It's a bit small and awkward but the staff are always friendly and work hard. They're fast and efficient. The busier they are the better the food!

Can never get an order right, in store or delivery. Just bought lunch, one of the items was the family treat, zinger wings missing. Previous occasions similar experiences. Will be thinking twice before ordering from KFC again. Rather go to Crispy Chicken

The staff at KFC knysna are always nice they give me love and respect all the time even the Branch manager always nice and happy ill give the 5 star

We're not really fast food people but we're traveling and wanted something to fill the hunger. We ordered two burgers and then upsized to include chips and a drink. What a pleasant surprise. The burger tasted fresh and home made with a tasty chicken filling, a generous portion of chips and a large coke at a very cheap price. We're sold and will be back again..and again..and again

Not happy at all. 1. Some1 was was allowed to skip the line because he was buying 30 pieces of chicken pieces. When I asked, they said he called in. I don't think KFC has a telephone services. 2. Chicken was not fresh. Maybe due to loadshedding. But I did not enjoyed it most especially with the absence of 3. 3. Had to come back to get servette. When we arrived at our place, no condiments. I would have looked past 2 and 3 but 1 irritated me. Would have asked for the manager but I thought let me not be that person.

The worker doesn't use gloves at all-time for food making. After giving order and pay for ice cream they say don't have what i required so i have to change it to something else.

Great food. I had to wait due to a loadshedding backlog but friendly staff.

KFC was open and operational during load when we visited and is always our go-to food spot when most other places are closed. We are return customers for 10 years now.

After a classical wrap, my son had diarrhoea, shivers and nausea 🤢. The dough was unacceptably raw. I will never order wraps from KFC again 😪.

Food was nice and fresh. Expect to wait quite a few minutes for your food since it's the only KFC in Knysna. Also no drive-through

Well the KFC 🍗 store is located on a corner of the main road which is really convenient cause it's actually on your way out of town seeing that we were also traveling out of town coming from George but I'd like to add that the service there was very warm welcoming and super fast

Horrible service all over. KFC has a faulty online ordering system where orders are not processed, but money is taken. I have struggled a week now for them to refund my money, as their system did not process the order. I do not recommend ordering from KFC ever. Their customer care agents lie to you just so you can stop phoning. The agent advised that they processed the refund/reversal on wednesday. Just spoke to my banker, this was definitely not done. Lies, lies lies. What the hell KFC, how is it allowed that you just steal peoples money. They never get back to you. Do not ever use their

KFC Knysna staff always friendly, shop always clean although it's packed with customers. Food good, no bad experiences so far.

I'm very disappointed what Ive got from KFC and I did order the streetwise klava there where only two zinger wings and one chicken meat when I should've gotten two meats and a zinger wing. There where also a law enforcement officer that bring her food order back to them cause they did the same thing to the officer so I say it's very bad don't go there.

I was only using Wi-Fi of KFC Knysna i didn't went inside, i was waited for something of mine to be finished inside the town so i decided to go and use some Wi-Fi.

Only 1 cashier available whilst a lot of clients standing in que , check the CCTV , we left due to timing and service . Truly disapointed .

Waited very long due to loadshedding and it seemed like the generator isn't able to deal with demands cause only few outlets has generators

Wasn't impressed at all. I ordered the wing bucket and they told me after cashing up.my order that there's a 7min wait.... I had no choice really but to wait..which took 15min for the order to b finished.. no apologies no explanation. The manager didn't even try to come to the front. When I asked the attendant for a reason he/she went to d back...

Halal store.Ordered by fone, lady was efficient, food ready in the said time. Never before did i see a piece of burnt kfc, like the skin was actually hard& brown ,but jus a wee bit. Dint enjy the chkn tho , burgers were good

Good fast food - as expected. Slow service, staff groups up and has personal conversations while meant to be managing the customer flow.

I just bought a twister and 4 zinger wings. I didn't have the chance to open up the order and see what's inside. Guess what I found, isfuba, njani Koda I ordered zinger wings. Ndu-defeated nguKfc waseKnysna. I have no words

Absolutely busy. Had to wait 48 minutes for order to made. Consider opening another KFC in the next town

Nothing fancy to review here. Food was prepared fresh while we wait. Staff was friendly & hospitable. Kitchen needs to speed up a bit with the fresh meals.

Queues are way too long. Looks as if staff doesn't really give a damn about overall service. Disappointing, seems to be becoming a norm for KFC franchises. That's just my experiences.

Just don’t use Q skip. Ordered using Q skip, arrived the time they said it would be done and got my food 30 minutes later after people who walked in and order food way after me.

very slow service... you will only see two workers in front and there is around 24 customers waiting for their food... tjooo Hai shame

Shocked with the level of presentation here. Surprised that KFC itself doesn't do a quality check on this place.
