The
inside
of
the
store
was
very
clean.
We
handled
a
large
number
of
living
creatures,
including
not
only
reptiles
but
also
small
animals.
I
think
it's
good
for
people
who
want
to
find
their
favorite
color
or
want
to
see
different
types.
We
didn't
see
many
large
lizards
or
snakes.
One
thing
that
bothered
me
was
that
the
case
of
Leopa
etc.
was
milky
white
and
I
felt
like
I
couldn't
see
the
color
unless
I
pulled
it
out.
I
had
been
curious
about
it
for
a
while
and
stopped
by,
but
there
was
a
very
cute
civet
cat
at
the
entrance,
and
I
was
curious
about
the
price,
so
when
I
asked
the
store
clerk,
she
very
rudely
said,
"It's
for
sale.
It's
XX
yen."
I
felt
really
bad
just
hearing
that.
After
that,
I
wonder
if
I'm
a
palm
civet?
When
I
asked
him
about
it,
he
replied,
``No,
it's
a
civet
cat.''
It
seemed
like
he
was
having
a
hard
time
answering
the
question.
The
reviews
here
are
very
good,
and
I
used
to
work
at
a
reptile
store,
so
I
thought
I
might
be
able
to
talk
to
the
store
staff
about
various
things.
That's
what
I
thought,
but
when
I
called,
they
came
out
from
behind
the
scenes
and
seemed
to
be
acting
in
a
high-pressure
manner,
telling
me
I
wouldn't
be
able
to
buy
it
anyway,
so
I
didn't
feel
very
good
about
it.
When
I
went
there,
a
young
man
in
his
20s
was
working
alone.
Even
though
we
looked
around
the
store,
they
acted
like
we
weren't
there.
I
saw
a
lot
of
reviews
saying
that
the
staff
members
who
interacted
with
me
were
very
kind,
so
I
was
excited
to
go
there,
but
they
ignored
me,
and
when
I
finally
asked
a
question,
they
acted
in
an
overbearing
manner.
I'm
sorry,
but
I
wasn't
satisfied
with
the
human
side.
It's
a
shame
as
I
was
looking
forward
to
it.
If
the
clerk
is
like
that
person
again,
I
don't
think
I'll
go
again.
