Tried the high rise dough today, it was pretty good. Very busy today but the wait wasn't too long. Edit - add a new visit 16 June 22. Very long wait tonight but it was expected. They were doing a fund raiser for a local soccer team and part of the sales go to the team. I thoroughly like that they do this and the pizza was still great. The Blood Orange Lemonade is 🔥 Edit - 15 January 2023 and it's still great. Bit if a wait today but they seemed short staff to start Edit - 26 April 2023. I had a nice pizza. The wife was unhappy. She asked for a balsamic vinegar drizzle and her pizza got doused. I'd call it not edible but she suffered through

Good food. Extremely rude staff. I’ve been going to Blaze pizza in multiple states for years. Not going back to this location. Told them they put feta cheese on my pizza when I asked for goat. The clump of 3 staff all laughed at me and said “noooo that’s goat cheese!” I said “it crumbles differently”. Oh well. It was definitely feta when I went to eat it. It’s one thing to be wrong and another to laugh AT a customer. Wow. The lady putting toppings on my pizza was using an extremely irritated tone and rolling her eyes as I asked for toppings for my build your own. Bad experience here.

Stopped here after going to anther restaurant that had a 3 hour wait. This was the first time ever eating there. Man was I surprised, good pizza and cheap and not in a bad way. 2 ppl 2 pizza and drinks were around 21$ i think. I will return.

I love Blaze! I’ve been visiting them since they opened and have noticed a massive decrease in cleanliness (specifically this location). The bathrooms are very dirty, I almost lost my appetite. I understand public bathrooms can be difficult to maintain, however, I visited shortly after opening and the toilet looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in days. There was fecal matter, urine and blood on the toilet and seat. I am concerned if you can’t keep your bathrooms clean, can you keep basic sanitary conditions in your kitchen? During my visit, a male employee used his gloved hands to reposition his hat and touch his hair then touched food - I watch him do this several times and finally asked him to change his gloves and wash his hands - he did. The employee next to him thanked me for saying something. UPDATE: I visited again on 8/19/2023. The restaurant is slightly cleaner than my previous visit but is still subpar. I have attached pictures of the bathroom showing the filth. The toilet remains very dirty, the trash lid is covered with slime, the handrails haven’t been cleaned in a while, the sink is very dirty, construction debris remains untouched. Hey Blaze, will you let us tour your back room and kitchen for cleanliness? Also, while in line, we are handed a card with a number on it. We are asked to put it on our table so they can deliver our pizza. Why do you give this to us if you call our names and have us walk to the counter to get our pizza? I don’t mind getting myself, just wondering why you do both, one would suffice.

They were extremely stingy with the toppings, and the photo I attached is AFTER I asked for more pepperonis. They were rude and acted like I was asking for too much, but there is barely one pepperoni per slice. There should be at least 3 or 4 per slice to be considered an actual pepperoni pizza. And even though there were only a few people in front of me in line, it took absolutely forever for them to make the pizzas. This place is an embarrassment. Practically any other pizza place in the area is better than this.

We love that we can choose toppings for pizza like we can choose ingredients for burritos at Chipotle. The gluten-free crust is tasty. The kids wanted more after the initial purchase. We will go back. We highly recommend the place. EDITED: The service is also fast. That’s a definite plus, when kids are involved or when in a hurry. We went there twice while visiting Knoxville and were pleased both times.

Great pizza! With the build your own pizza, you can get as many toppings as you'd like. I got the take two with a half pizza and side Greek salad for $9.95. Also a great option for those with food sensitivities. Since I have a sensitivity to dairy, I opted to go without cheese and it was still really good! I also found that several of the dressing were soy free.

Very tasteful pizza, with a fresh variety of ingredients to customize your pizza. One of my favorite places to eat. Fresh. Fast. Affordable.

Go with the Build Your Own and get what you like! There's really no limit outside of your imagination. That *does* mean that vegetarians are supplementing meat eaters, but there's still a lot of value there.

I love their crust. Always perfectly cooked and very customizable. Quick service even with how busy it was.

Ok, ive been coming here for a little while now, every couple of months, the last two times my experience has been pretty disappointing. 1 order mix up with no intentions of fixing it and the suggestion of me taking the order as it was, and the other with my pizza sitting on the table ready to be cut by the time I got the pizza it was cold. I love this place and. Hopeful they improve soon

The pick 2 option was delightful. The salad was awesome and you could add whatever you wanted. The pizza is big enough that you can share, but you don't have to. It would be nice to have a kids size option, but it did give us leftovers to take home. The employees were nice and there was someone cleaning the dining room as people left.

Simple, fast, build your own pizza. Staff is nice, you can get anything and the amount you want. Is it artisan or old world classic, come on, it's strip mall pizza, if ya know that, then it's hits it on the mark. Easy repeater for the money. Definitely worth a visit.

A woman was changing her kids diaper on a table, they didn’t not wipe it when another couple came in (it was a 2 seater). I was eating my pizza and halfway through swallowing a peice of hair stripped it from going down.I posted in my Knoxville Eats group about this location, and my mom group. Don’t eat here it is unsanitary and run by teenagers who don’t care

I ordered pizza and salad here for delivery while on vacation. The pizza was delicious and fresh, as so was the salad. The sauce was great and fresh tasting too. I also ordered a salad which was fresh tasting as well. I have nothing negative to say as it was all amazing.

My pizza came out over cooked and hardly any cheese on it. Also we weren't allowed to pass by to see all the toppings they use so it was quite difficult to choose what to put on your pizza. The atmosphere was ok but the girl bringing the pizzas to the tables could use a lesson on manners but then again what part of this generation couldn't 🤔

The food was mediocre, and the service was horrible. Between mixed up orders, employees staring at me confused when I literally asked for an item on the menu right behind them, and so many other interactions, it just wasn't great. I'd go back to give it another try, but definitely going to give it a while first. The pizza isn't good enough to deal with that service. The best part was the variety of toppings.

What a great concept this place is! My husband and I came here for the first time, not really sure what to expect and were thoroughly impressed. You basically get to build your own pizza any way you like. They also offer Cauliflower crust options in lieu of gluten, score! Portion sizes are decent and the price for what you are getting is fair. We will definitely be back.

This is my favorite pizza place! I have gluten issues and the gluten free bread is always is my absolute favorite go to. It's like a subway for pizza accept better 😂

Why offer curbside if you don't want to walk the food out. Called when got there and was told it's ready and would be right out, they finally brought to car 14 minutes later. Plus ordered parmesan cheese and they bring only 3 small packs for the four 11in pizzas I had ordered.

Great food, generous portion size in my opinion. They staff were friendly and double checked that I wanted the pizza option as stated on the menu (BBQ chicken). I got the 1/2 pizza, 1/2 salad option. The berry salad with lemon balsamic dressing was amazing! The only reason I deducted a star is because the atmosphere is loud and the edges of my pizza were burned, not browned...black charred. Be prepared to wait in line. I've been here for lunch and dinner. There is always a line, and it doesn't move fast.

Their fountain drinks are 100% off brand. Thats not cherry coke or coke coming out of the fountain drink station. Good pizza, have waited a long time like 30+ minutes the past 6 or so times ive been. Not a great place to go for lunch on a work day. But overall good experience just takes a while and they have off brand coke. :( they also had storage out in the lobby on a table, not a deal breaker to me but just seems odd.

I love eating here when I get a chance on visits to Knoxville. Compared to other pizza places of this type they’re the best. I would even choose them over other types of pizza restaurants. I usually get the make my own, for the price and unlimited toppings it’s hard to beat. Love the thin crust. Restaurant is clean, and taken care of.
