I was there because of an accident at work. Very friendly lady in reception. Otherwise, I don't understand why I had to go through the whole procedure with the emergency room... first aid etc. without having an acute emergency, even though there is a special BG doctor there. It took a total of over 5 hours and I "blocked" time that real emergencies could need more urgently. Emergencies were brought in every 30 minutes, and during discussions it turned out that other patients had already been waiting for 2 hours when I arrived. It was extremely hot and humid and some older people had circulatory problems... I don't understand why no one checked on those waiting every now and then or water wasn't even provided. I know this differently from other hospitals.

I wish the security staff at the emergency room continued success in warding off visitors with a friendly "you can't come in here" :( !!! Keep it up...

I am very grateful that I immediately found understanding for my concerns from the extremely well-trained employees. I had problems with my foot. Unfortunately, my doctor didn't prescribe any painkillers for me, probably due to a lack of time, and the doctor's representative couldn't be reached. Pharmacist couldn't reach the doctor or representative and I wanted to go to a final dance event in the evening. Thanks to the competent advice of these two employees, the way was clear for dancing without having to worry about my health as a well-informed patient. Everything clarified and off to dancing 😉 thank you very much

To be honest, I can't understand the bad comments! I was there on Thursday because of a chewing pain in the heart area and was treated very quickly. The staff is very nice and friendly, 100 times better than the university clinic!

Preferably zero stars, load real juice. If you can stand it, go to the doctor the next day. They would rather finish work instead of helping. I hope that no one is seriously ill and goes there, because you can wait a long time for help and when it is your turn, they are also extremely unfriendly and unprofessional.

You go to the emergency room because you can hardly walk anymore and are asked what you hope to achieve from your visit here 👍 top clinic. The doctor suggests a treatment method but gives the tip not to do it and then writes in the report that the patient rejects it! The flower reminds you that you should think about whether the pain is real or whether you are just imagining the whole thing. The only thing worth one point is the incredibly nice lady at the patient registration desk. Update: The family doctor is on vacation and reads the MRI report and immediately knows what's going on....why can't a clinic do this?

When I was in the emergency room at the beginning of the year for my gallbladder, it took a long time, but I felt like I was in good hands (hence the three stars). This time, however, I found the doctor responsible for me to be not particularly friendly (sometimes even rude) and the assistant seemed annoyed and was relatively rude when taking blood. People also kept mentioning my local doctor (the appointment there isn't until the end of January) and the whole treatment seemed a bit half-hearted. It's a shame, I had hoped for more and now I have to see how I can "hold out" until the specialist appointment.

Was treated quickly after a bicycle fall and all eventualities were clarified. The entire medical staff was very friendly and courteous, which is certainly not always a given in an emergency room, where things can often be stressful.

I can only agree with the lady below me. I was in the emergency room due to a visible fracture. The surgeon was so disrespectful and rude. Despite being pregnant and waiting 2 hours, I went to university! Everyone here was super friendly and helpful.

Danke an euch 😉

With passion & dedication since time immemorial. Is the motto of the emergency room at the Juliusspital in Würzburg as can be seen on their website. Today it is “Private conversations with laughter are better than patients who are screaming in pain”!! I don't want to go into details of the conversations I heard because I don't know whether Google allows that. No, I wasn't the patient with the severe pain, but in the 5 hours I sat in the emergency room (3 hours waiting time, 2 hours in the treatment room), I wasn't even asked if I needed anything or how I was doing. Yes, there were a lot of emergencies and the fact that you have to wait a long time as someone who is not in acute danger of falling over is also ok, but I think that in general you can pay more attention to the patients and don't just have to have loud private conversations 1m in front of the patient. EMPATHY in this emergency room does not exist and is a foreign word. Except for one sister, Sarah, who sometimes throws a smile or asks how long you've been waiting and then sees if she can speed it up. She couldn't say no, but the fact that she at least asks is worth a lot and makes everything more bearable. In this sense, if you are not in an extreme emergency and still want to go to the emergency room because, for example, your family doctor has recommended it, I recommend that you do not go to the Juliusspital emergency room or I hope that you do not come across the same people as me to Sarah.
