Rarely have I experienced such an unfriendly seller. No good day, no goodbye - no manners or just any customer orientation. Hopefully no more packages from me will get lost there. Very successful customer defense, unfortunately can only confirm the bad reviews!!

Wow. I would prefer not to give a star. The man who was on shift today was so rude (and he didn't seem to realize that he was a service worker). First I come in and he's on the phone (no problem with that), then he starts complaining that it's annoying that the store has this parcel station (maybe he should look for another store, it wouldn't be a loss for the owner) . Then he wanted to know which service provider in a disrespectful tone. Murmured complaints about me on his part. I have two packages that I need to pick up and I named the wrong one. He went into the back room and came out without a package. I politely ask you to look again under the Dpd packages, after 5 seconds he had my package and mumbles about how incompetent I was. I have never been treated so unkindly. He should rethink how he treats other people. They didn't ask for my ID or a signature, which I find more than questionable. NEVER AGAIN.

I agree exactly with the other reviews. 10 minutes after the store opened, the employee was already sulky, unmotivated... had no interest in dealing with customers: "There's no package, what should I do?" and it WAS the next business day. He found out about the previous customer after repeated probing, he called me "chicken" and threw me out.

Catastrophic. I had to pick up a package from UPS and it stank to the point of collapse. Even if it is a shisha accessories store. Can you let some fresh air in there? It also took almost 20 minutes until they found my package. Not to mention he couldn't find his UPS scanner for the packages... which also took up more time. In addition, the UPS card says opening hours are 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. The store itself says 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. - not exactly customer friendly! Conclusion. Dirty shop. Have your packages sent somewhere else...

Was there because of a UPS package. The gentleman in the shop doesn't even think it's necessary to look at you while you're serving him, let alone say hello or goodbye, and he just barks at you. I have no idea what's wrong with them, but it's not my problem. Unpleasant shop.

No longer works with UPS and GLS (although still listed with UPS and the relevant signs are still stuck to the door.

Disgraceful employee, totally unfriendly and completely incompetent. Insulted 3 customers in front of me who wanted to pick up or drop off packages. It is best to close a shop like this straight away. (One star is waste.)
