Such a worst experience.. Worst service.. Unclean and untidy outlet.. Rude staff

Too slow service. It took more than 20 minutes for my order of 2 regular pizzas and 1 garlic bread. The staff focussed more on delivery than takeaway. Same person was making vegetarian and non-vegetarian pizzas on the dame platform

Nice place to have a good Pizza in Kodaikannal, really fast service. Spacious place to dine. Right opposite to government bus stand. Easily accessible

Very expensive! Moreover the management was very rude. Couldn't alter our order immediately after ordering. They said it's not possible even after paying the difference. Couldn't take out the excess food. The restroom was nasty with stagnant water. But the pizza was good. Way expensive though.

Little annoyed of there different menu from other Domino's and their was a price difference though. It was little crowded when I dine in. But only one billing counter was open. They could have open another atleast to meet the customer crowd for some time. Pizza was really Great

We wanted to try a fast food chain that we have back at home so stopped here for lunch. We got 2 pizzas, the fresh veggie and the Mexican green. For these 2 medium pizzas it was around 880 rupees and there's 6 slices in each. The pizzas were delicious and they are seasoned differently in India/Kodaikanal which makes the pizzas taste better. The toppings tasted fresh and the base was nice too. Domino's is known globally and of course they don't make authentic Italian pizzas but they still make some great quality pizzas and they don't scrimp on the toppings at this Domino's outlet. The only negative thing is that they did not have the garlic and herb dip :( I'm not sure if you have to ask for it at the counter because they weren't provided with the medium pizzas. They have a good amount of seating which is helpful for.diners because most of the Domino's in the UK are delivery only.

We tried their chicken golden delight pizza which was very good and well satisfied. But the wait time was too long after ordering the pizza. They don’t entertain any online offers and discounts. Need to go and eat pizzas under fresh bookings at the outlet. But quite spacious outlet and the only one dominos at Kodaikanal.

We ordered 3 pizzas at 8:17 p.m we waited for atleast one hour 15 minutes . Now it is currently 9:41 p.m . It is said in the app that the order will be delivered in 30 minutes but it was not 30 minutes . We are hungry at this point . It would have been fine if the app said the order had been canceled due to heavy rain ,traffic,etc. We could have cooked some food or bought any other food from other places . Now we don't know either to wait for the pizza or eat something else . I sincerely hope that such cases are few and do not get repeated .

Worst experience I had. They will not take order on the counter but will ask you to order through Zomato, swiggy or other online media. Now on any of these app there is delivery charges applied which is a scam since they are not delivering anywhere but handing it over on the counter. Secondly, after 45 minutes of my order they informed that medium thin crust is not available so they will give me 2 regular size pizza. When I asked the radius of regular pizza and medium they couldn't tell me. Hence I feel they have poor customer experience

The service they offer is utterly ridiculous. The attitude of Mr. Veeramani the staff was very poor and impolite. They don’t update if your order is confirmed or not. We kept waiting for an hour thinking the order is getting ready and they keep saying server issue. This is not what we expect from such a reputed brand. However after all the wait they managed to give me my order and the pizza tasted good and that is why I am I considered giving 2 stars. You guys missed out the remaining 3 stars due to very bad service and attitude towards the customer.

The entire store was empty and the staff were busy in the kitchen watching their own mobiles. Very rude staff. Took them 10 mins to decide amongst themselves as to who would attend the customers. Lacks basic courtesy. Take it or leave it policy followed. Overall quality is okay. If you are “Dominos” pizza lover and would want to give this a try - they shall ensure you are thoroughly disappointed. Avoid.

Worst experience. First off all they called me after a HR after my order and very rudely they say it will take another 1 hr to deliver my order . A food chain like dominos must not have such inefficient staff . I will never eat again in any of the dominos

Beware do not order in this store. Shame on Domino’s brand ,to employ such goons as their employees . They can potentially be a threat at your door step . Don’t put yourself or your loved once in risk .

They had only pizzas and no sides. It was clean. It had toilet facility. And as it is in main area, it's easy to find. No proper parking space available. Service was also ok

This is the second time I've visited this place, some 5 years apart. The food was very very ordinary last time around and was no better this time. Parking is a big issue. The next shop which is New Annapoorna Veg restaurant allow parking right in front of their shop while Dominos, even when asked to move a couple of their delivery bikes to accommodate for our car to be parked refused and asked us to find our own spot. There's hardly a need for service other than them handing over the order to us. That was ok. We went at around 2.30 pm on a weekday. There were plenty of seating spaces to sit. That was not an issue.

Pizza was good, service could be improved and washroom needs maintenance.

I had visited dominos in kuwait, uae, qatar, philipines and lots of other places in india. This is the worst. Very bad staff with terrible attitude. This franchise is just to ruin the name of dominos

Good customer service and speed delivery here in unseason days

The store is quite slow serviced, also very unclean. Hence you could do a take away, but sitting and eating, I personally wouldn't recommend. And the place is a low network area, hence online transactions like gpay/payment etc would be difficult, so cash would be safest option or many places have the card readers also, including this one. So card transaction would be most recommended option at this eatery.

Such a pathetic service. Staffs are unprofessional, worst service. We have to get all the things, basic services also won't be provided. Each and every time, we have to go and ask them things like "tissue," "sauce," and "flakes." Basic items they also won't give you. They are not even cleaning the table.KKL Domino's needs a lot of improvement in terms of cleanliness. Tables were very dirty. We've ordered brownies, lava cake, pizza, and burgers. Brownies were very hard. The ingredients in the burger were bad. The size of the tomato was large. Lava cake and pizza are okay. I was totally disappointed with their service and cleanliness. not worth what we have paid.

It was good to know. Domino present in KodaiKanal. This franchise having own fan base. Having no other option in food, always give me thought to go for pizza

One of the worse Domino's experience. Food tastes good. But we were made to wait longer for the order. We noticed that an order was sitting on a counter for more than 10 minutes without being called as ready. Our own order was shown ready in text message when in fact it was not.

Shop located in the peak area and closer to bus stand, easy reachable . Quality of service is very good, Hygienic and Good quality .. Shop has ample of space to accommodate almost 50+ ppl. Nice interiors. I love this shop. As usual have to wait for 15 mins for our order.. Pls visit and have a yummy pizza. Have a good day Stay Safe.

This place serves you pizza with and extra charges which you will not know untill you check the bill properly,they show you some offer and charge you extra again without your... worst experience There is no home delivery , no phone pay Not even only payments option except card

Domino's is failing to maintain the hygiene quality. Food was fine but the washrooms were pathetic. This shows the concern of the management towards food, health, and safety.

It is a very good place with helpful staffs. Order was provided in the standard waiting time of Dominos. Kodaikanal is a no plastic zone, so you will get only cane cold drink. Be prepare for this.

The taste was average and not worth the price. Its very expensive.

It seems the outlet is not managed well as there are maintenance issues to attend, which has to be highlighted by customers. Comparing to other Domino's outlets, service is also not at par level. Staffs should be more service oriented.
