I have very bad memories of this hotel. My 65 year old step father, a retired university professor, booked a room on his trip from Norway. He arrived on a very hot, humid summer day and, despite a booking was turned away. (We believe the hotel was overbooked by a tour group). Worse they didn’t recommend any nearby hotel, assIt’s with a rebooking, allow him to use the hotel or wait in the air conditioned in the lobby. This was many years ago when it first opened, but I have never forgotten their shabby treatment. And even now regard it as the worst hotel experience I’ve had the misfortune to encounter. Their attitude may have changed, but why risk it? Osaka has many good hotels, try another.

Very nice hotel with good location and good view too. It’s clean and big even for a small room. Would recommend to anyone if visiting Osaka.

Rooms were small and really dated. Breakfast buffet was OK, but nothing really impressive. Everything was just average. The location is very good and central, it was easy to get around. Staff were very helpful and polite, this was the standout of this hotel.

Very nice hotel! Would definitely stay here again, convenient stores are a 2 minute walk, some restaurants are also on sight in the hotel, including a spa. The spa is not tattoo friendly, also due to covid some restaurants hours have changed including the spa

Not allowed in the bar. Claims the entire bar was reserved, bar is empty. Called to make a reservation, they Don't Take Reservations!!!

The location is very strategic. Just across the road from Fukushima (Osaka Kanjo Line) station. The station also have direct train to USJ and also to Kansai Airport. Convenience store is just below the hotel too. The room is quite spacious with a direct onsen water to your room. However due to this facility, you need to pay some onsen tax at the reception during check in, a special tax for using onsen in Osaka. For those with baby stroller or big luggages, the station comes with an elevator, and very easy to move from and to the platform.

Dated hotel, could do with a refurb. But a good location right next to the station on the Osaka Loop.

Near train station, and plenty of amenities. Room is big for 4. Had a very nice city view from the hotel room. Stayed for 4 days

The TV projection is broken and the refrigerator is noisy. We complained about the refrigerator but the hotel staff says that “if it is too noisy you can turn it off, but it will be no cold. You have milk inside it so you need to turn on.” The hotel is beside the JR Fukushima station and near Umeda station which is really convenient. Also, the view in higher floors are good.

This hotel was very accommodating and situated in a fantastic neighborhood. The room and food were satisfactory as well. However, I must mention that their spa services are quite expensive. A single entrance costs 800 yen, and once you leave, you cannot re-enter without paying an additional 800 yen. This policy is unusual for a hotel in Japan, and I found it surprising.

Room is as expected, booked for four with four beds, very tight but manageable. Staff is extremely kind. Seems the hallway for my tower smells a bit like smoke, which seeps into the front entry area for the hotel room. Bathroom had no ventilation but was otherwise fine.

Place is nice and well kept. We stayed in a nonsmoking room however the wing of the hotel we were in was smoking, can immediately smell the smoke in the hallways but can not smell it from the room which was great. If coming from America bring a three prong to two prong converted, you will not find a three prong outlet in most Japanese Hotels. There is however a three prong outlet in the Tull's conveniently located downstairs.

Recommend the Korean restaurant on B1, super delicious and the prices are excellent... Perfect if you're on a budget. The hotel is just over the road from Fukushima station, super easy to get to. There's also a Tully's coffee shop in the first floor which is also a good place to relax

A very convenience hotel located next to Fukushima Station and surrounded by convenient stores and restaurants. Hotel is nice and clean. Room is big enough for a family of 4. We booked a room with 4 beds and as shown in the photos. The beds are big enough to comfortably sleep. There are plenty of charging hubs and the TV is online, you can watch youtube! The best point of this hotel is a choice of hot spring or normal hot water in your own bathtub! However, there aresome minor renovations in the room that need to be done.

I stayed here with my family last year. Staffs are really friendly and helpful. They speak good english and can easily converse, different from other hotels I have been in Japan. Near to train station and eateries. The indoor spring water is great even though the rooms may look abit aged. Overall, it's a great place.will stay there again.
