Great value for the price . Very well located, 30 minutes walk from the Cologne Cathedral. Two metro stops from the central station. It has no luxuries but it is functional. If I return to Cologne I would take it into account if I go economically.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!! I booked through Booking and was left on the street at 10 at night. I was supposed to get the keys from a box with a code, when I arrived I opened the box and the keys were not there. Nobody attended to me. After contacting Booking, they informed me that the manager was going to give me some keys. After more than half an hour waiting, no one called me and they also canceled my reservation so they wouldn't have to take charge of the situation. I had to be looking for a hotel at 11 at night.

Dirty, broken, significantly smaller than in the pictures. Even the dishwashing water was still in the drinking glasses.

Rip off!!!Bed bugs!!! The apartment is much smaller than in the photos. Not clean. The kitchen is also poorly stocked. We also had bed bugs!! After one night (3 booked) on the floor, we contacted customer service and checked out in agreement with the promise of a refund. The customer service had no alternative for us so we had to go to an expensive hotel. After several phone calls and emails and the verbal and written promise of a refund from the owner, I have not received a cent back so far.!!!!!

Not recommended! The The hallway stank and was very dirty! I don't even want to report on the apartment. There was mold in the shower and it was very small. Everything was broken and it smelled.

I recommend . The apartment is fully equipped with a TV, a fridge, a set of kitchen furniture, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and a hair dryer. Depending on the number of guests, sets of towels and bed linen are prepared. The only thing is there is no washing machine in the apartment. The location is great, 20 meters there is Netto, Rewe, a kiosk, a bus stop, S Bahn Nippes from which you can get to the main station in 4 minutes, Köln will also find a beautiful sports amusement park, a skate park and pleasant greenery and great relaxation.
