Well, you want to support those in need by offering them cheap, used goods. But definitely not in this store. Already used, but not cheap. Many products can be found elsewhere, cheaper and unused. In addition, some of the staff are rude and unfriendly. I don't recommend this fair store.

Fair is different... People with low incomes should and want to shop here. If a shirt costs the same as a new one, then that's no longer okay!

It's a second hand shop, there are many things but most of them are not useful. When you enter the shop then the things are laying there for years. Except that they have very few options in furniture and they are super expensive.

Large selection, but definitely too expensive at times. I go there often and the staff can be quite abusive, not only towards each other, but unfortunately also towards customers. Everything is very well maintained.

It used to be cheaper...sometimes it costs just as much as in the store, e.g. bath mats. A pity

No thanks! If I offer a sofa in good condition for free and then have to be told that they don't have anyone to pick it up and the cost is too high, but I'm welcome to bring it over. How?! Should I strap it to the bike? I don't have a car or a driver's license, so I looked around specifically for someone who could pick it up. Now a good part has ended up on the scrap heap.

Some very nice household goods as well as clothing, games, books and furniture at extremely affordable prices. You can save even more with the Faircard.

Anyone who likes second hand is in good hands there. Occasionally there are also attractive new products across the bed. Extra discount for those in need with a Cologne Pass etc.
