    The staffs speak English! Amazing quality and customer service! This is the second time I’ve purchased glasses from this location. The quality of the glasses are excellent! The best part is that it is super affordable! My first pair of glasses from them was roughly 10,000 yen. This time, they raised their prices a little bit for a similar style (12,000 yen). These prices include everything (frame and lenses). In Canada, you are lucky to find a frame (without lenses) at this price. If you have your foreign passport, you don’t have to pay tax. The service was really fast. My glasses was ready after an hour and a half. They will give you a receipt with the time to pick up your glasses. The staffs were extremely friendly and spoke English. They also have great attention to detail. When I picked up the glasses, they made sure that the glasses was completely even on my face. I didn’t really mind but they really wanted everything to be perfect.

    Went to this outlet after hearing about their quick service. It was a bit difficult to find them in the maze of shops underneath Tokyo station. However, once i got there, getting my eyesight tested and obtaining a pair of glasses was a breeze ! The entire process, from eye testing to selecting the glasses to collecting them, took about 1 hour. The service was friendly, and the staff spoke English, which was helpful for someone with limited Japanese vocab like mine. And, they also helped with the tax deduction side of things on the spot ! Saved me the hassle of filing it separately at the airport.. Great experience overall 👍🏽 Many thanks to the staff on shift 🙏🏽

    These guys are the best, they have a wide range of glasses here and staff are very friendly and helpful. Went there to get an emergency pair because daughter lost a screw in her glasses but they just fixed it for her without charging and having us buy anything. Talk about Japanese hospitality! We are so grateful! Arigato gozaimasu!!

    None of the staff speak English, I asked if there's any1 speaks Chinese by any chance. I was told the one who does is helping some1 else from China. They told me to wait. I waited for like 25 mins and still standing there doing nothing with no help. I left without coming back.

    I was visiting Tokyo for about 5 days and heard about the good reviews of glasses from Japanese retailers. I visited JINS with my wife and we ended up both getting a pair of glasses which we loved. The staff are friendly, English-speaking and knowledgeable which helped us to make our choice. The eye exam was included in the purchase of the glasses and mine were ready for pickup within the hour. My wife, who has a higher prescription needed to wait two days for the lenses to come into stock but was still really happy with her purchase. She found her glasses from JINS were much better than another pair that she had bought from an alternative glasses store. Special thanks to the staff member, Huang, who took his time and really made sure that we were happy with our purchase. Overall, I would highly recommend JINS for glasses
