We had an amazing family time at this hotel. The staff here is very courteous and polite. Sachin and Jino made sure the housekeeping met the highest standards. They were also kind enough to leave positive notes which shows how they go out of their way and put their heart into making the stay a delight for their guests. The location of the hotel is a ideal for some peaceful time. You can walk up to the edge of the backwaters to watch the sunset or take a stroll along the banked shore. The rooms are spacious enough and the amenities like the swimming pool, restaurant are all well maintained. The also have a seafood restaurant which you must visit. Overall we had a wonderful time and can't wait to visit here again. 😊

Had a one night stay here and it was overall a pleasant one. The lunch buffet was not quite up to the mark whereas the dinner buffet spread was good. The breakfast buffet was also tasty. The room and washroom were neat even though the fittings are a bit old, given the hotel has been around for some time. The service was top-notch, especially the restaurant staff.

Yesterday I went for the buffet dinner there. Casino hotel has been there since my childhood and it was a good feeling to finally experience it. The most attractive element is surely the staff. I always loved Casino Hotels. The ambiance, the architecture, everything. And something about it didn't played along. They say its the first impression. From the check in till the check out, The stay at Casino Hotel was terrible in every way. I check in to celebrate my baby's birthday. The staffs were very rude and helpless. Everything i asked wasn't done. Right before booking the room, i called them and asked if they had a WOODEN BABY COT, they said its available so i booked the room. But when i checked in all they had was a BABY CRADLE. If they didn't know the meaning of COT and CRADLE, they could google it. Just because of this my baby didn't sleep till 01.00am. Plus they gave us a room which had a bad smell whenever we entered. The staffs even use their phone in front of us which was very annoying, because the phones notifications kept on beeping And calls kept on ringing whenever i talked to them. I hate to say that i really am disappointed to choose Casino. Sad to admit that THE STAFFS THEIR IS RUINING THIS BEAUTIFUL HOTEL.

It's a beautiful setting for a small wedding. Outdoors on the lawn with the swimming pool and this semi old hotel structure on the other side and these massive trees overarching the property is a perfect setting for an intimate wedding. It's in willingdon island which also has a charm about it. Casino is also known for it's food and the staff is very hospitable. Had a dream party there after our wedding.

What good is a gem if it looses its charm. I’ve been here with my family about 10 years back and a regular customer while we used to stay near. As we shifted we lost touch but used to visit accordingly. This time I’m very much disappointed to see my all time favourite place drop their quality down on the food which was once top notch. The hospitality and ambiance is never to doubt. Hoping to taste better next time.

I wonder how this hotel is getting 4/5 and 5/5 ratings? The only good thing is that the staff were helpful. Not a 5 star hotel at best a 2 star hotel. They initially gave us a dilapidated room which had old furniture, old curtains, dirty tiles in bathroom, old shower curtain etc. I complained and they gave us another refurbished room This new room had no extractor fan in the bathroom. When you shower most of the water spills out to the rest of the bathroom. The bathroom had a peculiar smell and maybe due to not having an extractor fan. The shower water did not provide a constant temperature as it kept on going either too hot or too cold. The wifi never worked properly. Most of the cooked breakfast items was tasteless, which is surprising for any hotel. Location wise it’s an isolated area if you don’t have your own transportation. In Willingdon island there are mountains of dumped rubbish. The monsoon season is about to start which may cause health issues for those staying in Willingdon island.

Food was great!! Basic rooms, have to use mosquito repellent plug ins otherwise mosquitoes in the room! Charges for food & massage as much as 5*. Masseuse was good but a no frills experience for ₹3000!! Service is very slow & non existent at the buffet.

Casino-CGH Earth is perfectly well maintained and managed. Our stay was amazing thanks to the great hospitality by the staff. The room was really beautiful with the view and space was aptly balanced. What stood out as a highlight was the steps taken towards sustainability and recycling. Starting from the chandeliers made out of papers to the Christmas tree made out recycled goods was amazing. Cheers to the management!!

Went out for dinner with friends , while making the reservation they gave an impression of being sold out, on reaching it was not that busy. The embarrassment started over their buffet, first round of food and we found hair in the noodles, thought it was an oversight and they replaced it with freshly made noodles , round two we took a portion of pork and it had hair in it and it was disgusting , the chef had an attitude and it took a round of argument before he understood that someone in his kitchen has a hair fall issues and their QC just wasn't there. The most disgusting and unhygienic place to call a star hotel. It's a shame and the management should take immediate action. A discount on the bill was not what we went there for. Our table of 6 left starved and preferred street food than what they had to offer.

They have good service and they have a pool. They provide complementary breakfast and that is very good and yummy. They have a neat pool for all. The pool timing is from morning 7 to evening seven.Their room service is so good and the staffs are very welcoming.

Definitely a great place to stay. Special mention about Mr. Sharaff , a young house keeping lad, who was brisk, and went about doing his work with a smile. We had informed about my son's birthday and he had done wonderful arrangements. A youngster with a great attitude. Another staff Mr. Arun was also very helpful and friendly. They made our stay memorable.

We had dinner at Casino, Wellington Island. Nice ambience for a perfect dinner. You'll love the ambience. Live music with dinner is a perfect combo. Spread was fine but not much options. However it was tasty and variety.

Unlike some of the posts I’ve read in other places, I found the casino to be clean, inviting and downright classic! The staff was very friendly and consistently making sure I was comfortable. I will definitely stay there when I come back

Had a wonderful stay, beautiful location and food (breakfast and lunch)as well is so good. The rooms are clean and the staffs were so polite and helpful. There is a kebab fest happening and tried that but as a person who loves kebab I didn't like them, they were not up to the notch as there were no many varieties and the food was just an average for a high price. Other than the kebab fest (buffet) I would give them 5/5. The meat in this hotel's restaurant is halal as well.

A good hotel , not the best 5 star hotel at kochi , usually they have reasonable rates for the rooms , which is a plus point. The breakfast spread was not that great, only few options were available. The dinner spread was good but not great. The food was tasty.

Everything is very easily accessible and all of the room services are very much available most of the time. Even if you are not familiar with the language or culture the staff will always be patient and take the time to understand and cater to your requests. It might sound exaggerated but I have never been to a hotel as homely and the hospitality as immaculate as there's.

Amazing colonial-style hotel. The staff was great, the breakfast was so good I would have liked to have two stomachs so that I would take it two times. I highly recommend it. It has spacious and confortable rooms, it is in a quiet area, has a swimming pool. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will return surely.

The place had great ambience and delicious food. The staffnis really great. The pool services was star rated with kids pool, life Guard Mr Karol was so friendly and helping.

A little late but worth Absolutely brilliant. The staff were really great and professional. Catered to all our needs. Whether it was the restaurant where Vaishak and team took care of my toddlers food demands or the front desk who helped us out. I am not able to recollect the individual names but the whole team there were brilliant

Apart from the location of the hotel with the lack of Uber service. The hotel is great. Has a left handed bidet on the toilet though. Kripa from F&B service is really sweet and has been very hospitable.

Excellent stay and hospitality...we planned a family gathering for celebration of my child’s birthday. The staffs were well trained from the reception (especially Ms Pratibha) till our checkout. Special mention about the food..the dinner buffet was so good…and breakfast was also very good. Well maintained pool. Excellent overall.. Highly recommendable

The place is located at peaceful and calm locality. The hotel has well maintained private swimming pool and basic gymnasium.

It’s just running because of Cgh earth’s good reputation elsewhere. The rooms are small. Not well ventilated. This hotel is always overcrowded. The island as such on which this hotel is eerie and lonely. I would not recommend this for people going to fort Cochin.

The Ambience was good but i think its bit overrated, as the room didnt have running hot water, there was luke warm water, they didnt have any plastic or any other material comfortable chair/ stool for sitting in bathroom for senior citizens. The staff is very nice and friendly, the service is also very quick.

Wow!!! We had an awesome stay here. Breakfast buffet had decent options, all tasted fantastic. We tried their seafood restaurant, tried couple of options. All dishes not just are vibrant to look at, they were delicious as well.

I’d like to recommend this hotel for their par excellent service. They showed ultra professional approach and conduct in service since from checkin to checkout. The interiors of the hotel get next remark. Designed aesthetically with class and elegance. Rooms are also good and spacious. The in-house restaurants are simply superb. Both dinner and breakfast were remarkable. Don’t miss buffet dinner, if you wanna stay. I’d also like to highlight two negatives. The toilet and bathroom were congested and not as good as other amenities. The other one is about parking. Even though, the place has ample parking, it not covered. Not advisable to park in rainy season.

It was a great stay over there. Thanks to the whole maintenance team who was there on just one call and especially Jino who kept the room arrangements very clean. Welcoming customers with a big heart and smile is the best thing noticed in each and every employee over there. Food was amazing. We will definitely come back on our next visit. The place is known for its absolutely amazing food. But the live music on Saturdays just makes the food taste even better. Pros: 1. Great food. 2. Great ambience. 3. Courteous staff. 4. Good hotel to stay in the Cochin Port trust area. The rooms and toilet are near and clean. Food is costly over here,apart from that you can have a luxurious stay. A huge disappointment was the breakfast. As I expected more Kerala food, but couldn't find any. That's the main reason I am giving 3 rating

Its a vintage property in Wellington island in kochi area. Rooms are spacious, places is old property and hence the amenities pretty old having a vintage charm. Food is good, restaurant ambience is like warm and nice sitting space. They have made a beautiful waterfall in the compound wall and small pound with fishes and plants create a lively atmosphere.

Good experience and hospitality despite the fact that they're working on limited staff. Wouldn't say a fully 5 star experience but still a hotel with a good ambience. The breakfast was good even though most of the dishes were not there due to small amount of guests. The room is spacious and has good amenities and is a nice to be in followed by good air conditioning as well.. Lots to see around the hotel, fort kochi and marine drive and really close.. overall a good stay. Recommended when staying at Wellington Island. Cheers:)

Wonderfull room, wonderful food and wonderfull staff specially front desk person Mr. Bipin ,he is very hard working and professional person. As in pandemic every property is running with limited staff so same I have seen there.I stayed for one night to celebrate my husband bday, front office manager Mr. Singh alloted beautiful room with lovely decoration ( which makes my husband happy). In Night Mr. Bipin place cake in my room which makes us happy as he is a part of front office and doing service part also. I requested water bottles also as no one from housekeeping and service answering my calls so I request same to Mr Bipin he personally bring two water bottles for us. @Housekeeping:-Thanks for the lovely decortaion. @Room Service:- food was so yummy.... Hidden gem of a restaurant. We didn't stay there but went to eat lunch alone. All the food items we ordered had great flavor. I felt like suddenly I was taken 20 years back with respect to the taste of food. Very calm and quite place.

My experience at the hotel was pretty good. The check-in process was a breeze, and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The rooms were kept clean, but I did notice that the entertainment devices were a bit outdated. The screen quality wasn't great, which took away from the overall experience. The bathrooms were on the smaller side, but they got the job done. The hotel was well-managed, and the staff went out of their way to make sure that I had everything I needed. However, I wasn't blown away by the food. While it was decent, I found that many of the dishes were a bit repetitive and unremarkable. There weren't a lot of options compared to other places I've stayed. Overall, I had a good stay, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience in Kochi.

Casino is nicely located in Wellington Island and has the beautiful backwaters at a walkable distance...CGH offers authentic Kerala style rooms with wooden antique arrangements in terms of their interior designing..The staff and front desk demonstrates the epitome of hospitality and great gesture of customer obsession.. they are always ready to serve you.. my check in was made within 2 minutes with my rooms arranged... also the Manager (I don't recollect the name - a nice human from Punjab) is an amazing human..realizing we checked in at the late hours of the day, he arranged a late check out for us to ensure our convenience..No hotel might go that extra mile for their guests!! It offers a nice and worthy deal if you could grab it at a rate less than 2.5k .. The pool is simply awesome and the food at the restaurant is nice, though it is expensive..would be good to check the menu before ordering anything as it might be tolling for your pockets ..

The most wonderful experience awaits anyone who's planing on staying the night at the hotel. I had a fantastic time there all thanks to the hearty and hospitable staff present at the hotel, they tend to every little concern of their patrons. Also, I'd like to add that the team at casino truly are honest and sincere because at one time I had forgotten something quite expensive at my room before checking out and as I was about to leave, the porter came running and gave me my possession telling me I forgot about taking it. I did tip him as a token of appreciation and he merely said warmly that it was his job! Great service guys!
