I used to stop and take shower/coffee here every single time i drove this way, and every single time was okay and clean until today, after waiting for almost 2 hours for shower to be free, that blonde lady asked me to gave her 3€ cash for the shower, I already prepared my visa because I haven't carried any cash with me,she said no, for the shower she only take cash, + my passport + 20€ in cash as some kind of insurance + my truck keys. Serways why you doing this to us, I only used your services and facilities for more than 3 years now. This never happened to me once until now and it's not pleasant at all ..

Terrible. Have a kids door for the bathroom, but won't actually let your kids use it. Have to pay for everyone apparently.

Shower for the truck driver is 3 euros and 20 euros for deposit?? The truck driver has cash very sparsely due for own sefety. Wat the fak deposit?? Only bank card Bitte!!!

Service takes forever. Food is mwah. Coffee is an atrocity.

Restaurant closed at 19:30 because of lack of people... next stop does not have that problem.

Nice service station with better food than you would expect

Personally, I find this place always overcrowded. Not so much of cars but trucks. Food and drink just like any other stop.

Paying with several cards wasn't possible. And that was our problem. Right, don't think so lady at the Coffee corner who cannot smile. Ridiculous how she reacted but maybe she cannot handle a long line of customers.

Food was decent, staff was not really friendly. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Not really a good experience for my part. Also I was only there because I had to stop and get something. A lot of other stations have plenty to offer.

The newer Serways rest stops are beautiful. Expensive but clean and a nice break being on the road. Clean restrooms also.

Lots of parking spaces, good selection of food and refreshments and clean toilets. Wireless charging option for mobile phones and if you'd have something freshly cooked a device will be handed over to you to alert you with vibration when your food is ready.

Food is below average. (Soup was sour) Staff not very friendly. Tables are not cleaned regularly.

I do not recommend this Serways stattikn for food stop. Very busy even after lunch and completely understaffed. Personell also unfriendly.

Bought some bomb vegan ice coffee at the coop next door. Restaurant looked cozy with plenty of space to sit down.
