This
cafe
was
pretty
far
outside
the
city
in
a
suburban
neighborhood
and
a
little
bit
of
a
walk
but
very
much
worth
it!
Tanaka
who
runs
the
cafe
alone
is
open
crazy
hours
from
6am
to
3am
so
you
can
make
time
no
matter
even
if
you're
in
Osaka
only
for
a
day.
AND
YOU
SHOULD!
The
experience
is
amazing
and
he
will
tell
you
the
history
of
his
craft
as
well
as
the
history
of
the
items
in
his
shop
from
the
beautiful
French
and
Japanese
cups
to
the
tube
sound
system
(amazing
Aretha
Franklin
Jazz
songs
playing).
He
is
very
knowledgeable
all
of
it.
We
had
the
3
courses,
the
first
was
a
cup
of
coffee
made
with
his
signature
brewing
method
with
the
three
hour
brew
time
made
prior.
The
coffee
is
undoubatly
strong
but
smooth
until
the
end.
The
second
cup
he
made
while
we
were
in
the
shop
and
it
took
about
50
minutes.
It
did
not
feel
that
long
though
as
we
spoke
the
whole
time.
The
method
is
very
detailed
and
slow
but
worth
it
for
the
cup
after.
Surprisingly
sweet
as
well
with
his
blend
if
beans.
However,
what
will
truly
blow
you
away
is
the
23
year
old
coffee
he
has
aged
in
a
barrel.
The
coffee
is
AMAZING.
I
have
never
tasted
anything
like
it
before.
It
is
sweet
and
takes
on
the
taste
of
the
original
alcohol
that
was
created
in
the
barrel
with
a
strong
undertones
of
blueberries.
Even
the
smell
is
quite
sweet
and
fragrant.
There
really
are
not
words
to
describe
it
fully.
If
you
visit
Osaka
you
need
to
visit
this
cafe
and
make
sure
you
get
all
three
courses
of
coffee.
Great
coffee,
great
experience,
amazing
host,
and
impeccable
first
class
customer
service.
Tanaka
San
even
drove
us
back
to
the
train
station
after
because
it
was
raining!
