Der Kunde soll sich ja nicht wohlfühlen. ...Überwiegend besuchen eigentlich kranke Menschen die Geschäftsstelle, für diese ist diese Situation unmöglich. Hauptsache der Kunde verlässt schnell wieder die Geschäftsstelle....Dann lieber zur AOK marktstrasse....Dort bekommt man noch einen Sitzplatz angeboten

War heute hier, um die Verlängerung meines Krankenscheines reinzureichen. Da Fragen zum Krankengeld für mich auftraten, habe ich auf den Berater gewartet. Sie war super nett und super bemüht und hat mit mir vor Ort direkt alles ausgefüllt, erklärt und mir die Infos noch einmal ausgedruckt. Nich einmal vielen lieben Dank

I can recommend the Oberhausen office to anyone who wants to feel taken seriously and treated well as a human being. Here you don't get "breakfast" but rather friendly, comprehensive and competent advice. I would especially like to thank Ms. Engel. My husband and I have both been insured with Barmer for 50 years and have always been very satisfied. After we received a devastating diagnosis and you are faced with problems that are almost insurmountable for you, the Barmer in Oberhausen has surpassed itself by 100 stars. No matter which employee, they gave us sensitive and competent advice. No matter how many times you come by in a month and perhaps ask the same question, the employee always answers the questions in a friendly manner. They also give tips and advice that you wouldn't even think of. I would like to give more than 5 stars.

Everyone was super nice and friendly. When my maternity benefit wasn't paid out on time and I didn't get any information from the hotline, I got help from the office and it was paid out within a few days.
