While most of the staff were very nice to us and their swimming pools are well-kept and clean, it was "badmeister Tony" on his day off who ruined our spa day for us. It is unacceptable to yell at your customers, especially in a sauna when there are other guests trying to relax. We were not instructed properly and Tony took it upon himself to yell at us and ordered us to leave. When we refused since he was wearing only a towel and didn't look like he was actually staff, he started to yell even louder and talk agressively to the point it became embarrassing. I have never experienced something like this while being a paying customer. You will hear from us through a formal complaint.

Great place for relaxation but terrible service from the older dark-haired lady. Just plain unfriendly and cold towards me as an international, while being completely nice to locals. Wouldn't go there again. She messed up what could've been a perfect experience.

It s a nice a quiet place were you could relax and enjoy. Not very young people there sa no point to have " sauna" bit everithing is clean and nice. A minus is they have only one swimming pool open to public( another one is only for grup therapy) and is not enuf if it is full.of people. Nice in the evening when is lights are on in the swimming pool. Parking place in front of the building. I recomand this.

It is just a cold, small and overcrowded swimming pool with a sauna! So overrated!

I today witnessed how a bunch of pool guards harassed a guest there. They mocked him and made fun of him. Such a rude behavior I never expected in a German spa. Shame on them!!!

Very rude staff inside pool area. Laughing at guests and making fun of them like we experienced nowhere else in Germany.

Lovely place,a definite recommendation especially if you need a weekend getaway for resetting from busy city life. Thai massage therapist was really good. Also book way ahead of time since the place gets fully booked pretty fast due to the many hotels in the vicinity.

Nice reception ladies and nice water, but I saw how the pool guard made fun of spa guest in the meanest way ever seen in a spa. That guy should be fired.

Lovely place to visit. The thermal spa was quite nice, not too many people, and very clean. The sauna even more so. Only positive interactions with staff. Make sure to book way ahead of time since the place gets fully booked fast due to the many hotels in the vicinity.

The staff is not the friendliest you can find. A guard even snapped at me to remind me not to take photos, even though it was in an outdoor area (not in the sauna area). The floor is very slippery, please bring/wear sandals. We only used the swimming pool facility which was quite clean. Every 30 minutes or so there is a whirlpool, alternating between indoor and outdoor pools. The depth of the pool doesn't seem to be any deeper than 120-130 cm. There are no facilities for children. Even though we always come back to this thermen, we are very careful with the time so there is no additional charge.

It was not that big, nothing special but it was good.

Have not been back there since 2012... not much has changed.... but it is somewhat deteriorated... for example: NO privacy in the shower 🚿 area (for guys)...and one doesn't really want to see others doing their stuff in the 🚿 ....It is usually quite crowded which means NO space for swimming....Also do not remember young and very young people including babies allowed there....All of which requires asking JUST HOW CLEAN IS THAT WATER??? Chlorine does NOT kill all bacteria and truly I don't fancy sharing a pool, even a thermal pool with all manner of 'foreign' matter..... Therefore regrettably NO FURTHER VISITING.

It is always a great pleasure to go back to this Therme: its spring water is one of the kind and one can savor there the local beer Bertricum made of Glaubersalzwasser. Many, many thanks to Herr Stephan P. and his team in the sauna for their efficiency and remarkable sense of dedication. Thank you!
