建物は老朽化してますが、アニメイトや駿河屋のが入っておりその道の方には大変良い場所かと､､､ 飲食店もそれなりに入店しており食べる物にも困らずそこそこ楽しめます。

This is a main Street side shopping center with different vendors. It is definitively on the lower end of the price scale but you will find one or the other interesting things there. A good place to do some bargain hunting and to have a quick meal.

An older style mall, but the secret is in the wonderful locally priced restaurants in the basement. We had our kobe steak lunch experince here. Faultless. ¥21000 with drinks.

冬休み期間の平日昼間に訪問です。 地下１階〜３階のショッピング、飲食店エリアと駐車場のみの訪問です。 冬休み期間中ということもあり、飲食店エリアはかなり混雑してました。３階はマニアックな専門店街でしたのでオジサンにはあまり用件はありませんでした。 駐車場エリアは駅直近場所としてはアクセスよく利用し易い環境かなと感じました。場所的なものもあるのでしょうが、３０分３００円は妥当な金額なんでしょう。ちなみにセンタープラザ内の店舗で一定金額を買い物したり飲食すれば、１時間無料の駐車券を頂けたりするので、利用する際は事前にリサーチしておけば出費を抑えることができます。あと駐車場の構造上から、高さ制限が厳しくハイルーフ系車両は利用不可なので、ミニバン利用の方は別の駐車場を探すのが吉です

センタープラザ竣工からよく遊びに行きました。サンプラザも。7階にあったサンセブン(ゲームセンター)は小学校の時よく通ったなあ。今も少しづつ時代に合わせて進化してます。センタープラザ駐車場に高さがはいれる車しか買わないほどです。
