Yesterday
morning
I
went
to
the
Espresso
Gallery
because
I
had
found
it
online
and
the
reviews
were
great.
I
wanted
to
look
around
there
for
a
good
coffee
bean
for
our
new
portafilter
machine.
Normally,
after
reading
particularly
good
reviews,
your
own
expectations
are
immensely
high.
That
was
certainly
the
case
for
me
too.
Nevertheless,
these
immensely
high
expectations
were
exceeded.
When
I
came
in
I
was
greeted
very
friendly.
After
presenting
my
request,
the
question
came:
“Do
you
have
time
for
an
espresso?”
"Sure,
of
course!".
I
was
allowed
to
sit
down
at
a
nice
table
on
a
comfortable
chair
and
was
immediately
served
an
espresso
with
the
house
bean.
Now
just
imagine
a
small
cup
to
try.
Nothing
like
that!
A
wonderfully
fragrant
espresso
came
in
a
pretty
espresso
cup,
with
sugar,
an
amarettini
and
a
glass
of
water.
An
ensemble
that
is
not
available
in
many
cafés!
The
lady
then
told
me
the
composition
of
the
bean
and
much
more.
She
also
gave
me
good
advice
by
asking
how
I
drink
my
coffee
and
what
the
optimal
taste
feels
like
on
the
palate
and
in
the
throat.
Sounds
strange,
but
it
was
absolutely
effective.
Since
we
only
had
our
portafilter
machine
fresh,
I
took
the
opportunity
to
ask
her
a
few
questions
about
cleaning.
Here,
too,
no
measures
were
taken
by
halves.
She
immediately
found
a
small
brush
and
led
me
to
her
portafilter
machines.
There
she
showed
me
what
a
good
cleaning
should
be
like.
She
also
asked
about
the
model
we
have
at
home
and
knew
that
only
one
screw
had
to
be
loosened
in
order
to
be
able
to
remove
the
sieve
and
clean
it
effectively.
Here
too
there
were
concrete
tips,
namely
simply
soak
something
in
Breff
or
something
similar
and
then
clean
it
thoroughly.
This
prevents
the
oils
in
the
coffee
from
burning
in
too
much,
as
at
some
point
this
can
no
longer
be
easily
removed
and,
above
all,
affects
the
taste
of
the
coffee,
which
no
one
wants.
When
I
said
goodbye,
I
was
told
that
I
could
call
or
come
by
at
any
time
if
I
had
any
problems
with
our
machine,
as
the
Espresso
Gallery
also
has
a
workshop!
So
in
the
end
I
not
only
went
home
with
a
kilo
of
great
beans
but
was
enriched
with
lots
of
good
tips
and
a
very
pleasant
and
enjoyable
experience.
And
if
you
think
about
how
often
people
are
disappointed
and
dissatisfied
these
days,
especially
in
the
“service”
area,
you
can’t
value
this
experience
highly
enough!
I
would
like
to
encourage
everyone
to
support
this
special
shop
or
do
something
good
for
themselves!
