful, elegant place. I stayed here a few years ago and it appears to have been remodeled since then. Can't wait to go back for another stay! One of the most luxurious yet, homey places properties available for nightly rentals n Knoxville. If it's in your budget, you cannot pass this one up! πŸ˜πŸ€—πŸ‘

Great location!! It was beautiful! Wish there had been directions or a welcome book...had issues with some of the TVs..and what not...also not the cleanest place...

Great location, very nice place. Guest bedroom brick wall seems to be shedding grit, which is ending up in the bed and getting in the way of the very soft bed linens.

Bad experience. Last year we rented Cook Loft and enjoyed it. I even went so far as to book it again for an event 2019. The manager and I spoke. He said he had my payment info and was reserving it for me again in 2019. When I contacted him later to add a night to the reservation, he said he’d rented it to someone else. He glibly apologized for his mistake, then he hung up on me! The place is nice. Nothing too special, but certainly a decent spot. But I’d not trust them with your reservation. Seemed like a nice, responsible guy on the first booking, but something has drastically changed. Knoxville has lots of rental spaces downtown for events and short-term stays. I’d suggest looking elsewhere.
