Nice place to rest. Cheap and comfortable, is near Sannomiya, the main Kobe's train station. The women's dormitory has a password to protect them. The capsule bed has an internal fan that ventilates, very welcome. The living room for have a snack, and kind owner. Good choice.

I love this accommodation. Not only do they have separate rooms between women and mixed dormitories, they also separate the bathroom and toilet. Very considerate.

Great location near to Sannomiya Station. Used the onsen nearby and with a fee of 500 was given a disposable towel and shampoo/body wash. That was a nice touch. The room was fine but the toilet on the 2f was rather dirty, it made me not use the shower. The service not very enthusiastic but they did their job.

They canceled my booking ONE MONTH after I made the reservation via booking.com (claiming they were overbooked ????) and two weeks before the trip - just the golden week - one of the busiest holiday here in Japan. Well done.

No cutlery in the kitchen

Small and simple but reasonably priced, comfy decoration, very friendly owner, great rooftop for hanging out.

Beautiful bar! Very friendly atmosphere, lots of nice people to talk to! I had really nice umeshu with a huge ice "cube" 😁🥳 I came for just one drink and ended up having at least four (stopped counting after the 4th one). Highly recommending! 😍🍀🌈🌻🥰

The bar is really good if you want to try new beers ! 5 taps thats change often. The rooms where clean and nice. Not much share space and the cooking space was, just basic to reheat a meal or have quick breakfast. 2 minutes walk from the onsen 👌 5 from the sannomia station.

Issues: - There was no toilet on the whole floor, you had to climb the stairs in the middle of the night. - The showers had spots of black mould in them. - There was sand/dirt all over the floor in the room and when I told them, they just used a tiny dustpan on one little spot? I stayed 5 days and not ONCE did they vacuum or clean the floors. Gross. - Towels were ¥200 to rent, which is quite expensive. - It is clear they just surface clean, there’s no scrubbing or actually cleaning properly. Not even the bare minimum in my opinion.

Owners were nice. There’s a big patio up top where you can enjoy the city view. Very rustic style guest house. My group and I were being obnoxious late at night and the owner just told us kindly to mind our voices and continue. Would stay again in a heartbeat. It’s also a 2 minute walk from a tattoo friendly, 24 hour onsen.

Decent hostel, however it's a bit dirtier than other hostels in Japan. Also we had problems connecting to the wifi with our smartphones, with my laptop it worked. Seems like they only have a few websites on a whitelist so you CAN'T ACCESS sites like Twitter, Reddit, Wikivoyage, Quora, etc. What a shame!

Very good staff and really good drinks

Great and authentic guest house. Located only 5 minutes away from the train station. Restaurant on a ground floor has its own house brewery. Highly recommend!
