    Excellent service. Always professional and courteous. Delivered with in date of promise for a factor order of a two tone sub. Could not be more pleased!! Throwing a second shout out review on here for Bo and kimballs. Second sub they delivered to me in a very quick timely fashion and was able to get a hold of a rare submariner. Will not shop for any jewelery anywhere else but here going forward

    I recently started building out my watch collection and was extremely interested in obtaining a few Tudor watches. As our area's official Tudor and Rolex dealer I found myself at Kimballs to browse their selection. They have a wide range of Tudors in various configurations with a lot of great options already in stock and I was especially pleased that Jordan was able to help me order a Tudor with the exact customization that I was looking for! In addition, since my first meeting with Jordan, he has been beyond helpful sending me texts with updates on various watches they have coming in. I'm addition, he has even gone above and beyond to keep me apprised of interesting and unique jewelry that my spouse may be interested in. He is never high pressure and genuinely tries to help us source things he thinks we might be interested in. I've purchased 3 amazing watches from him so far and wouldn't want to work with anyone else as I build out the rest of my collection.

    My Rolex watch was not keeping time and was still under warranty. I drove 2 hours and dropped it off at Kimball’s Jewelers as it was an authorized Rolex dealer. Raphael told me it would be about 4 weeks before they could evaluate it. Since I dropped it off October 6,2021 and hadn’t received a phone call from Kimball’s in 6-7 weeks, I decided to call them. I left a message with a woman and she told me she’d contact the repair shop and get back with me the following Monday/Tuesday. Nobody got back with me. A week later I called and spoke with Raphael who contacted Rolex repair in Philadelphia. After 5 days he contacted me and said it would be a few days before they could assess the problem. Now it is mid-December and not only have I heard nothing about my watch, I verified that Philadelphia does NOT have a Rolex shop. Therefore, I called Kimball’s on Dec 22nd and asked to speak to Raphael however, he was with a customer so I left a message. Today is Dec 27 and I have not received a call from Raphael nor do I have a status on my watch. I am very disappointed with not only the level of communication but the lack of follow-through provided me thus far from Kimball’s Jewelers. January 2022: I would like to add that Kimball’s Jewelers has committed to making amends for the issues described and as a consumer that is all I can ask of them.

    I had an appointment to have my ring repaired. The repair employee that was scheduled to repair my ring was sick. No problem, Jordan made sure that it was repaired as scheduled and the turn around time was terrific! I was very pleased and very satisfied with the work.

    Miohn was a pleasure to work with! We are so happy with the excellent customer service we received. Everyone we encountered was kind, friendly and very helpful. Miohn did a great job helping us find exactly what we wanted and were looking for. He did a fantastic job. We won’t go anywhere else!

    Took a Rolex in to have a bezel replaced, after all there is a large Rolex sign out front, they said they would send it out. After about a week, I got a call and was told that it would $97 to do the work. Except, no guarantee that it would be water proof or better yet, no guarantee that it would run. Why would anyone that owns a Rolex watch would want someone working on their watch that would not guarantee that it would work after they finished? Shannon said that she was doing exactly what I told her, Really. I told you that I didn't want my watch to work after it was repaired. I don't think so. After some time, she said that if I wanted it to run, it would $750-$1250. $1100 difference between running and not running. Seems like a bargain to me. NOT Update: 7/3/23 Sent the watch to Loring & Co for the same job Kimball's was asked to do. Guess what? The cost was only $100.00 and Loring&Co didn't have to open the case to remove the bezel but they did anyway to make sure it as a 'real' Rolex and to check the movement. They found that the timing was a tick off and made adjustment - no charge.....Guess who's getting my future business? Not Kimball's...

    My fiancé and I had purchased a custom ring online from a different seller. The ring I received was perfect besides a slight error on the engraving on the inside. We heard about Kimball’s and my fiancé went in to ask them how much it would be to fix it and they were so kind and helpful and offered to help at no charge. I don’t know if that is a common courtesy for most jewelry places or not, but I can say that Kimball’s went the extra mile to be courteous and fix our issue. Their sales team was friendly and very knowledgeable with all of the questions I had ( I am not well-versed in jewelry so I had many). Anyone looking for a special piece of jewelry for themselves or a family member, I highly recommend Kimball’s. Not only do they have beautiful pieces of jewelry, they offer exceptional service from saying hello right as you walk in to wishing you well as you head on your way. Thank you for a great experience!

    Horrible Experience!! Don't waste your time! I have tried working with Kimball's to have a custom class ring made for my son. It has been 3 months of going back and forth, waiting weeks for an answer. Their designer, who customers are not allow to talk to, kept making a ring for a female. I keep sending examples of traditional men's rings saying I want the same basic structure and size, and that it needs to be a MAN's ring. They keep sending female rings, but with enough changes that I know my info had been passed on at least somewhat. At one point I made it a priority that they need to get the size of the stone correct, knowing that will force the ring to be more wide like a male's ring. The size of the stone had been mentioned previously and had been in all of the pictures. I was so frustrated! Well they make the ring wide, but also very thick, an obviously distorted ring. It had 50% more gold that a normal class ring, so I was not happy. So finally they tell me they cannot make a class ring look like everyone else's class ring because it is a copyright infringement. I have pretty much been told that they don't want to work with me since I care about getting what I asked for. I have since talked to other jewelers that say slight modifications will give us the ring we want and without a copyright issue. I am so mad that I wasted so much time with Kimball Jewelers. Google does not seem to let me respond so I will add more. NEVER did we say we would order the rings. None of them. Your designer was making girls rings for a boy!! Of course we didn’t like them. Sure the 2 logos were done well but that is all. Simple things like making the stones the right size were not even done until the end when he made a ring with too much metal. If they could not make the class ring images we sent then he should have said so, other than altering them in feminine ways. And we never did change our design but only asked for the rings to be like the pictures sent…MENS rings. You are unethical to lie like you are.

    Watch enthusiasts, don’t waste your time. They’ll allow you to try on any watch in the case but won’t sell them. Instead they’ll offer you to be added to the waitlist (wink wink, we know what that means) because “Contractually they aren’t allowed to sell any of their watch inventory, it’s for exhibition purposes only,” which was actually a line I hadn’t heard before. I didn’t look at their jewelry selection but I’ll guess it was on par with a high end mall jeweler? But if you’re a watch hobbyist looking to buy yourself a gift I’d suggest going elsewhere and I’d guess a small jeweler would be better for rings/gifts for significant others.

    Being in sales, it's all about building relationships with your clients. It's not about being a salesman, but being a human being when it comes to prices on Jewelry or whatever the case may be. Dealt with Jordan and he went above and beyond for me. Class act all the way around. I will definitely be doing business with him again and I could not be more happier with the process. Appreciate it brother!

    After years of looking for a different look and wanting to update/upgrade my engagement and wedding rings, I stumbled into Kimbals. (I’m from Florida). I was so fortunate to have been greeted by Shannon who was very knowledgeable and friendly. Explaining to Shannon what I’d been searching for but had never found, she grinned and said something like, “Oh I think we can definitely find something you’ll love!” She found the most beautiful diamond which was well within my price range, and an equally as beautiful band filled with small diamonds to go beneath it, and I even found a bohemian looking wedding band with small interwoven diamonds, to compliment it! My husband came to look at it and that’s the end of the story. I bet I look at my left hand 50 times a day, lol, I had ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA I would enjoy them as much as I have. Please look for Shannon if you want a no pressure approach and absolutely spectacular creative ideas to help you find the perfect ring.

    I bought a pair of earrings and have been regretting since. So expensive for these two little things. Every time I took them out, I was also quite angry for the cheap paper box they game me and the ugly leather bag in it. The young lady who served us shouldn’t be a sales lady either. I don’t think she cares if she makes any sales. I didn’t feel appropriated.

    I have stopped by multiple times over the last 3 years or so to check in regarding a rolex purchase. Apparently the wait list is lengthy? Nice that there are several reviews suggesting that they walked in and purchased right away. Hopefully the situation will improve and it won’t be so difficult to spend 7-10k on a watch

    Went to Kimball’s today to look at ROLEX watches with my friend that has been wanting one for some time now. Upon our entrance into the store, we were not met by any sales people and my friend even had to say hey first to a sales person that was just standing there. He looked our way and did not seem to even greet us or ask if we needed help finding anything. We walked over to where the watches were and the sales person finally made it over to us. My friend had to ask the sales person for the price of two different watches, which the sales person did, but he never asked if we needed any information on the watches or even try to sell the watches to us. This was not a good first impression for me at Kimball’s.

    What a beautiful store with a great selection, I was taken aback by the great customer service I received from Jordan. Right away he greeted me with a warm smile and allowed me to take my time while looking at all the beautiful jewelry and watches in the store. You can tell right away that he loves what he does and he wants every customer to feel like family. He was never pushy and answered all of my many questions. He wants everyone to leave 100 percent happy and nothing else will do. He helped me pick out a wonderful gift for my wife and a little something special for myself as well. Jordan will be my go to guy for all my future needs!

    I hate posting reviews, but I hope this saves someone else from future troubles. Let me preface, the sales staff was courteous and no blame to them. I am a young man, saved up money, and purchased an engagement ring. Like most, I knew nothing about jewelry or diamonds and entrusted my decision to their professional expertise. I purchased a ring in Nov ’21 and proposed in late-July ’22. We visited the store in Nov ’22 for another resizing and we asked them look at a stone in the halo that was not reflecting correctly. We got the ring back and the issue did not appear to be addressed. My fiancé said she noticed a crack with her bare eye. This was odd to me. First, it’s a diamond… Second, she has only worn it for 6 months and during those 6 months, it was not worn for 3 weeks during resizing and about 50% of the time due to her occupation. I, knowing nothing, took it to a separate jeweler and they confirmed it was cracked after a minute of inspection. I asked them for guidance, and they said to check with where I purchased it – “if you bought it here, we would take care of you but since you did not, we would have to charge”. I took the ring back in Jan 23’ to have them look at it. They confirmed there was a crack, and they did not “take care of me”. Rather than fixing the product they sold, they instructed me that I would have to pay for the repair since it was 12 months past the purchase date and that the crack must have occurred within the last month. The ring did not withstand less than normal wear and tear (if that is what caused the “crack”) for less than 6 months… I had intentions of purchasing the matching wedding band from them. However, after this product and their demonstration, or lack thereof, of customer service, I cannot only not trust their services, but also the integrity of the products they sell to their customers.

    The best jewelry store in Knoxville. The owner, Danny, makes you feel as if you’re at home anytime you step foot in the door. Super professional, friendly and helpful staff. Knowledgeable and willing to help with anything. I Will definitely be a repeat customer. I Cannot say enough nice things about them!

    I visited the store today to browse their selection of Rolex watches with the intent of purchasing a two tone submariner. According to Rolex they are the only authorized retailer of their watches in Knoxville, Tennessee. Generally, when I visit a store, I have found most service people will assist on arrival. This were not the case during my visit today. Myself and my friend upon arrival were stared at upon entry with no greeting whatsoever. Waiting a few seconds I then say to this person “Hello, to you too.” Even after, still no greeting. With that I proceeded to help myself about the store. After looking for a moment at the watches the same person approaches and asks if I need any help. I asked for pricing for a two-tone Submariner and an Air King. This person who I’m presuming to be a sales person offered no knowledge or insight other than pricing for the timepieces. The person offered generally a cold and unwelcoming demeanour which has not been characteristic of my experience in purchasing Rolex in the past. Admittedly, I were casually dressed but, if their sales team embraces the 1980’s belief that casually dressed people are not prospective clients, I would respectfully advise the company’s owners to find sales people qualified to work in this century. I were warned prior to visiting that generally the service were lacklustre and banal but, I wanted to give these people a chance. My general direction to anyone searching for these pieces would be to avoid and find a qualified Jeweler with a sales team that is fit and prepared to help you kindly with your purchase. If anyone wishes to know the standard and sophistication of the ownership, or lack thereof, please read the below reply they made to my commentary. I understand the standards of service may be significantly less in a market such as Knoxville. I’ll be in tomorrow (05/24/2023) to discuss face-to-face, why I after being stared at, ignored the subpar, callow performance. I challenge the owner to post video footage if what they claim is true.

    I'm not a local to the area, but worked with them very easily and quickly over the phone. Should be getting the my new watch in this week and can't wait, was looking for it everywhere new. The sales staff answered all my questions, and got my watch set for delivery quickly. Just wish I would have received a receipt to my email at the time of purchase, but I'm sure it will come in with my watch. Watch came in great condition on time. Thanks to Raphael for great experience!
