It's good only lunch time evening isn't that good plus for those who don't smoke is not good . When I went for lunch they had free 🥗 bar and soup rice and many other The atmosphere was kind a ok Food very delicious

For the price I was expecting something much better. The pork belly was 80% fat. The first thing we noticed was how white it was. One of the dishes was extremely spicy. Noone in the party was able to finish it despite everyone being used to eating Korean food. We were about to order dessert when we found out they had a 90 min time limit. Which I felt was short and strange since we weren't on an eat or drink all you can course. Overall, very disappointing.

The 2 person lunch menu is excellent!!!! Great portions and customizable to your palette with an unlimited salad/side bar that includes a build your own salad, pickled side dishes, pasta salad, soup and rice! Only downside is the limited English of their menu.. BUT the extremely friendly staff are more willing to do their best to help interpret their menu. Very friendly staff!!!! Would visit again!!! Excellent food and very fresh!!!

I Was shocked Entering the shop it was difficult that the staff said you have to properly use hand sanitizer and the sanitizer for shoes too then he guide me to my table where I will be having todays lunch. I am a foreigner in japan for couples of year and I was handled carefully by the staff’s they speak in English which was perfect for me to communicate and they a good behavior I was satisfied about his description about food and got a barbecue beef shorts ribs for my lunch. It was a good 90 minutes lunch I had in Shinjuku for a reasonable price

I tried their recommended dish, rice bawl with prawn sashimi marinated in soy sauce. Not that fresh that I had expected. Bibimbap dish looked better. Salad buffet was fun.

We arrived 30 minutes before last order, which was 23:00, and understood so we attempted to order light with a few drinks. Literally within 5 minutes of last order we were bombarded over and over to finish our food and get the check. At 23:15 my date went to use the restroom and the waiters to their chance and rushed in to take the trays and in the process spilled an oily sauce dish on me, ruining my shirt and pants. Though the one waiter was apologetic, the rest had ZERO care and proceeded to get us out of the restaurant as fast as possible with ZERO compensation for what had happened. My outfit cost more than the ¥7000 meal and I will highly recommend that no one comes to this location. They care more about themselves than the customers. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. I have lived in Japan for almost 10 years and this is the worst customer service I’ve experienced.

The waitresses were rude and almost throw the food to the table, we had to wait 30 minutes for our food and when we asked after 30 minutes they seemed to have forgotten our order. Only few of the waitresses were wearing mask and they were talking loudly and laughing in the hall. The music was too loud, and one of the waitresses kicked the chair in front of us when she was passing. Even though the food was alright, I would never come back to this place, nor recommend to others

The food was alright but we had to wait 30 minutes for the secound portion of our food. The service was lacking not foreigner friendly at all.

Staff is so helpful and active . Friendly environment. And i recommend sanmgepsaru in this restaurant so delicious and juicy 👌👌
