Wow. This is a great spot to view blossoms. If you're from Tokyo. This spot is like nakameguro but better and without the crowds... Also places to sit! It's great. Don't miss this area during blossom season while in Kobe

(Translated by Google) While the cherry blossoms that bloom in spring are just like that, the branching of the pine trees, which have long-growing rings for a long time, is also appealing. It's a luxury that you can't enjoy in the city, where you can rest comfortably in the shade of greenery on the waterside and listen to the murmuring. The pine forest continues from south to south with some breaks, gradually evoking the appearance of the sea. As the estuary comes into view, you may slightly feel the breeze beginning to take on the scent of the tide. When spring is over, take a deep breath as you play with the scent that is mixed with the beach breeze... While quietly trying to synchronize with the subtle breathing of the trees. If you turn your eyes to the flow of the river, you will find an idyllic scene in which children soak up in the water above their knees and follow the brilliant fish shadows.

This is a beautiful park to visit and walk along the river. In the springtime when the Sakura, cherry blossoms, bloom it is so nice to sit under them and have a drink with the cool air passing through. The whole area is well maintained and is sandwiched between two stations making it easy to get to and making sure a station is near when wanting to leave the area.

This in an outstanding experience during cherry blossom season, and makes for a nice walk anytime it's not too cold. Tip: go down to one of the many little concrete walking 'bridges' and take a pic/video from there!

One of the best spots for Hanami (watching cherry blossoms) in Kobe/Ashiya. Shukugawa is a pretty long river and there are numerous trees along both sides of it. There are chairs, and also flat ground to sit and enjoy the river, Sakura trees and also the fresh air.

You can walk from the sea up to the mountains. Great place between Osaka and Kobe for a walk or have some lunch.

(Translated by Google) Sugawa Park, an urban park located in Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture, is officially named Sugawa River Shik Green Land. On both banks of the Sugawa River, about 1,660 Somei Yoshino Sakura trees are planted. The 2.7-kilometer-long tunnel of cherry blossoms stretches on both sides of the river. It is even more wonderful to walk down the embankment, face the water and go up the river. Experience. In 1990, it was selected as one of the top 100 cherry blossom spots in Japan. It is also the second most popular cherry blossom viewing spot in Hyogo Prefecture. Sugawa Park is a park located in Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture. In 1949, about 1,000 cherry trees were planted under the guidance of Sabe Shintaro. Now, 1,700 cherry trees have been planted from the Rinko Line to the vicinity of Kitasugawa Bridge about 2.7 kilometers. It is also one of the few scenic spots in the Hanshin area. . Around 100,000 people came to the Nishinomiya Sakura Festival held in early April, and it was very lively due to the large number of visitors. According to the selection of the Japanese Cherry Blossom Association in 1990, it was selected as one of the top 100 cherry blossom spots nationwide. And the four seasons outside the cherry blossom season are also very intoxicating. Shukugawa park is a great place for a picnic and to see the cherry blossoms when they are in season. There's a nice grocery store in Shukugawa station that has everything you need for a good picnic. Wine, beer, cheese, etc

If the whole world is crowding around osaka castle or kyoto for the sakura blossoming season, it is wiser to make your way to shukugawa park. Here, you have peace, serenity, and lesser tourists. A park for the locals. A small hidden secret.

(Translated by Google) In spring, the cherry blossoms dye both banks of Shukugawa and are very beautiful. It is very convenient because you can easily reach Hankyu from Shukugawa Station, JR Sakura Shukugawa Station, and Hanshin Koroen Station by public transportation. You can feel the coolness in the summer, and the leaves of the cherry blossoms are dyed red in the winter. You can feel nature in winter as there are evergreen trees. There are toilets and benches along the river, so I don't feel inconvenienced. It is a nice park where time flows slowly.
