A GREAT escape room experience! The staff are friendly, talented, and understanding (especially to tourists like us). The steampunk vibe as you walk in was well thought out by whoever designed the place. This is definitely one of the best escape room experiences we've had and our family have done many escape rooms on 3 continents now! Highly recommended!! The only fallback is how dark the rooms are. It is part of the experience but I and my husband (half of our party) have trouble seeing in darker rooms, especially with more subtle clues. Luckily, our daughter and friend could see much better and were able to help us out. All-in-all a WONDERFUL experience! 5 stars are well-deserved!

Rooms are pretty cool, or at least they were when they were built. Riddles interesting and thematic. We played 3 rooms. Non-English friendly: translations (wrong in a particular riddle on the Sherlock room). We were 10 minutes late (no parking onsite) and they discounted us time including the explanation: overall we played 46 real minutes. Sure, our fault, but keep reading for the twist! That pushed the GM to keep telling us solutions on the walkie-talkie for us to "keep up". Which lead basically into the whole room experience ruined. What's worse(!), the twist, on the next room they made us wait 15 minutes because the group before us had arrived late! We've been to many rooms and even with accidental delays (specially if you don't know the city) they never subtracted time before. On the plus side, they made the scary room less scary since our group requested it. Maintenance: "Hunter of the lost treasure" room had a faulty sensor that we had to trigger multiple times. Sherlock room has a very easy way to bypass a 25% of the room which unfortunately triggered for us (pressing a few things at the same time) and the GM didn't "correct it". Can't say much more without spoilers. Rooms: very cool, 5 stars. Service/GM: below average, 2-3stars.

Fantastic experience!! We did the Henker, which was super cool and had a unique start of the game in comparison to other escape rooms I’ve done! The game design is top quality as it was a multi-level room and the riddles were great as they progressively got harder! We only just managed to escape in 58 minutes! Would 100% recommend it & I will be returning for the Dark Forest at their new branch in Barmen👀

As I have tried every single room there, I can say that they have very good games for everyone's needs. Adventure rooms, thinking rooms, dark room... But the common point in them are the good riddles and the kindness of the staff. You can see the entrance and think about what you will find inside. A must book escape in the city.

We played 3 rooms and all were excellent! The room layout and decorations were top. Truly a lot of effort was put in. All riddles and clues were very logical and well though out. Great idea for a birthday gift!

First experience at an escape room. We tried the Sherlock theme in English as a group of four friends. The clues were challenging and fun to solve. Our hostess did an excellent job and was super nice! Would come again to try another theme. 😊👍🏽

We had so much fun trying to escape from Alcatraz. The people working here are very friendly and helpful, and the stroy was very interesting and chalenging. Definitely recommend it!
