Awful service! I made online reservation and came on time to dentist. At the reception they were unable to find my booking and asked to show approval of my reservation on email. I didnt find it on my email and they asked me to come next time. When I came home I saw that reservation came to my phone number, not email!!! They made a mistake at the reception.

It was a very successful and very professional work. The examination was by Dr.Kashkoul very friendly and my two visits was without pain. The online appointments is very easy to make!

I've been waiting for a month that they send me bills for my insurance company but they don't reply to my requests.

Have visited first time and got fantastic feeling. The doctors were friendly and professional.

Ich habe mich schon direkt beim ersten Besuch sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Stil und die Atmosphäre der Praxis sind sehr einladend. Herr Dr. Bagherian ist stets auf meine Befürchtungen eingegangen und hat mich sehr gut beraten/behandelt! Top! Immer wieder gerne!

Nachdem ich bei vielen Zahnärzten den Versuch unternommen habe meine Zähne in Ordnung bringen zu lassen, bin ich vor 3 Jahren bei dem Team von Fair Doctors als Angstpatient wirklich gut aufgenommen worden. Herr Doktor Makhoul hat mich sehr viel Geduld behandelt. Was er sagt das ist auch so. Es gibt keine Überraschungen. Ich schätze seine Präzision, und seine sehr ruhige Art. Hatte heute morgen meinen ersten Termin dort und kann nur sagen, dass ich begeistert bin und endlich wieder gerne zum Zahnarzt gehe. Sowohl die Zahnarzthelferinnen, als auch der Arzt waren sehr freundlich, kompetent und zuvorkommend. Habe auch schon einen weiteren Termin gemacht und kann diese Zahnarztpraxis ehrlich nur weiterempfehlen :)

We always come with 3 small children and they always get wonderfully welcomed, they have been treated with protective layers on their little teeth, the children got gifts so they are happy to go to the dentist, priceless for a parent. The dentist fills me in exactly on how they are doing and what could be done and expected. Great team. Will go for whitening and cleaning next month myself, looking forward.

Versorgung des kompletten Oberkiefers mit zwei Brücken und Kronen. Herr Dr. Haider ist sehr kompetent und freundlich. Die Kronen und Brücken passen perfekt, sogar das Provisorium sah schon gut aus. Vielen Dank auch an das sehr nette Team.
