Ich habe ein Königinnen-Paket für 279€ erhalten, das Ganzkörperpeeling, Maniküre, Pediküre, Ganzkörpermassage und Gesichtsbehandlung beinhaltet. Ich wurde von der Chefin herzlich begrüßt trotz das ich aufgrund der Parksitustion wenige Minuten zu spät kam. Das Ambiente im Hamam und im Massageraum war angenehm, jedoch im maniküre und pediküreraum nicht einladend. Es war kalt und aus hygienischer Sicht für meine Ansprüche nicht zufriedenstellend. Ich empfand die Behandlerin als lustlos und lieblos. Ich habe mich nicht wohl gefühlt und würde kein weiteres Mal diese Einrichtung besuchen, da für mich das Preis -Leistungsverhältnis nicht gerechtfertigt ist.

Es wurde ein Termin zum Hamam vereinbart. Selbst die Chefin hat mir auf die Karte fehlerhaft einen anderen Termin aufgeschrieben als vereinbart. Kurz vor dem Termin auf dem Kärtchen rief ich an und mir wurde gesagt, dass ich keinen Termin habe. Die Kollegin hat mich längere Zeit im Buch gesucht und GAR NICHTS gefunden. Sie meinte, sie schaut das Buch nochmal gründlich durch und wenn sie sich nicht meldet, dann wurde kein Termin eingetragen und ich soll, wenn ich einen möchte, nochmal anrufen und einen vereinbaren. Heute rief mich selbst die Chefin an und meinte, dass ich jetzt einen Termin habe… Ich habe ihr versucht zu erklären, dass es ein Fehler ihrerseits gab und die Kollegin hätte das mit mir geklärt. Sie schrie mich an und gab mir keine Möglichkeit zu erklären. Meinte auch, dass im Haus so eine Kollegin gar nicht gibt!!! Was eine LÜGE IST. Ich konnte mich überhaupt nicht erklären, weil sie im Telefon nur geschrien hat! Für die Chefin ist so ein Verhalten echt unmöglich!!! Ich strich alle Termine komplett durch und werde dieses Studio nie wieder besuchen! So ein Umgang und Lügengeschichten gehen GAR NICHT!!!

Super tolle Nägel! Nach langem Suchen und Probieren habe ich endlich einen Salon gefunden, der genau das umgesetzt hat, was ich mir vorgestellt habe. Meine Nägel sind speziell von der Form, aber sie haben es trotzdem geschafft ein tolles Ergebnis zu erzielen. Der Salon ist sehr sauber, es wird auf Hygiene geachtet und die MitarbeiterInnen sind sehr nett und aufmerksam. Fragen, ob es zu heiß ist etc. Zudem haben sie sehr ordentlich und sauber gearbeitet. Ich bin super zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis.

Ein absolutes Muss, wenn man in Bonn ist. Die Angebote im Wellnessbereich sind top, dazu kommen die netten, sympathischen Mitarbeiter. Hier fühlt man sich richtig gut aufgehoben.

Ich komme schon seit Jahren in dieses Beautystudio. Die Räume sind herrlich, vorallem nach der Renovierung kann sich auch der Pool und die Sauna sehen lassen. Heute hatte ich eine 3 Stunden Ayuveda Behandlung. Es war das reinste Chaos. Die Dame sprach kein Deutsch oder Englisch, es war eine Hotstone Behandlung, bei der die Steine auf den Boden fielen. Es wurde im Raum gepolltert und rumgesucht, von Entspannung nicht die Spur. Auch die Gesichtsbehandlung danach, war schnell lieblos. Nach 2,5 h war ich wieder draußen. Da meine Erfahrung beim letzten Besuch ähnlich schlecht war..Tschüss for ever..

Ich war für eine Permanent Behandlung dort. Bin sehr zufrieden und es ist ein sehr sauberes, natürliches Ergebnis. Vor einigen Jahren war ich auch schon für ein Wellness Paket und Beauty Day mit einer Freundin dort und war ebenfalls begeistert👍🏼

It's absolutely not worth the money. Unfortunately, the negative experiences ran like a common thread. It all started when my voucher had expired two weeks ago and I asked if I could redeem it as a gesture of goodwill. The offer you made to me was an additional payment of €100, which bears no relation to a goods value of €140. We then agreed on €50, which I personally still find outrageous. On the day of my appointment I was asked if I would like to go to the sauna before the treatment. I agreed to that, and asked at the same time whether we would do the financial thing at the end. I was told that it wouldn't be a problem at all. So I went to the sauna in good spirits but was called back a little later saying that the boss wanted the financial matter taken care of immediately. It makes you feel like a criminal. When the treatment rooms were double occupied, my good mood was completely gone. Not to mention the noise in the rooms plus the sauna and swimming pool. My conclusion is that I will definitely not come again and unfortunately I cannot recommend it.

I had a massage at Wellness Beauty & Nails in the Maritim Hotel Bonn and it was really relaxing. My masseuse focused on releasing any tension in my muscles and did so very successfully.

Amazing service! Very professional workers! I have been here in Saturday, got my nails done, semi permanent gel manicure and pedicure! I am thrilled! Definitely a place to go when in Bonn! I recommend this place!
