There is a duplicate listing on the map but it's the same place. Decent selection of local craft beers and a nice rotating selection of international beers. The place has gone a little upmarket from its original location but it's still a great place for a beer and a bite. The food is good. The fried chicken karage are excellent, some of the best I've ever had. They also have a 5 beer flight if you want to try a variety of beers.

Small portion for $4 for cheese (1 piece of cheese like really). Def go hopstand 10x betters by food, Vibe, and beer.

If you enjoy trying local craft beer, then this is the place to go in Kobe! We tried several craft beer bars, and this was our favorite. The IPA and session beer were both low in alcohol, but high in IBUs - delightful! So good, we went twice in our 3-day stay in Kobe. We even met the brewer, she knows what she is doing!

Good food and craft beer. The fried chicken and black beer curry are nice. They brew their own beer on site with 3-4 different ones on tap plus a selection of other local (Rokko Beer) and a couple of imports available.

Great selection of Rokko beers (local). Staff was friendly. Has English menus. Had a 6 glass tasting beer tasting option (not always available elsewhere). Nice brew pub. Staff understood that we were tourist and when we asked about Kobe beef. They recommended a place and even called for a reservation.

Lots of beers on tap, nice little setting but a little pricey in terms of beer. They have lots of locally brewed beer along with classic bar food and snacks. Menus are in Japanese however the beer list does give the names in English as well. You’ll find it up stairs along with some boutique shops and a hairdresser.

Rokko beers on tap, but the house brews probably better - they have a brewery on-site. Also have a couple of imported craft beers on tap. Usually one American beer and one or two German. Good, simple bar food. Spicy karaage is great.

Tons of different types of beer, including their own! The bar style food is great to boot! Lots of bang for your buck, cool atmosphere, great flavor and reasonable portions (which for Japan is saying a lot)!

Groups of 2 people are seated on big tables and groups of 4 people are seated on small tables. Pretty awkward. And there is nothing they could think of what they can change after asking for a bigger table. Ridiculously unflexibel, just give me another one of those small tables there are so many of them free!

Friendly and helpful staff. Good food and a nice selection of Minoh and Kobe beers.

Good selection of beer as I’ve made it a hobby to try breweries in places I visit. This is the first one I’ve been to in Japan. The fried chicken was delicious. The workers attempted to speak English and assist me in ordering. The only issue is that their menu is in half English so you have to read and use translation apps to understand the menu. My improvement is to add a full English menu. But other than that it is a good brewery!
