先日は仲間がドイツに行く前の壮行会で、
初めてお邪魔しました。
場所は三宮駅から近く、アクセスし易く、
凄く便利です。
先ずビックリしたのがお通しのプレート。
品数が多く、いきなりお酒が進みます笑
その後に出てきたお料理の数々。
お造り盛り合わせ(鱧のうす造りには感動しました)、穴子の一夜干し、蟹味噌の天ぷら、
トロトロ豚角煮、焼き金華サバ、チーズとアスパラの春巻き、鮪のユッケ丼などなど。
お酒好きには堪らない逸品ばかり!

魚介メインのコースでしたが、
バラエティーに富んだ内容で参加者みんな
大満足で大正解。
また、マスターの食材やお酒に対するこだわりや知識が凄く、料理秘話まで聞けて、
最高に美味しく楽しいひとときを過ごす事ができました。
昼営業もされていて、昼から飲むことができるみたいなので、また三宮に来る時は必ず寄らせていただきます。ご馳走さまでした。
