Go
north
on
Tor
Road
and
west
on
Sanroku
Line
From
here,
various
roads
lead
to
the
reservoir,
some
of
which
are
public
roads
and
some
private,
making
it
difficult
to
understand.
In
my
case,
I
passed
the
plain
and
went
north
again
on
the
road
around
6-chome
in
Ishiimachi.
After
passing
through
a
long,
narrow
staircase
that
rises
in
altitude,
you
will
reach
a
road
that
offers
a
spectacular
view
of
the
city
of
Kobe.
This
is
the
road
that
leads
to
Karasuhara
Reservoir.
Climb
up
that
road
again,
and
on
the
way,
after
passing
a
parking
lot
on
the
right,
there
will
be
a
signboard,
so
turn
right
on
the
road
in
front
of
the
signboard.
We
have
arrived
It
is
unique
to
Kobe
that
there
is
a
reservoir
surrounded
by
such
calm
and
lush
trees
so
close
to
the
city✨✨
There
is
also
a
2.7-kilometer
excursion
route,
and
the
elegant
Tategahata
Dam
is
also
wonderful.
It
has
such
an
atmosphere
that
it
wouldn't
be
strange
to
see
it
used
in
a
movie
or
drama
✨✨
However,
due
to
the
dense
environment,
on
bad
days
or
after
dark,
it
can
become
very
scary
and
make
you
feel
uneasy,
so
it
is
best
not
to
go
there
alone.
Yo~😆
