投資信託のことでお話しにきてるのに、「たぶん」質問に対し「今調べてきます」連発。おどおどしてて、声に自信もなくて、とても不安な気持ちにされた。
研修?なのか2人で対応されたが、どっちが教える側なのかわからなかった。もう1人は全くフォローとかもなくて、なぜ投資信託担当できているのか謎。本当に不安しかない。
信託なのにこんなに信用できないなら無理だと心底感じた。

前住所の担当の人は話もわかりやすく、安心できたからゆうちょ全体で言えることではないけど、今回の対応は本当にひどかったと思う。
