Warm atmosphere, delicious organic food, vegan options, detailed information about the holistic concept of the hut. Just splendid

Located in a really beautiful valley en route to the Zugspitze. However, the prices are very high, the beds are very small (compared to other huts) and the only warm room (the dinner room) does not have enough space for everyone at once. We were told that a renovation is planned very soon, so must of these issues should get better. Also, the staff was really nice but checkin took an eternity for whatever reason.

There are things that need to be noted before staying here. First off, the positives: all the staff are incredible, especially the guy who plays guitar for you in the morning. The location, deep in a valley next to the stream is beautiful, the food is great, and the beds are a lot better than some people are making them out to be. Now the negative, which has been referred to here in some of the other reviews. The pricing system here is crazy extortionate (to which other people we met during our stay also agreed to). 42 EUR per person, plus 32 EUR for a half pension, which doesn't include beverages. Would have given this 5 stars, but the price - especially when compared to other huts - is exceptionally high

The best mountain hut I've ever visited. Self-scraped spaetzle, homemade bread and all kinds of really good and mostly homemade food. The staff is really nice and helpful, the beds are comfortable and it is just beautiful there. Just don't go there with an electric bike if you are not fit enough - you will annoy every hiker on the way.

Very kind and helpful employees. Good food and real nice location. A little small bed‘s (40cm width) but if it isn‘t booked out it‘s fine. Would recommend a visit.

I dropped by briefly on my hike up the Zugspitze summit last weekend. Such a wonderful setting along the Partnach creek. Although it was pouring down that day, the building, which I think has just received its listing as a historical building, is such a gem. Make sure you check in advance online of you decide to stay there for a night!

Breakfast choice not great and relatively expensive, too crowded in one small dining area, expensive stay given the conditions.

Spent a whole day here and loved it! Amazing location, quite and peaceful with plenty of chairs and tables spread around the river to relax. The hut itself is average in size with unfortunately only one shower each but otherwise sufficient space for everyone, even in peak season. Very friendly and helpful staff and owner! All around a very pleasant experience and definitely a great stop on the route to Zugspitze!

Overall experience was okay, the place was crowded on the day we were visiting.

It takes about 3.5-5h hiking from the entrance of partnach gorge. The sleeping place for one person is quite narrow in 30-person room. But enough for sleep in the sleeping bag. You cannot move a lot anyway;) warm water shower is 2euro for 4mon. Breakfast is 12.5 euro per person. Dinner and lunch also available. Nice place to stop over in the hiking route to zugspitze.

Good vibe, very… very! helpful staff. Food from good quality products, although mostly vegetarian. Limited options for meet-eaters as well (so don’t worry). Amazing breakfast + best hutte coffee ever (from a specialty coffee roastery)

I only stopped here for a break on my way up. The hosts were friendly and the assortment of cake is grand. I definitely recommend planning a stop or a stay here.
